ABSTRAK Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana metode yang digunakan pimpinan pesantren, untuk mengetahui program-program dan bentuk peran pimpinan pesantren dalam pengembangan dakwah di Pesantren. Penelitian ini berlandaskan pada sebuah teori hasibuan bahwa kepemimpinan merupakan intisari manajemen. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode deskriftip karena metode ini dipandang relevan untuk menggali dan menganalisis fenomena empiris yang terjadi dijaman sekarang. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalan dengan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dalam analisis datanya menggunakan jenis analisis data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa dalam mengembangkan dakwah di Pondok Pesantren KH Muhammad Ridwan mengambil keputusan dengan metode yang tidak lepas dari standar dakwah, memperhatikan lingkungan dan kemampuan dewan kiai atau dewan guru, menjalankan program-program yang telah direncanakan dengan objek yang menyeluruh.  Bentuk peran yang di gunakan sebagai pimpinan semuanya sesuai dengan kondisi para santri guru dan masyarakat. Hal demikian di pandang mampu dalam pengembangan dakwah dipesantren dengan peran pemimpin sebagai individu terbaik bagi kelompoknya, sebagai tauladan bagi anggota dalam oraganisasinya dan sebagai pemimpin imformal di Pesantren dan di lingkungan masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Peran; Kepemimpinan; Pesantren ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine how the methods used by leaders of pesantren, to find out the programs and forms of role of leaders of pesantren in developing da'wah in Pesantren. This research is based on a theory of fate that leadership is the essence of management. The method used in this study is to use a descriptive method because this method is considered relevant to explore and analyze empirical phenomena that occur today. The research technique used is observations, interviews, documentation, in the analysis of data using qualitative data analysis types. The results of research conducted show that in developing da'wah at the Islamic Boarding School KH Muhammad Ridwan took decisions with methods that can not be separated from the standards of preaching, pay attention to the environment and the ability of the kiai council or teacher council, run programs that have been planned with a comprehensive object. The forms of roles used as leaders are all in accordance with the conditions of the students, teachers and the community. This is seen as being able to develop da'wah in the pesantren with the role of the leader as the best individual for the group, as a role model for members in their organizations and as an informal leader in the pesantren and in the community. This paper describes recent issues and developments in Qualitative Data Analysis Software (QDAS) as presented in the opening plenary at the KWALON 2016 conference. From a user perspective, it reflects current features and functionality, including the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning; implications of the cloud; user friendliness; the role of digital archives; and the development of a common exchange format. This user perspective is complemented with the views of software developers who took part in the “Rotterdam Exchange Format Initiative,” an outcome of the conference.

Permasalahan yang dihadapi Tenaga Kerja Indonesia baik pada fase pra penempatan, selama masa penempatan sampai dengan pasca penempatan dari waktu ke waktu perlu diperbaiki karena memang sangat luas dan membutuhkan koordinasi banyak pihak baik Pemerintah, PPTKIS, maupun organisasi yang membantu menyuarakan hak Tenaga Kerja Indonesia yang biasa disebut dengan Serikat Buruh Migran Indonesia dan Tenaga Kerja Indonesia itu sendiri. Koordinasi yang dimaksudkan terutama adalah dalam melindungi hak Tenaga Kerja Indonesia yang bermasalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran Serikat Buruh Migran Indonesia dalam melindungi Hak Tenaga Kerja Indonesia yang bermasalah di Kabupaten Kendal serta kendala yang dihadapi Serikat Buruh Migran dalam memperjuangkan hak-hak TKI yang bermasalah di Kabupaten Kendal serta serta upaya apa yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pendekatan yuridis sosiologis dengan metode analisa data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa peran Serikat Buruh Migran Indonesia dalam menagani masalah TKI dengan memberikan pendampingan kepada tenaga kerja indonesia dan keluarganya yang mengalami masalah pada saat bertugas maupun purna tugas; memberikan pendidikan kritis; memberikan pemberdayaan ekonomi dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan bagi para anggota dan keluarganya; memberikan pelatihan bagi para tenaga kerja indonesia yang sudah kembali ke indonesia.  <br /><br /><br /><em>The problem faced by Indonesian Manpower both the phase pre placement, during placement until after placement from time to time need to be fixed because it is very broad and requires coordination of many parties, both Governments, PPTKIS, as well as organizations that help expressing the rights of Indonesian Workers usual called the Indonesian Migrant Workers Union and Labour Indonesia itself. Coordination is intended primarily to protect the rights of Indonesian Workers are problematic. This study aims to analyze the role of Indonesian Migrant Workers Union in protecting the rights of Indonesian manpower problems in Kendal and constraints faced Migrant Workers Union in fighting for the rights workers who have problems in Kendal as well and what efforts are being made to overcome these obstacles. The method used in this study is a socio-juridical approach to qualitative data analysis method. These results indicate that the role of the Indonesian Migrant Workers Union in menagani TKI problem with providing assistance to Indonesian workers and their families who are having problems in the line of duty or full duty; provide critical education; provide economic empowerment in improving the welfare of members and their families; provide training for Indonesian workers who had returned to Indonesia.</em><br /><br />

