This article aims to find out an implementasion of management function on the certification of the hajj pilgrims of the VII generation conducted by the hajj pilgrims of west java. The research used descriptive method with qualitative approach. The results showed on the hajj manasik guider certification program in the office of Religion Ministry West Java VII generation. There are managemen activity fungtions such as planning, organizing, mobilization and supervision that implemented well by meeting the standard procedure operational, this means that every process or stage contained in these activities has been implemented quite as well. Plans are done from the administrative stage of activities such as done from the design of activitiy budget, place, resource and material. The organizing organized well. The successful implementasion of management is seen from the implementation of the activity as well. In terms of supervision is done directedly by the team from the ministry of religious of West Java.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui unsur-unsur perencanaan, langkah-langkah perencanaan, serta keuntungan dan kerugian perencanaan di Masjid Al-Muhajir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, studi dokumen, dan rekaman audio. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat unsur perencanaan yang didalamnya ada 5W+1H. Langkah-langkah perencanaan meliputi evaluasi kegiatan sebelumnya, diterimanya beberapa masukan ide dari para jamaah untuk kegiatan yang akan direncanakan. untuk Keuntungannya kegiatan menjadi lebih terarah dan tersusun, kegiatan berjalan secara optimal, dan mudah untuk di evaluasi. Kerugiannya, terdapat beberapa kegiatan yang tidak terrealisasi, serta adanya kekhawatiran mengenai anggaran masjid, karena keuangan masjid baru berpacu pada kotak infaq saja. This study aims to determine the elements of planning, planning steps, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of planning at Masjid Al-Muhajir. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews, document study, and audio recordings. The results of this study indicate that there is an element of planning in which there are 5W + 1H. The planning steps include evaluation of previous activities, receiving some input from the congregation for the activities to be planned. For the benefit, activities become more focused and structured, activities run optimally, and are easy to evaluate. The disadvantages are that there are several activities that are not realized, as well as concerns about mosque budgets, because mosque finances are only racing on the infaq box.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen strategi di LAZISMU Jawa Barat, khususnya dalam mengelola dana zakat. Penelitian ini bertolak dari pemikiran Riva’i dalam Eddy Yunus bahwa manajemen strategi yang terdiri dari tiga proses yaitu: (1) Perumusan strategi, (2) Penerapan strategi, (3) Evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan temuan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen strategi di LAZISMU Jawa Barat terdiri dari tiga proses: Pertama, perumusan strategi yang meliputi perumusan visi dan misi, analisis lingkungan, menentukan tujuan dan sasaran serta berakhir dengan penentuan strategi. Kedua, penerapan strategi yang meliputi pengorganisasian, sinergi fungsional yang mengatur pelaksanaan program, dan prosedur program pengelolaan dana zakat mulai dari pengumpulan, pendistribusian serta pendayagunaan zakat produktif. Ketiga, evaluasi strategi dari proses perumusan dan penerapan strategi. This study aims to determine how strategic management in LAZISMU West Java, especially in managing zakat funds. This research is based on Riva'i's thought in Yunus that strategic management consists of three processes, namely: (1) strategy formulation, (2) strategy implementation, (3) evaluation. The method used in this research is descriptive method. Data collection techniques by observation and interviews. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that strategic management in LAZISMU West Java consists of three processes: First, the formulation of a strategy which includes the formulation of a vision and mission, environmental analysis, determining goals and objectives and ending with determining the strategy. Second, the implementation of strategies that include organizing, functional synergy that regulates program implementation, and program procedures for zakat fund management starting from the collection, distribution and utilization of productive zakat. Third, evaluation of strategies from the process of strategy formulation and implementation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi perencanaan, strategi pengorganisasian, dan strategi evaluasi DKM Masjid Raya Habiburrahman PT. Dirgantara Indonesia dalam optimalisasi kegiatan keagamaan. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di Masjid Raya Habiburrahman, strategi DKM dalam optimalisasi kegiatan keagamaan yaitu dalam strategi perencanaan dilaksanakan dengan membuat rencana kerja yang disebut dengan Garis-garis Besar Haluan Program. Strategi pengorganisasian yang diterapkan adalah dengan melibatkan karyawan PTDI untuk menjadi pengurus DKM. Kemudian strategi evalusi yang diterapkan yaitu melaksanakan rapat evaluasi rutin untuk mengetahui program kerja yang dilaksanakan dan keberhasilan penerapan strategi yang diterapkan. Dalam penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi DKM dalam optimalisasi kegiatan keagamaan berhasil diterapkan. This study aims to determine how the planning strategy, organizing strategy, and evaluation strategy of the DKM Habiburrahman in optimizing religious activities. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. In collecting data, it is done by using observation techniques and interviews. Based on the results of research, the DKM strategy in optimizing religious activities, namely in the planning strategy, is implemented by making a work plan called GBHP. The organizing strategy adopted was to involve PTDI employees to become DKM. Then the evaluation strategy that is applied is to carry out routine evaluation meetings to determine the work program of implementing the strategy applied. In this study, DKM strategy in optimizing religious activities was successfully implemented.

