With the introduction of the new college entrance examination evaluation system, great changes have taken place in the function, purpose and significance of the college entrance examination. In addition to evaluating students' learning achievements, it also undertakes the important function of educating people and morality, which also urges high school teachers to take educating people as the main teaching direction. As far as the ideological and political education in senior high school is concerned, there are many disadvantages in the traditional teaching mode, which leads to the students' low learning enthusiasm, and the inability to deeply understand the connotation of Ideological and political education, so that the discipline which should have the most educational function can not fully play its due role. Therefore, the ideological and political education in senior high school should make bold innovation, so as to quickly adapt to the new evaluation system. This paper makes an in-depth study on how to innovate the ideological and political education in Senior High School under the background of one core, four layers and four wings, and provides some specific measures.

Under the influence of social environment, the ideological dynamics of college students have tremendously changed. Among them, the biggest change is that the psychological reception mechanism is very different from the level of self-cognition. Since the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the state has formed an agenda to strengthen the ideological and political education in colleges and universities, among which, it is important to reinforce humanistic care and psychological counseling. Mental health education is inextricably linked to the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Therefore, this article begins in the perspective of psychological education, analyzes the ideological dynamic characteristics of college students, summarizes effective principles and important measures of ideological and political education innovation methods in order to maximize the constructive role of ideological and political education.

The new curriculum plan of ideological and political course in university is not only based on the practical needs of ideological education in colleges in the new era, but also based on the urgent requirements of the fundamental task of moral education in universities. It is also an important achievement in the process of long-term exploration of ideological and political theory education in colleges. In principle, the reform of ideological and political teaching of specialized courses in universities should be student-oriented and practice-oriented; in terms of the goal, we should push the reform towards standardization from two levels: the fundamental goal and the specific goal. The key point of reform is to excavate and refine the elements of ideological and political education in specialized courses, and the timing and links of the integration of ideological and political education elements in specialized courses. Therefore, the evaluation standard and method of ideological and political teaching reform in universities should focus on students and teachers to construct a “three-dimensional and four-body” evaluation system of ideological and political teaching, and at the same time follow scientific and reasonable evaluation principles, thus ideological and political education and professional teaching in the same direction.

The student’s political and ideological practices is a vital portion of education, and it is related to optimization of task based on fundamental scenario in establishing morality. In order to establish a scientific, reasonable and operable evaluation model for students’ ideological education, and evaluate the status of college students’ ideological education. In this paper, firstly, in view of the shortcomings of evaluation objectives, single evaluation methods, lack of pertinence of evaluation indicators and subjectivity of evaluation standards in the current evaluation system of university students’ ideological and political education, the basic principles for constructing evaluation models of university students’ ideological and political education are put forward. Secondly, in case to meet changing needs of the times, an artificial neural network algorithm based on artificial intelligence data mining and a traditional multi-layer fuzzy evaluation model are designed to evaluate the ideological and political education of college students. This newly proposed model integrates learning, association, recognition, self-adaptive and fuzzy information processing, and at the same time, it overcomes their respective shortcomings. Finally, an example analysis is carried out with a nearby university as an example. The evaluation results display that the evaluation model of students’ ideological education established in this paper is in good agreement with the previous evaluation results. It fully shows that the comprehensive evaluation model of fuzzy neural network for college students’ ideological and political education established in this paper is scientific and effective.

Innovation ability is the inevitable requirement of social development. Innovation education is the foundation of cultivating talents and the need of using talents, and it is inevitable in the development of the times. Through the new teaching demand of ideological and political education in universitys, the author used his own rich experience of teaching practice of ideological and political education to explore innovation mechanism of university ideological and political education teaching method in practice, breaking through the old mode of ideological and political education and constructing the innovation mechanism of university ideological and political education pattern. It greatly promoted the ideological and political education to university students as the main body in the mode of development and effectively guided university ideological and political education work.