The authors conduct an exposé on the deterministic denunciations of Qualitative Data Analysis Software (QDAS) and how citation errors keep these criticisms alive. They use a zombie metaphor to describe more than two decades of battling these seemingly mindless assessments of QDAS that keep coming –despite their decay – and simply will not die. Focusing exclusively on the criticism of separation/distancing, which alleges that the computer and the software interfere with the researcher’s familiarity with the data, the authors trace one current strand of this criticism through a literature genealogy. Three citation errors (half-truth, proxy, and hearsay) are identified to help dismantle the criticism that QDAS inevitably and negatively interferes with the researchers’ connection to the data. The article concludes with a reckoning about the role of QDAS experts in perpetuating these citation errors and provides four specific recommendations for all qualitative researchers; suggestions that amount to a more viable avenue for pursuing a cure.

Grbich’s analysis text is marketed for beginners although it contains some content that may be more meaningful for those with prior exposure to qualitative inquiry. The content of the book might be viewed as a series of contrasts: serious versus humorous; decisive versus flexible; didactic versus experiential. While some content areas are covered in great detail, the role of transcription in analysis is minimized. Recommended use of this text is as a supplemental book in a first qualitative course or as a primary text in a subsequent course.

This study aims to know the role of customer service in improving service to customers at PT. BPD Sumatera Barat Cabang Pasar Raya Padang. In analyzing the data, the author uses qualitative data analysis methods as a research method that explains in depth the role of customer service in improving services to customers at PT. BPD Sumatera Barat Cabang Pasar Raya Padang. The method of analysis is viewed from two different aspects, namely between theory and practice. The results of the research on the role of customer service in providing information are very good and customers are very satisfied with the services provided by customer service.

Management of PD Pasar Surya Pasar Baru Rungkut still lacking even impressed neglected, therefore we need a change in the management of PD Pasar Surya Pasar Baru Rungkut to play a more in increasing its contribution to revenue (PAD) in Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the role of the management of PD Pasar Surya Pasar Baru Rungkut in Increasing Revenue (PAD) in Surabaya. This study was a qualitative research. Informants in this study consists of the management and managers Rungkut Pasar Baru, New Rungkut market traders and parking attendants in Rungkut Pasar Baru. Data were analyzed with descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques. The results showed that the management role of PD Pasar Surya Pasar Baru Rungkut in increasing contributions to revenue (PAD) in Surabaya is on the management booths of the existing market. Their booths empty marketplace utilized leased to the merchant market which are located adjacent to the PD Pasar Surya Rungkut Pasar Baru as a warehouse for the number of booths that there is more than the number of traders in Pasar Surya PD Pasar Baru Rungkut. This fact has provided additional income and budget for PD Pasar Surya Pasar Baru Rungkut so as to contribute also on enhancements to revenue (PAD) in Surabaya. Suggestions can be submitted related to the study are PD Pasar Surya Pasar Rungkut Baru supposed to promote and encourage street vendors (PKL) or to traders who do not have a location to sell fixed in the District Rungkut to rent booths PD Pasar Surya Pasar Rungkut Baru in conduct trading activities.Keywords: Role Management, Local Revenue (PAD), Regional Companies Market

Early hypotheses about the ways Qualitative Data Analysis Software (QDAS) would be integrated into qualitative research lacked the backing of extensive experience. Changing contexts, such as the increasing use of complex teams, raise issues that bring into question earlier assumptions about the role of QDAS in transparency and portability. Using Jackson’s (2014) conception of transparency in motion as a grounding concept, the authors present an exemplar case of the ways one complex qualitative research team made use of QDAS to support interpretive activities in a project that was also geographically far flung. The article concludes with a reconsideration of the notion of transparency, suggesting a more nuanced approach for the future.

In this article the authors seek to make the case that qualitative data analysis can be explained within the framework of critical thinking and incorporates within this framework the role of technology – specifically NVivo. First they discuss critical thinking from the perspectives of Bloom, Adler, and Polanyi. They then link critical thinking to the concept of a general inductive approach to qualitative analysis as described by Thomas. Finally, they illustrate connections of both critical thinking and the general inductive approach to technology using NVivo screenshots.
