Introduction: This paper studies the frequency with which hydrodynamic parameters change in the sudden expansion section of axisymmetric pressure flow, based on the boundary layer equations. Methods: The suggested method reveals the regularity of changes in the hydrodynamic parameters of the flow in the transitional area, making it possible to obtain a velocity profile in any cross-section under common initial and boundary conditions. Based on the general solutions, we studied the hydrodynamic processes occurring in the transitional area of the effective sudden cross-section expansion within the axisymmetric pressure movement, in the following cases: a) when the velocity is constant at any point of the inlet face; b) when the velocity is distributed along the inlet face according to the parabolic law. Our calculations were carried out for different values of the expansion factor. Results: Based on the results of the computer-aided experimental study, we obtained velocity diagrams along the length of the transitional area with constant and parabolic velocity distributions for fluid inflowing into the expanded section. We also determined the patterns of pressure distribution along the length of the relevant section.

The main part of this article provides a complete edition (description, transliteration, transcription, preliminary translation, annotation as well as the reproduction of the photographs) of forty-two fragments in different languages, circulated along the northern Silk Road, today in the territory of modern Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region (PR China) in pre-Mongolian times: Sanskrit, Tocharian A/B, Old Uyghur [hereafter: Uyghur]. Their common feature is the use of the standard North Turkestan Brāhmī and its Tocharian and Uyghur varieties. In terms of content, the fragments include extracts from Buddhist texts such as Abhidharmadīpavibhāṣaprabhāvr̥tti, Prajāpāramitā, Prasādapratibhodbhava, Prātimokṣasūtra, Pravāraṇasūtra, Saṃyuktāgama, Suvarṇabhāsottamasūtra, Udānavarga. There are also some Tocharian B document fragments. Several of these texts are found on the back of Chinese scrolls. The Chinese texts have been identified. Where possible, a reconstruction of the relevant section of the scroll has been added. An introduction provides general background information. The lexis of the edited manuscripts is given in concordances.

In a scientific article, the author conducted a scientific study of the concept and content of legal liability of spouses for non-performance of alimony obligations in family law. Based on the study, the author concluded that the Family Code of Ukraine does not contain a rule on the liability of the obligated spouse for failure to maintain an incapacitated spouse or a spouse in need of maintenance in connection with the upbringing of young children. From the content of Art. 196 of the Family Code of Ukraine, it is not clear whether it applies only to cases of non-performance of child support obligations, as follows from the finding of this rule in the relevant section of the Family Code of Ukraine. It is necessary to agree with the opinion expressed in the legal doctrine on the application of the provisions of Art. 196 of the Family Code of Ukraine for all alimony relations, in this regard, we propose to make appropriate changes to this article. In this case, in case of arrears due to the fault of the spouse, who is obliged to pay alimony by court decision or under the maintenance agreement, the spouse-recipient of alimony has the right to collect a penalty (penalty), and in case of late payment, due to illness or injury of the other spouse due to the payer’s fault, such payer is obliged to pay the amount of arrears at the request of the recipient of expenses, taking into account the established inflation index for the entire period of delay, as well as three percent per annum of the overdue amount. Although Art. 78 of the Family Code of Ukraine defines only three conditions of the spousal maintenance agreement: conditions, amount and terms of alimony, however, as stated in legal doctrine, such a condition as liability for non-performance of the maintenance agreement may also be determined by the parties. Unfortunately, the Family Code of Ukraine does not provide for a contractual procedure for determining alimony obligations to actual and former spouses, in this regard, in the scientific literature it is proposed to supplement the relevant provisions of Art. Art. 78 and 91 of the Family Code of Ukraine. In addition, the legislation of Ukraine in some cases provides for administrative liability for non-payment of alimony for the maintenance of one of the spouses, as well as liability in the form of one of the temporary restrictions set by the Law of Ukraine “On Enforcement Proceedings”.

To determine the topic or research title for the student's thesis, it is possible that the similarity of the title to the previous title, either accidentally or unintentionally. Therefore, the relevant section must check the titles submitted by students, so as to avoid plagiarism. The development of a thesis title similarity detection application is one of the efforts that can be made in solving this problem. The development of sosftware requires the right method to develop applications according to user needs. Extreme Programming (XP) is a part of the agile development approach based on iterative development, which is based on needs and solutions through collaboration among the development team. So, in this study, the development of a similarity detection application for the title of a thesis with the XP software development approach was carried out. Keywords - agile development, extreme programming, thesis

In this study, the factors that affect Turkish-Greek relations have at first been studied within a historical continuum. The effect of the refugee incident between two countries and its effect on shaping the relations has been scrutinized in detail and at the same time positive and negative sides of refugee influx that occurred after the wart hat took place in Syria have been evaluated. The second part deals with efforts put in place to prevent illegal immigrations. Upon this issue, the effect of the taking back deal made between Europe Union and Turkey over Turkish and Greek coastal waters andl imits have been evaluated. Within the relevant section arguments from both countries over illegal immigrants have been seperately dealt with. Finally in the third section, soft security problems such as immigration and their effect on establishing bilateral relations have been studied and also the layer of distrust that underlies the discussion and shapes the result and also the security factors have been added to the literature.  Some results have been concluded about adding refugee and illegal immigration issues to the problems that occur around territorial waters and the limits and their effects on bilateral relations. Finally it has been emphasized that relevant immigration incident is being used as a tool of trust or distrust.

50 Studies Every Ophthalmologist Should Know succinctly summarizes the most important and clinically relevant studies published in the mainstream ophthalmology literature in the past forty years. Emphasis has been placed on landmark studies, that changed thinking and practice in the field, rather than studies that are most frequently cited. Most are randomized controlled trials that have helped shape current ophthalmology practice guidelines. However, some important observational (cohort, case-control, and descriptive) studies are also included. The book is divided into seven sections, corresponding to anatomical segment or disease of the eye (cornea, cataract, glaucoma, vitreoretinal, macula, uveal tract, and orbit/eyelids/extraocular muscles/optic nerve). Each chapter finishes with an illustrative clinical case, and includes a reference to the relevant section of the practice guidelines of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. The book is not aimed solely at ophthalmologists, however. Every practicing physician, no matter his or her specialty, should be familiar with the relation of the eye to the rest of the human body, and with the use and value of the ophthalmoscope. Ophthalmology has a particular relevance to physicians working in primary care, internal medicine, neurology, neurosurgery, pediatrics, and emergency medicine.

Pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia that are engaged in manufacturing currently continue to develop, they process medicinal ingredients into pharmaceuticals, such as tablets, syrup, capsules and others. At present the distribution and production management system of drugs is still semi-computerized, because it still uses Ms. Excel, which can cause file-to-file buildup, besides that it is possible that the data will be lost or damaged, and when searching for data, it takes a long time. To overcome this need to be built a system to process the drug distribution and production management system, to help companies more easily access drug data to computerized travel documents, so as to increase the effectiveness and time efficiency, and get maximum work results and data accuracy in data input in the relevant section. It certainly can be found with various methods that use penuls, starting from the use of uml to provide an overview of system design, then MySql as a data processing application in thedatabase, as a programming language using php.

Summary The division in capita of Herodotus’ Histories goes back to the edition of Gottfried Jungermann of 1608. What were his model, motive, and method when undertaking this editorial task? The answers to the first two questions can be found in one of his prefaces (Ad candidum lectorem), the relevant section of which is here offered in a transcription and translation. The last question can only be tentatively answered by looking at the actual division itself, since he does not say anything about it, except that he wanted to keep together speeches.
