The article analyzes the possibility of using such digital technologies as the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), Big Data and the creation of models of digital twins in the formation of intelligent management systems for "smart" production within the framework of the concept of digital transformation of the manufacturing sector Industry 4.0. The essence and features of these technologies, problematic aspects of their implementation in real production enterprises are considered. The concept of the functional structure of the digital production management system of a "smart" enterprise based on the digital twin model is proposed. The conclusion is made about the integrating role of technologies for the development and application of digital twin models in the construction of intelligent control systems for "smart" production.

Based on the analyzing of the characteristics of a Body-In-White pressing production process a pressing workshop production management system has been given in order to make the ERP production scheduling more executable. The detailed function model of it such as task assignment, quality control, mold maintenance and production scheduling has been thoroughly discussed. In order to make the production line capability balance the task dispatching algorithm has been given and the dynamic dispatching and controlling process has been explained. This system can be integrated with the upper ERP/CAPP/PDM system which can improve the information level of a company.

Abstract. In order to resolve problem of production plane and dispatch problem in manufacturing plant, a new production management system is proposed, and the key technology and application of system is discussed. Generation technology of dynamic structure tree is firstly introduced. More ever, dynamic report generation technology is also discussed and based data, and information management is realized based on JSP technology. Lastly, typical interface of workshop production management system is described.

Abstract The manufacturing sector is experiencing a technological paradigm shift, where new information technology (IT) concepts can help digitize product design, production systems, and manufacturing processes. One of such concepts is Digital Twin and researchers have made some advancement on both its conceptual development and technological implementations. However, in practice, there are many different definitions of the digital-twin concept. These different definitions have created a lot of confusion for practitioners, especially small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Therefore, the adoption and implementation of the digital-twin concept in manufacturing have been difficult and slow. In this paper, we report our findings from a survey of companies (both large and small) regarding their understanding and acceptance of the digital-twin concept. Five supply-chain companies from discrete manufacturing and one trade organization representing suppliers in the automotive business were interviewed. Their operations have been studied to understand their current digital maturity levels and articulate their needs for digital solutions to stay competitive. This paper presents the results of the research including the viewpoints of these companies in terms of opportunities and challenges for implementing digital twins.

Pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia that are engaged in manufacturing currently continue to develop, they process medicinal ingredients into pharmaceuticals, such as tablets, syrup, capsules and others. At present the distribution and production management system of drugs is still semi-computerized, because it still uses Ms. Excel, which can cause file-to-file buildup, besides that it is possible that the data will be lost or damaged, and when searching for data, it takes a long time. To overcome this need to be built a system to process the drug distribution and production management system, to help companies more easily access drug data to computerized travel documents, so as to increase the effectiveness and time efficiency, and get maximum work results and data accuracy in data input in the relevant section. It certainly can be found with various methods that use penuls, starting from the use of uml to provide an overview of system design, then MySql as a data processing application in thedatabase, as a programming language using php.

This paper describes a new production management system designed specifically for the midsized or small shipyards. The system, called OPMIS (Object-oriented Production Management and Information System), was developed by the authors and has been applied successfully to the hull block assembly at Kanda Shipyard in Japan. The features and benefits of OPMIS are illustrated, including work scheduling and management, material and budget data, and assembly shop simulation. A key advantage of the program is that it has been planned to operate with both MS Office and Visual Basic on Windows 95/98 PCs in a user-friendly environment.
