With the global economic integration and the continuous development of the logistics industry, multi-directional transport in the international position is becoming more and more important, the port is the carrier of the development of multi-vehicle transport. The competition of various countries is no longer the competition of the previous infrastructure and operational capacity, and the construction of a waterless port in the inland will become an effective measure for the sustainable development of Jinan. Taking the development of multi-mode transportation in Jinan as the background, this paper analyzes the strategic environment for the development of inland waterless port in Jinan city and the construction mode of inland waterless port in Jinan city by introducing the multi-mode transportation in Jinan area.

The rapid and stable development of China’s economy has driven the increasing demand for express transportation. Based on network operation, China Railway Corporation of High-speed Railway launched high-speed rail products, which have attracted wide attention from all walks of life. With the application of high-speed express trains, the market structure of express transportation in China will change dramatically, from highways as the main mode of transportation to high-speed railway transportation relying on a high-speed railway network, which will effectively reduce the environmental pollution caused by express transportation and further improve the sustainable development of the economy and the logistics industry. At present, the freight Electric Multiple Units (EMU) has been successfully developed and has entered the final test stage. In the last paper, we have introduced the theory and method of the high-speed rail express train operation plan. In addition, a train diagram is an important foundation of railway transportation organization. In order to ensure the sustainable development of high-speed rail express trains after they are put into use, based on the operation plan of high-speed rail express trains, this paper establishes a comprehensive compilation model of a high-speed rail express train diagram, considering train running time, freight flow distribution scheme, and the operation plan of freight multiple units, and an exact solution algorithm based on the Lagrange relaxation algorithm is designed. The computational results are encouraging and demonstrate the effectiveness of the model and solution method.

The port competition is more and more intense, starts to be the initial infrastructure and the operation ability competition, now is in the port economy hinterland competition. Dry Port has the functions of customs declaration, forwarder, inspection and quarantine, warehousing, loading and unloading, circulation processing etc. At present, the construction and layout of the inland dry port, the possibility and feasibility of construction are the focus of the research. The location of dry port in Jinan is fully analyzed on the basis of reference to the advanced operation mode and development experience of the excellent non-water port in the country and abroad. This paper first analyzed Location factors; Then center of gravity method were analyzed. Finally, the location of the dry port is determined.

Wetland is the significant territorial resources and natural resources in China, whereas the establishment of wetland park is an effective measure to protect wetland resources. The research, taking the Wuhan East Lake Falling Wild Goose Scenic Spot as the example and pointing out the “chain theory”, focuses on the toughness plan and design of wetland park to build “Wetland Pond Chain System” and promote the capacity of nourishing and defending, which can be benefit for the sustainable development of wetland and provide certain references for wetland park plan and design in the future.

Due to a lack of profound disclosure of the internal mechanism for the symbiotic development of agricultural industrial clusters and agricultural logistics industry, the current study finds it difficult to form specific and implementable driving countermeasures well. Quantitative research on their symbiotic development and evolution is an important method to promote the further development of agricultural industry and agricultural logistics industry. In this paper, the factors affecting the sustainable symbiotic development relationship are analyzed between agricultural industry clusters and agricultural logistics industry with explanatory structural equation, and a system-driving model is constructed for the symbiotic development of agricultural enterprise clusters and agricultural logistics industry. The analysis indicated that, for the symbiotic development of agricultural enterprise clusters and agricultural logistics industry, the macro policy orientation is the fundamental driving force and the symbiotic development effect is its final result. Seven driving paths are refined, and the relevant countermeasures to promote the sustainable development of agricultural industrial clusters and agricultural logistics industry are put forward one at a time.

The design of steel logistics parks acts as fundamental infrastructure supporting the operations of storage, allocation, and distribution of steel products in the steel logistics industry, which actually lags behind the development of other logistics industries, such as e-commerce logistics, due to its large lot bulk storage, low turnover rate, and costly transportation and operations. This research proposes a data-driven approach for a specific steel logistics park, aiming to improve its operational efficiency in terms of product layout and allocation in multiple yards. The entry and delivery order data are analyzed comprehensively so as to determine the products with high operational frequency and the corresponding relevancy among them. Experimental results show that, among the 69 steel specifications, 14 high-frequency products are identified, and the correlation among the 14 identified high-frequency products possesses evident distribution characteristics concerning their brands and specifications. The identified frequency and correlation among various products can not only facilitate the product layout and allocation in steel logistics parks, but also advance the vehicle scheduling efficiency for product pick-up and delivery. Moreover, the research methodology and framework can provide managerial insights for other industries with mass data processing requirements.

