The Principles of Islam requirehuman to maintain  and improve their moral values BuT in fact, many  Moslems  face problems of moral deteriora tion, crisis of beliefs, and moral decadence that happenin all aspects of life. This moral deterioration is often associated by  the  experts  of  education  with the failure of educat ion. The failure of education relates to the education system that has various components that affect each other. The elements needed in the education system are the goal of education , educators, students, tool s,  and  natural  surroundings. The results of this study indicate that the essence of  spiritual  learning obligations according to Syaikh 'Abd al-Qadir al-Jilaniy is araising the total of  truth towards  Allah SWT's path.  The aims of the learning areto implement knowledge and clean  the heart (tazkiyyah al-nafs) from worldly characters and the lust of dirtiness to ma'rifatullah. Spiritual educators are  those who  practice  the law of Allah, clean the heart and  guide  students to the  safety of life  in the Hereafter . Learners constantly face Allah and obey Him, do not meet the call besides Allah, listen  to  the  call  of  Allah  and implement everything stated in the Qur ·an  and  the  Prophet tradition. Teaching method used is the method of mau'izhah, sima',  ahwal ,   and   muhasabah  fial-nafs (introspection). Educational materials are  based  on  the  basics  of  spiritual education in the Qur'an, the Prothet tradition. and the opinion of Muslim religious leaders who have noble characters and integrate science.  Moral education  is  the core of Islamic education. The implications of the spiritual educational thought of Syaikh 'Abd al-Qadir al-Jilaniy toward the reality of Islamic education in Indonesia is the emphasis of moral education that leads to a balance relationship  between  the  exoteric  and esoteric aspects of the learning process.

Guidance and counseling activity is and reciprocal interaction that contain mutual-influence relation between counselorand client. Counselor have role as individual who will guide client to attain certain goal. To play this role effectively, counselor needcertain capacity that define his quality. The most important capacity is counselor’s character quality (the man behind the system).Several counselors’ character quality related with counselor’s attitude, value, behavior, and spirituality. Generally, every one ever felt an anxiety, the anxiety was normal experienced by people. However, might not let the heart and mind in anxiety, even less anxieted anything not yet happen. In addition, if talked about anxiety could not free from counseling.Therefore, than viewed in this skripsi are how the describe in Quran about anxiety trhougt the verses related conseling? and how the interpretation of the interpretator about these verses?Research method design in skripsi was maudhu’i, in which the research only discusses one topic of discussion and then collected the verses that have meaning, theme or content of the same relating to anxiety. Then the researcher arranged chronogically the verses based of Asbabun Nuzul, where the research would make systematically.The research result showed that the anxiety could same with khauf, because same was a part of fair or fair emotion of unpleasant or the fair of the situation not yet happen. Looked the interpretation from the interpretator and psychology expert, could know than the anxiety had overcome, expecially the Quran was very prompt with surrender of Allah Swt.From the conclusion was gotten than anxiety disease can lost, in opinion of the researcher than overcome anxiety was heart grateful. Grateful of heart would calm feeling because everything is handed to God.

It is emphasized that the involvement of missionary theology in the discussion of ways to develop spiritual education allowed post-soviet Protestantism to successfully overcome differences in the vision of the formal construction of education, and then move on to discussions about its content. There was a gradual overcoming of modern individualism, the growing role of communities, the replacement of monologue models of mission with dialogical ones. The idea of the seminary as a community that is not self-sufficient, but serves the church as a community, has gained general recognition. The church also came to be understood as serving an eschatological ideal community similar to the Trinity community. The formation of community and dialogical models of missionary and educational activity allows Ukrainian Protestantism to effectively adapt to the realities of the beginning of the 21st century and to be proactive in today's society.
