This study examines the definition of a digital asset and considers its properties in the system of managing real estate that helps to reduce transaction costs. The intermediate results of the development of a service for digital asset management are presented. In practice, a method of accounting and using data about an object with the use of information modeling technologies is shown. The structure of the code from the point of view of programming is given. The proposed method is aimed at recording data throughout the entire life cycle of a capital construction facility with an emphasis on the operation & maintenance stage, as at the life cycle stage, the least susceptible to the introduction of information modeling technologies. The current research areas in the field of «digital asset» management and digital «asset management» are identified.

Improving the efficiency of life cycle management of capital construction projects using information modeling technologies is one of the important tasks of the construction industry. The paper presents an analysis of accumulated domestic practices, including the legal and regulatory framework, assessing the effectiveness of managing the implementation of investment construction projects and of complex and serial capital construction projects, as well as the life cycle management of especially dangerous technically complex and unique capital construction projects using information modeling technologies, especially capital construction projects, as well as their supporting and using systems, primarily in the nuclear and transport sectors. A review of modern approaches to assessing the effectiveness of life cycle management systems of complex engineering systems in relation to capital construction projects is carried out. The presented material will make it possible to formulate the basic principles and prospects of applying approaches to assessing the effectiveness of the life cycle management system of a capital construction project using information modeling technologies.

The generalization of the concept of the task in terms of information environments of construction [ISB] is performed. The approach to the presentation of such concepts as construction issues, construction problem, ontology, idea, concept, classification of problems, tasks, directions, objects included in the staging part of the tasks taking into account the specifics of the tasks solved within the developed information technologies in construction issues. The paper defines and investigates on the basis of methods of construction geodesy the actual tasks of construction, design, modeling, monitoring and their totality in the field of construction by means of information theory. An approach to the description of the technical condition of a construction object on the basis of information modeling in the management of the construction process and information modeling within the life cycle is proposed and described. Information modeling is a process, the results of each stage of which, ie information models of the building, differ greatly from each other depending on the stage of the life cycle of the object and the requirements for modeling in solving emerging problems. The construction object strongly depends on the stage of its existence: if during the design it is virtual, and during construction it gradually finds a real embodiment, then at a long stage of operation the building enters a period of stability and is no longer subject to significant changes. An information model is a variable object that depends on the range of tasks to be solved. Using the methods of construction geodesy in the field of construction, the field of problems, class of problems, the concept of the problem, the state of the problem, subtasks, chains of problems, problem solving and the result of solving the problem, the relationship between problems setting the transformation of aggregation, merger, integration. The urgency of the task from a theoretical point of view is determined by the expansion of the ontology of construction as a science, from an applied point of view is determined by the possibility of accurate formalization of regulatory information and documentation in construction.

Abstract This article reveals the topic of the implementation of information modeling in the legislation of the Russian Federation. The world experience of creating information models of capital construction and the main features of control and standardization of BIM formation are considered. The analysis of the existing legal framework is carried out in relation to the responsibilities of organizations for the formation and maintenance of information models. The scheme of the life cycle of the model was developed. The article is related to the field of highways property complex management. The main features of the formation of BIM roads, their systematization, storage and regular updating were identified. As a result of the study, a geoportal of highways was developed for the modernization of the land and property complex management of highways. It serves as the basis for geoinformation support for information modeling, cadastral, urban planning, inventory and other works on highways. Conclusions and recommendations for the further development of this area in the territory of the Russian Federation are presented.

AbstractIn the last few years, particular focus has been devoted to the life cycle performance of fastening systems, which is reflected in increasing numbers of publications, standards and large-scale research efforts. Simultaneously, experience shows that in many cases, where fastening systems are implemented – such as industrial facilities – the design of fasteners is governed by fatigue loading under dynamic characteristics. In order to perform an adequate design and to specify the most efficient and appropriate fastening product, the engineer needs to access and process a broad range of technical and commercial information. Building information modelling (BIM), as a data management method in the construction industry, can supply such information and accommodate a comprehensive design and specification process. Furthermore, the application of BIM-based processes, such as the generation of a BIM-model, allows to use the important information for the construction as well as the life cycle management with different actions and time dependencies of the asset and its components. As a consequence, the BIM model offers the potential to correlate different data relevant for achieving the goals of the respective application, in order to ensure a more effective and correct design of the fastening. This paper demonstrates such a BIM-based design framework for an Industry 4.0 case, and in particular, the installation of a factory robot through post-installed anchors under fatigue-relevant loading in concrete.
