“Red/blue spot” is a common undesirable phenomenon in small and medium-sized TFT-LCD products, which directly affects the display quality of the product. It has always been a difficult problem in the display industry, which greatly reduces the market competitiveness of corresponding products. In this work, pressure tests are carried out on liquid crystal panels with different sizes and resolutions. The effects of different factors such as the flatness of the photo space, the distribution density of the spacers, and the glass thickness on the “red/blue spot” are compared. By increasing the flatness of the PS station, the septum distribution density, and the thickness of the glass, the sample’s anti-extrusion ability can be increased by 46.1%, 30%, and 23.1%, respectively. The experimental results can provide the basis for industry to further improve quality of products.

The article describes the method of assessing the competitiveness of cement plants, taking into account the quality of products and their energy efficiency. For the first time the criteria of cement production competitiveness and of cement quality have been offered and scientifically grounded, which allowed defining the degree of energy efficiency of each plant. This evaluation of the performance of cement plants is of great scientific and practical importance, as it determines their market attractiveness, reflects the quality of their operation, makes it possible to objectively choose the direction of the existing plants modernization, or of the construction of a new plant. The advantages of wet-method cement production plants not only in ecological, but also on fuel and energy indicators have been demonstrated. The obtained results give grounds to recommend for each plant its energy cost index. The market competitiveness of the produced cement increases with the minimization of this cost index.

Microelements such as selenium, zinc and copper are indispensable nutrients for preserving major physiological functions, improving reproductive characteristics and overall health state. By their adequate use different ailments are prevented, while at the same time they have a positive effect on fertility and resistance. Insufficient quantities of these microelements, inadequate absorption and interaction with other microelements may lead to the impairment of the immune response due to metabolic and oxidative stress. In recent years, mainly organic forms of microelements have been administered to animals because they show better biological availability and can be retained longer in the organism. Besides, organic forms improve quality of products for human nutrition. Antioxidants should be added in optimal quantities in food for dairy cows with the aim of maximizing immune function and protection of tissues.

The article describes experience of creating and implementing information-managing educational environment at university. The model of creating information-managing educational environment of university with elements of artificial intelligence and indicative management is described. This environment contributes to improve quality of training and management of educational processes and resources. The stages of creating and implementing information-managing educational environment are considered systemically, as continuous process focused on a consumer. The inhibitory and facilitating conditions for introduction of the model at university are described. To provide subject-oriented approach to the use of information resources of environment, recommended clusters of information subsystems for each category of users are described.Practically implemented scientific and methodological recommendations for subjects of educational process to overcome resistance to innovations introduced in educational organizations are proposed.Features of adaptation of the developed information-managing educational environment for schools are presented.