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the planning function in KBIH Darul Ma'arif. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach that aims to describe, explain, and explain data regarding the implementation of the planning function at KBIH Darul Ma'arif in improving the service levels of the congregation, namely through interviews, observation, documentation study of the research object. The results showed that, the implementation of the planning function in KBIH Darul Ma'arif in improving the services of the congregation had fulfilled the needs of the prospective congregation, the determination of the objectives of the KBIH was to get satisfaction, calm and perfection in performing the pilgrimage. The determination of the KBIH program is to get excellent service with several programs: pre-hajj pilgrimage, hajj pilgrimage and post-hajj pilgrimage. Determining the KBIH schedule, namely always determining the day and date, time, guidance and material so as to provide good service to the pilgrims. Artikel ini bertujuan memberikan analisis deskriptif mengenai manajemen sumber daya manusia di MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk. Artikel ini akan menganalisis manajemen sumber daya manusia di MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk menggunakan perspektif Pendidikan secara epistemologis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia menempati posisi yang cukup sentral dalam perkembangan mutu Pendidikan di MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk. Implementasi manajemen sumber daya manusia tersebut terdiri dari proses rekrutmen, orientasi, penempatan, dan pengembangan guru dan tenaga Pendidikan. Hal tersebut dilakukan sebagai respon terhadap tuntutan zaman dan kebutuhan masyratakat terhadap standar lulusan dari MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk. This article aims to provide a descriptive analysis of human resource management at MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk. This article will analyze human resource management at MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk using an epistemological perspective of education. The results of this study indicate that human resource management occupies a fairly central position in the development of the quality of education at MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk. The implementation of human resource management consists of a process of recruitment, orientation, placement and development of teachers and education personnel. This was done in response to the demands of the times and the needs of the community for the standard of graduates from MTs Persis 3 Pameungpeuk.

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen strategik yang terdiri dari formulasi, implementasi serta evaluasi strategi Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Ihsan Baleendah dalam rangka mencetak kader da’i multi bahasa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan teknik observasi, studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Manajemen Strategik Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Ihsan Baleendah terdiri dari 3 unsur: Pertama, formulasi dilakukan dengan membuat berbagai program kegiatan yang mendukung dalam mencetak kader da’i multi bahasa. Kedua, implementasi berupa pelaksanaan berbagai program disertai prosedur program yang telah ditentukan, serta adanya pembentukan dan pelaksanaan organisasi santri untuk membantu merealisasikan setiap program kegiatan. Ketiga, evaluasi yang dilakukan Pondok Pesantren dalam mencetak kader da’i multi bahasa yaitu dengan melakukan berbagai penilaian, seperti penilaian tertulis melalui berbagai ujian tulis, serta  penilaian secara lisan mengenai kebahasaan. This paper aims to analyze strategic management which consists of the formulation, implementation and evaluation of strategies in Al-Ihsan Baleendah Islamic Boarding School in order to produce multi-language cadres. The method used in the research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by using observation techniques, documentation studies, interviews, and literature studies. The results of the study show that the Strategic Management of Al-Ihsan Baleendah Modern Islamic Boarding School consists of 3 elements: First, the formulation is carried out by making various program activities that support the printing of multi-language cadres. Second, implementation in the form of implementing various programs accompanied by program procedures that have been determined, as well as the establishment and implementation of santri organizations to help realize each activity program. Third, the evaluation conducted by Pondok Pesantren in printing multi-language cadres is by conducting various assessments, such as written assessments through various written examinations, and verbally evaluating linguistics.