The purpose of the optimization of holiday traffic emergency traffic organization is to solve the problem of serious traffic jams in holiday scenic spots. Based on the prediction of traffic volume and traffic mode division in the future years of the scenic spot, the traffic accident route is analyzed to provide theoretical support for the emergency traffic organization and planning of the scenic spot. This article takes the Shijiazhuang Jinta Bay scenic area as the research object, based on the traffic volume of the Jinta Bay tourist scenic area from 2009 to 2016, analyzes the traffic environment of the scenic area, predicts the traffic demand, and builds a one-way traffic organization double-layer optimization model. The simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the model, an emergency transportation organization optimization plan is formulated, and the feasibility of the plan is verified through VISSIM simulation. The results of the study show that the one-way traffic organization method reduces the average vehicle delay by 32.2% and the average queue length by 14.5%. The one-way traffic organization based on branch diversion can more effectively solve the main road jamming and congestion caused by traffic accidents, prevent the occurrence of secondary accidents, and reduce the economic losses of scenic area managers. At the same time, the purpose of ensuring the tourist quality of tourists and the economic interests of scenic spot management departments is ensured.

Tourism industry can promote the prosperity of the local economy. In addition, the booming tourism business in recent years has also led to the development of related industries and services. According to high-tech technologies such as cloud computing, hybrid cloud, and panoramic image, we will plan to design a comprehensive and integrated architecture model of scenic spots that integrates all tourism information and various services, strive to create smart scenic spots, bring the best play experience to tourists, and strive to attract more attention and attention. The results show that (1) the overall average satisfactory approval of UI test is as high as 93%, which can meet the requirements. (2) After the improved panoramic image mosaic method, the correct rate is as high as 93.90%, the effect is 4.90% better than that before the improvement, and the algorithm is more efficient. (3) The scenic spot configuration management effect is excellent, and various situations in the scenic spot are effectively monitored. (4) The average response time per request of the original system is about 161 ms. Compared with the original system, the response time of the new system is reduced by about 57%, and the access success rate is 100%. The system in the experiment runs well and satisfies the integration of tourism information resources and services in scenic spots.

As a typical representative of tourism resources, the spatial distribution of A-level scenic spots has a profound impact on the layout of tourism industry. Scenic spot accessibility is also important for the development of tourism. However, the relationship of regional accessibility and spatial distribution of A-level scenic spots are understudied. The study used quantitative geography and geographic information system spatial analysis methods and analyzed the evolution of spatial distribution and regional accessibility of A-level scenic spots in Guangdong Province from 2001 to 2020. The results present the following: 1. Agglomeration distribution is the main distribution type of A-level scenic spots in Guangdong Province, and the spatial distribution is unbalanced. 2. From 2001 to 2020, the spatial distribution of A-level scenic spots in 21 prefecture-level cities of Guangdong Province has gradually developed from "wide gap" to "relatively reasonable." 3. Distribution density of A-level scenic spots in Guangdong Province has evolved into the main core area of high density. 4. Center of the gravity of A-level scenic spots in Guangdong Province developed from east to west during 2002–2007 and moved to the east after 2007. 5. Accessibility between A-level scenic spots and tourist source areas in Guangdong Province is good, with an evident aggregation phenomenon. This study reveals the spatial distribution evolution law and regional accessibility of A-level scenic spots, which is conducive to healthy, sustainable, and stable development of tourism in Guangdong Province.

At present, it is urgent to solve the problem of scenic area tourism environmental capacity. This paper analyzes the causes of congestion and overload in scenic spots and then points out that the methods to solve the problem are capacity restriction and flow control. This paper first calculates the spatial capacity of various tourism resources in a scenic spot by using mathematical model and then studies the intelligent spatial management model of tourist flow in the scenic spot based on the Internet of Things technology. Based on the Internet of Things technology, the spatial capacity control platform of tourist resources in scenic spots built in this paper can realize the structure analysis of peak forest of tourist flow in scenic spots and the fractal and fractal dimension analysis of tourist flow and determine the spatial and temporal threshold of tourist flow control in tourist destinations. Through capacity restriction and flow regulation, tourists can be scientifically channelled and distributed, which can greatly reduce congestion and overload, enhance tourist experience, and improve tourist satisfaction, so as to promote the sustainable development of the scenic spot.

To solve the problem of one-sided pursuit of the shortest distance but ignoring the tourist experience in the process of tourism route planning, an improved ant colony optimization algorithm is proposed for tourism route planning. Contextual information of scenic spots significantly effect people’s choice of tourism destination, so the pheromone update strategy is combined with the contextual information such as weather and comfort degree of the scenic spot in the process of searching the global optimal route, so that the pheromone update tends to the path suitable for tourists. At the same time, in order to avoid falling into local optimization, the sub-path support degree is introduced. The experimental results show that the optimized tourism route has greatly improved the tourist experience, the route distance is shortened by 20.5% and the convergence speed is increased by 21.2% compared with the basic algorithm, which proves that the improved algorithm is notably effective.

In order to solve the problems of poor regional control effect and high control difficulty coefficient of a traditional tourism flow, this paper puts forward the research of a regional control of tourism flow based on fuzzy theory. The capacity of regional tourism is determined by analyzing the factors that influence the regional control of the tourism flow. The regional tourism flow is divided into different time series by automatic clustering algorithm, the same sample data is fused, and the Euclidean distance between traffic is obtained. The regional tourism flow prediction model is constructed according to fuzzy theory. On this basis, the real-time capacity of regional scenic spot flow is calculated, and the regional tourist flow control model is constructed to realize the regional tourist capacity control. The experimental results show that the regional control error of tourism flow is always lower than 0.40, and the difficulty coefficient of control is low, which has certain advantages.
