The origins of the scientifi c school of engineering and economics are inextricably linked with the development of agroeconomic science at MIMESH-MIISP-MSAU named after V.P. Goryachkin. The Department of the Production Management of Socialist Agricultural Enterprises, established in 1932, contributed much to the development of the scientifi c school of engineering and economics. The scientifi c school of engineering and economics has been accumulating research potential and experience in educational and methodological work. It has opened up new research areas in the economics of farm mechanization and electrifi cation, contributing to the formation and improvement of educational and research structures. The worthy contribution to the establishment and development of the University’s scientifi c school of engineering and economic was made by Nikolai S. The study investigates the rule of spelling the root -ravn-/-rovn- and is considered to be a fragment of the academic description of Russian spelling, which is currently being under investigation at the Russian Language Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The authors clarify the meanings that determine the spelling of the unstressed root, supplement the lists of exceptions, denote words with meanings not corresponding to the given values-criteria, and, for the first time in linguistics, investigate the words that can be correlated with different values-criteria, that is, they have double motivation. The rule codifies the spelling of words that have double motivation and fluctuate in usus, dictionaries, study guides and reference books. Spelling recommendations for these words correspond to the current linguistic norm and were approved by the Spelling Commission of the Russian Academy of Sciences in 2019. The linguistic commentary to the rule contains the most significant etymological facts concerning the root -ravn-/-rovn- and summarises the scientific and methodological attempts to figure out the distribution of vocabulary with root -ravn-/-rovn- based on the meanings selected in the spelling rules. In the paper it is shown that the instability in spelling of various verbs with the root -ravn-/-rovn- in modern writing and dictionaries is determined by the double motivation of words, as well as contradictory recommendations and gaps in the rules.

We consider the experience of using museum pedagogy to implement the innovation project “Basic schools of the Russian Academy of Sciences”. The main goal of the project is to identify and attract talented young people to the scientific sphere. The school museum can become a place for students to get acquainted with the methods of search and research work, critical thinking development and, as a result, further development in the professional sphere. Based on the analysis of the military and historical glory museum’s work of school graduates and Tambov partisans, “MAEI Lyceum no. 6” managed to identify 4 stages of the project implementation. First of all, with the help of creative tasks and game methods it is necessary to motivate students to engage in search and research work. The next stage implies creation of additional opportunities for scientific self-realization. From the most interested students a creative association is formed, which is engaged in such activities as museology, source study, art and technology, and historical. At this stage the teacher should actively implement the project method of work. It is possible to invite scientists and specialists with lectures and master classes to make students learn more about the features of scientific work. The third stage implies the inclusion of museum lessons in the educational process, and the organization of such lessons should involve members of the creative association. In conclusion: we should not forget about the importance of promoting the museum in the public environment through the official website, media, scientific publications, mass events and excursions for school guests.