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tipe kepemimpinan, cara pengambilan keputusan dan hubungan pemimpin terhadap santri dan lingkungan masyarakat, yang diterapkan K. Tatang Iskandar dalam mengembangkan Pondok Pesantren Raudatul Falah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Analisis data dilakukan melalui interprestasi dan dihubungkan dengan konteks empiris pemimpin Pondok Pesantren Raudatul Falah. Hasil data penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tipe pimpinan Kiai Tatang Iskandar dalam mengembangkan Pondok Pesantren Raudatul Falah adalah kepemimpinan Demokratis dan Karismatik. Hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari cara beliau dalam pengambilan keputusan yang selalu menggunakan kebersamaan, musyawarah untuk mencapai kata mufakat. Kepemimpinan Kiai Tatang Iskandar sangat menjadi panutan yang baik bagi seorang pemimpin, itu terbukti dengan keberadaan Pondok Pesantren Raudatul Falah yang sampai saat ini masih berdiri kokoh di lingkungan masyarakat. ABSTRACT This research is in accordance with the idea that to achieve certain goals, cooperation between management and leaders is needed. In this case the leader is very significant to achieve these goals. This leadership includes coordination, organizing and controlling members who determine goals and directions to achieve fulfilling goals to carry out activities and connect with other activities, in addition, the leader is also a direction set, an effective, rational, objective and effective communicator. neutral . This research uses descriptive-qualitative research methods. The research steps taken include; Determination of research locations, research methods, determination of data types, collection of data types, data observation is done through observation and in-depth interviews. Data analysis was carried out through interpretation and related to the empirical context of the leader of the Raudatul Falah Islamic Boarding School. The results of the research data indicate that the leadership of Kiai Tatang Iskandar in developing the Raudatul Falah Islamic Boarding School is Democratic and Charismatic leadership. This can be seen from the way in which decisions always use togetherness, deliberation to reach a consensus. The leadership of Kiai Tatang Iskandar is a very good role model for a leader, it is proven by the existence of the Raudatul Falah Islamic Boarding School which is still standing firmly in the community.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui; kondisi objektif perkembangan paham dan tata prilaku kelompok masyarakat paham radikal, efektifitas penerapan model dakwah inklusi bagi kelompok masyarakat paham radikal, dan Menemukan solusi pemecahan masalah terhadap kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses pengabdian terhadap kelompok masyarakat paham radikal. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatana kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pendekatan model dakwah inklusi merupakan langkah strategis dalam upaya merubah pemahaman cara beragama mereka, karena pendekatan terhadap mereka diperlakukan secara inklusi (terbuka, khusus dan terlibat beserta masyarakat). Model ini secara sadar akan mempengaruhhi dan secara praktis akan mengarahkan kepada mereka sebagai bahan evaluasi tingkat perubahannya, baik dalam konteks pemahaman agama maupun cara beragama dan berprilaku dengan masyarakat sekitarnya. This study aims to determine; the objective conditions of the development of the understanding and behavior of radical groups in society, the effectiveness of the application of the inclusive dakwah model for radical groups in society, and finding solutions to solve problems to the obstacles faced in the process of serving radical groups. The method used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection was done by using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The inclusive approach to da'wah is a strategic step in an effort to change their understanding of their way of religion, because the approach to them is treated inclusively (openly, specifically and involved with the community). This model will consciously influence and practically lead to them as a material for evaluating the level of change, both in the context of religious understanding as well as the way of religion and behavior with the surrounding community.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kebijakan pemimpin di BAZNAS Karawang dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Untuk mengetahui implementasi kepemimpinan di BAZNAS Karawang. Dan Untuk mengetahui evaluasi kepemimpinan di BAZNAS Karawang. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Untuk subyek penelitian adalah ketua BAZNAS Karawang beserta staffnya. Adapun hasil yang ditemukan dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa pemimpin BAZNAS Karawang telah mampu menjadikan para pegawainya untuk terus meningkatkan kinerjanya, peningkatan kinerja tersebut dibentuk melalui kebijakan umum dan spesifik yang dibuatnya agar para pegawai tetap disiplin, selain itu mengimplementasikan kepemimpinannya dengan cara membuat membuat pelatihan, menciptakan situasi harmonis, memberikan penghargaan dan juga menekankan motivasi ibadah menjadikan para pegawai tidak hanya mumpuni dalam bekerja namun juga loyal terhadap BAZNAS sehingga bekerja dengan sepenuh hati, dan melalui evaluasi yang diadakannya menjadikan segala kesalahan yang pernah terjadi dapat diminimalisir untuk kedepannya. The purpose of this research is to find out the leader policy in BAZNAS Karawang in improving employee performance. To find out the implementation of leadership in BAZNAS Karawang. And to find out the leadership evaluation at BAZNAS Karawang. This study included qualitative research using descriptive methods. Data collection used was interviews, observation and documentation. For research subjects, the chairman of BAZNAS Karawang and his staff. The results found in this study are that the BAZNAS leaders in Karawang have been able to make their employees continue to improve their performance, performance improvements are formed through general and specific policies that are made so that employees remain disciplined, besides implementing leadership by making training, creating harmonious situation, giving awards and also emphasizing the motivation of worship makes the employees not only capable in working but also loyal to BAZNAS so work by wholeheartedly, and through the evaluation made all the mistakes that have occurred can be minimized in the future.
