Integrated with the project performance research development in the world, this article structures a performance evaluation system which accords with the urban rivers pollution characteristics and the treatment project performance in the south city of China. With an empirical study on the treatment project of the Panlongjiang River in Nanba Village of Kunming City, this article evaluates the treatment projects from the aspects of social economic profit, ecological benefit and the social benefit for people’s livelihood. The evaluation result shows that the treatment project on the part of Panlongjiang River in Nanba Village of Kunming City works effectively. The investment and income, the benefit of projects and the river environmental quality belong to the level of very efficient. The pollution emission reduction benefit, the ecological quality of riparian zone landscape, aquatic environment condition, and the development of basic establishment belong to the level of efficient. The environmental protection and management performance belongs to the level of ordinary. The practice demonstrates that this evaluation index system has certain serviceability and can reflect the process and the real achievements of treatment projects of black color and odor urban rivers.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to structure a model to support the management of the Coordination of Bidding Processes at the Professor Polydoro Ernani de São Thiago University Hospital of Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (Federal University of Santa Catarina). The main purpose is to build, in its manager, knowledge about the management context, allowing the visualization of the aspects deemed as necessary and sufficient to be taken into account in this process. Methodology: The Multicriteria Decision Aid - Constructivist (MCDA-C) methodology is used to structure a specific performance evaluation system considering the particularities of the context and its manager. Thus, the research uses a qualitative approach with primary data collection, in the form of a case study, based on interviews with the manager of the Coordination. Results: The structuring of the system allows the development of a hierarchical structure of value and qualitative performance indicators. The development of performance indicators enables the effectively monitoring of activities developed by the sector, leading to efficient management and better application of public resources. It also allows the visualization of aspects at compromising, market and excellence levels, highlighting the relevant factors for management. Contributions of the Study: The study contributes to filling the demonstrated gap based on the analysis of the literature on the topic. The system is considered to provide the manager with specific information to make decisions and promotes a discussion, not yet found in the literature, regarding the use of constructivist approaches for the bidding sector in a university hospital.

The lack of performance evaluation for standardization management is a difficult problem for the sustainable development of construction industry. Based on this, this article on the basis of lean construction theory, starting from the standardized management of the key problems of lean construction, proposed a new lean construction of standardization management in the process of performance evaluation index system, to give "quality, cost, time limit for a project" trinity, the standardization of management performance evaluation system to support the decision-making to provide key information to lay the foundation.

Based on this, this paper summarized scholars theory on enterprise performance evaluation and built a coal enterprise performance evaluation system from the perspective of social responsibility; And using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of evaluation; And using comprehensive evaluation to analyze index system, which shows that the firm's ability to decrease cost and increase efficiency in the industry are relatively poor, and the score of noise intensity, green area and solid waste emissions is not good.
