The research on the reform of the ability-oriented innovation and entrepreneurship education system is of great significance to promote the quality and entrepreneurship of graduates in product design major of the application-oriented colleges and universities. Aiming to foster students' innovation and entrepreneurship abilities and serve the local economy, the five-in-one education mode integrates with weekly cultivation plan, theoretical teaching, practical teaching, graduation project, and innovation and entrepreneurship program, which is available to deepen the education reform of the product design major, accelerate the application-oriented transformation, and achieve high employment and entrepreneurship rate of graduates.

<p>In order to promote mass entrepreneurship and innovation, the General Office of the State Council issued the implementation opinions on deepening innovation and entrepreneurship education reform in institutions of higher learning. According to the guidelines for innovation and entrepreneurship proposed by the State Council, colleges and universities should combine the entrepreneurial needs of students and the innovative needs of the society, set up educational goals around the orientation of running a school, and carry out educational reform activities with innovation and entrepreneurship as the theme. Based on the overall social background of "Interne+" and distinct characteristics of the times, this paper analyzes the problems existing in innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and explores effective strategies for implementing innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.</p>

Under the influence of China's education reform, the combination of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education has become a new training model for more colleges and universities to cultivate talents, in order to respond to the increasingly severe employment situation in the society, and to train talents in all aspects. <p>With the deepening of reform and opening up, China's economy has stepped into the fast track of high-speed development. In order to meet the needs of this situation, it is an inevitable trend for business English majors in colleges and universities to strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship learning. Training innovative and entrepreneurial talents for the society is also the need of higher education reform. Appropriate innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities can effectively promote the reform of teaching mode and improve the quality of personnel training. With the emergence of “Internet plus”, it is inevitable to combine Internet and innovative education organically. Based on the existing literature and field research in some universities, this paper points out the predicament of the innovation and entrepreneurship education of College Students under the background of “Internet plus”, expounds the function and significance of innovation and entrepreneurship education for university graduates, and puts forward some innovative suggestions for the construction of university innovation and Entrepreneurship education system and the cultivation of students’ innovative ability.