The Internet of Things (IoT) has become an important strategy in the current round of global economic growth and technological development and provides a new path for the intelligent development of the logistics industry. With the development of the economy, the demand for logistics benefits is becoming more important. The appropriate use of technologies related to IoT to improve logistics efficiency, such as cloud computing, mobile computing and data mining, has become a topic of considerable research interest. Picking operations are currently an extremely important and cumbersome aspect of logistics center tasks. To shorten the picking distance and improve work efficiency, this paper uses the genetic algorithm, ant colony algorithm and cuckoo algorithm to optimize the picking path in a fishbone-layout warehouse and establishes an optimized model of the warehouse picking path under the fishbone layout. Data-mining technology is used to simulate the model and obtain the simulation data under the condition of multiple orders. The results provide a theoretical basis for the study of the fishbone-layout picking path model and has certain practical significance for the efficient operation of logistics enterprises. Through optimization, it is conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises and to achieving long-term profitability.

AbstractWith the reform of China's childbirth policy in recent years, a unique baby boom phenomenon has emerged, and the new-born baby has increased rapidly in China. In the process of transformation and development of contemporary cities, a complex urban environment has a significant impact on psychology and physiology. The past kindergarten architectural aesthetic experience can no longer adapt to the social development needs. Thus, how to realize the sustainable development of kindergarten architecture has become a social problem that needs to be solved urgently. In the context of Environmental Psychology, this paper investigates the construction mode of experiential kindergarten architecture and tries to explore a new paradigm of educational architecture design in China for the future.

The sustained and stable growth of China’s market economy promotes the continuous improvement of transportation demand and puts forward higher requirements for transportation products. At present, as a new product, high-speed rail freight has played an important role in cold chain logistics and high-value-added transportation, which is of great significance to effectively reduce the pollution caused by road transportation and further promote the sustainable development of economy and logistics industry. In the previous study, we studied the organization optimization method of high-speed rail freight train operation scheme and the compilation method of high-speed rail freight train diagram based on the overall demand of freight transportation but did not consider the influence of different high-speed rail freight transportation products on the organization scheme. Therefore, in order to ensure the sustainable development of high-speed rail freight business, based on the demand of high-speed freight products (the freight product for short in the following text), this paper focuses on the optimization method of high-speed rail freight train organization scheme considering different demands. A two-stage freight demand analysis method considering customers’ choice intention and actual supply capacity was designed, comprehensively considering the relationship between operation cost and income, and a model based on different products in order to meet the needs of large-scale case solving was established. In addition, a column generation algorithm was designed. The computational results are encouraging and demonstrate the effectiveness of the model and solution method.

Renovation philosophy and residential construction mode are key problems encountered in the renovation of urban villages in China. Existing research fruits on renovation philosophy, and policies consider fairness and efficiency and cover-sharing research consensus. However, research on residential construction mode in renovation still faces challenges, such as weak relevant policy pertinence, insufficient objective references, and poor universality. In this study, the changes of the architectural spaces of a typical urban village community in Xi'an City from the beginning to the end of the renovation were discussed. The space requirements of different user groups were analyzed and summarized, and then adapted to the different types of building spaces. In addition, the residential construction model applicable to the inclusive renovation philosophy was established. Research results corroborated that the renovation of urban village should refer to its functional orientations in the community. The community-centered renovation residential district should also meet the requirements of different user groups in the community, including residential, living, and entertainment functions. Community-subcentered residential district should meet the space demands of residential and living functions. Community-subordinated residential district meets space demands of internal residents for residential and living. Moreover, residential district space is relieved by combining practical and certain spatial factors. In this research, the building space compositions of different user groups were reviewed and refined in the “bottom-up” pattern. Research conclusions provide design references for the practical renovation of urban villages.
