Article is devoted to the problem of modernization of engineering education in modern economic conditions. This is necessary to provide qualified personnel for the construction industry. The authors considered innovative approaches to the organization of the educational process. They are based on interdisciplinary links of training of engineering and construction contingent in technical universities. And also on the introduction of digitalization in the teaching of disciplines of a natural science profile. We discussed the combination of traditional forms of training with production activities at existing enterprises of the industry. The work justified the relevance of modernization of engineering education, analysed factors that justify its need and ways to achieve the objectives. Studies have been carried out to assess the effectiveness of combining educational processes at the university with production activities at existing enterprises in Rostov-on-Don. To combine training and production processes in the training of qualified civil engineering personnel the structural division of the enterprise was allocated -the construction laboratory. The laboratory fully meets the tasks set by functional characteristics. Special working conditions of factory laboratories at small and medium-sized enterprises were noted. This is due to the difficult modern economic conditions. The main requirements for the personnel composition of factory laboratories of the new formation have been determined. These include depth and versatility of knowledge, non-standard thinking, flexibility in decision-making, interchangeability, readiness to improve knowledge and professional skills. The practical results of the experience of four years of combining innovative modernization of the training process of civil engineering personnel with production activities are presented. At the existing enterprises of the construction industry in Rostov-on-Don. The results confirm the high effectiveness of the proposed events.

Revolutionary changes in society are linked to digital technologies and affect all areas of social life, not excluding construction industry. This requires not only knowledge reform, but above all skills reform. The current demand of practice is to increase the knowledge and competences of graduates of civil engineering faculties in the field of introduction and use of digital technologies in the process of planning, implementation, and maintenance of buildings, as well as to support the skills development of civil engineers in teamwork while using BIM technologies. The presented, currently implemented project contributes to meeting the above-described Practice Needs. The expected direct impact of the project is to increase the competitiveness, employability, and quality of life of graduates entering practice.

In this article we discuss about the main trends by using BIM-technologies in construction in the Russian Federation, possibilities of applying them in construction quality management and in staff training. Weoutlinethenecessity to improve the system of preparation and implementation of BIM-technologies in the new civil engineers educational process within the strategic development of the construction industry because it’s very important for the further development of construction, architecture and other engineering areas. Here we analyze the possibilities of using BIM-technology in education programs for students of various specialties in the absence of real skills to create drawings on the example of the University of Architecture and Civil Engineering.

The use of ICT in education has changed substantially over the last two decades. The development of new technologies has enabled us, the users, to mature and gain experience. The introduction of ICT in the educational process at the same time means a change of the teachers' role. The teacher appears in the role of a mentor who directs the activities of the learner. There has been a change in the teacher preparation to teach. He should provide both the content as well as technical support and to create a suitable learning environment. The way of teaching in the natural science and engineering education is specific due to the need of transfer knowledge into the practice. The nature of work in this kind of education requires more experimental work, based on individual learning process. There are many different implementation options of laboratory exercises that advantageously incorporate ICT into the nature of their work. The most popular in engineering education are two different types of laboratories: Simulation (virtual) and Remote controlled (online) labs, defined by Balamuralithara and Woods (2009). A remote controlled laboratory for conducting remote experiments at the University of Maribor, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering was developed. Development of the remote lab was carried out as an exploratory work of the group of students and professors. The lab was developed in the following three phases: development of the construction with corresponding technical documentation, development of the control system and development of the system for remote control of a lift. The successful student project is evident through the applicability of the developed laboratory that serves as a great tool for studying and offers all the benefits of ICT. Key words: experimental work, higher education, learning environment, pedagogy 1:1.

Abstract:The Theory of the Education does not compromise itself exclusively with the application of the scientific method, but in addition it takes charge analyzing the educational process from the practice. In this study there is announced a series of foundations theoretical and practical, related to the use of the educational suitcase as new didactic resource for the education and the learning of the Theory of the Education in the European Space of Top Education (EEES). It is a question of an offer of renovation pedagogic - prepared and developed in the Spanish University from the school course 2009/10-, that he claims the improvement of the learning of the university student. In turn, it tries to put in value the possibilities that the professorship has to meet again with it itself in the education and to be able to answer better to the methodological requirements of the educational processes in the University. The obtained results show for students and professorship, that this pedagogic practice helps them to understand better the sense of his profession, to reaching a major academic development, and to internalizing contents and competitions of a more practical, attractive and innovative way.

The paper is devoted to the development of an integrated structural system model to ensure the training of highly qualified personnel for air transport. The main strategic directions of development and successful activity of National Aviation University at the present stage are determined. It is proved that the formation of the strategy involves obtaining a complete picture of the future state of the aviation industry and ways to solve existing problems. It is scientifically substantiated that the solution of this issue is possible through a detailed analysis of the components of the integrated system and the application of modern management methods. Research work at the university is the main component of the educational process. Scientific and pedagogical workers, post-graduate students, doctoral students and a significant part of higher education students take part in conducting scientific research in these areas. Scientists of the university carry out complex research work in the most relevant areas of science and technology. The university has 17 specialized councils for the defense of doctoral and candidate dissertations in 29 specialties The economic performance of any higher education institution directly depends on competitiveness and financial condition. In 2020 NAU took the sixth place in the ranking of the most popular institutions of higher education in Ukraine in the total number of applications. According to the number of entrants enrolled in the budget, it ranks fifth in Ukraine and third in the capital For the professional development of the aviation industry, due to modern economic and social conditions, it is necessary to increase the demand for technical specialties. Training specialists for professional activities in the context of European integration requires the search for extraordinary ways to organize the educational process. Already today we have a big problem of lack of future engineers for aviation.
