The new curriculum plan of ideological and political course in university is not only based on the practical needs of ideological education in colleges in the new era, but also based on the urgent requirements of the fundamental task of moral education in universities. It is also an important achievement in the process of long-term exploration of ideological and political theory education in colleges. In principle, the reform of ideological and political teaching of specialized courses in universities should be student-oriented and practice-oriented; in terms of the goal, we should push the reform towards standardization from two levels: the fundamental goal and the specific goal. The key point of reform is to excavate and refine the elements of ideological and political education in specialized courses, and the timing and links of the integration of ideological and political education elements in specialized courses. Therefore, the evaluation standard and method of ideological and political teaching reform in universities should focus on students and teachers to construct a “three-dimensional and four-body” evaluation system of ideological and political teaching, and at the same time follow scientific and reasonable evaluation principles, thus ideological and political education and professional teaching in the same direction.

In recent years, with the development of "guiding outline of Ideological and political construction of college curriculum" and "five focuses", the ideological and political education in Colleges and Universities has become more and more important. With the development of the strategy of "Ideological and political education of curriculum", the infiltration of traditional culture into the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities has become the focus of the school and society. From the perspective of culture itself, Chinese excellent traditional culture is a vivid teaching material for college students' patriotism education, an important resource to cultivate socialist core values, and an important source to nourish socialist moral construction. Therefore, in the context of the new era, college teachers should base on the actual development of students, grasp the connotation of the times, optimize the curriculum system, wake up the students' sense of cultural identity and belonging, and truly implement the fundamental task of "moral education".

The construction of curriculum ideological and political education mechanism in colleges and universities in China has begun to take effect. In view of the differences in the key points of different colleges and universities in the construction of curriculum ideological and political education mechanism, the quality evaluation of curriculum ideological and political education mechanism is particularly important. However, the quality evaluation mechanism is related to ability, fairness, and potential. It is essential to assume the effectiveness of moral education in college curriculum ideological and political education as the benchmark, adhere to positioning experts, teachers, and students as the key elements of the main body of the evaluation mechanism, as well as establish a diversified quality evaluation standard system based on the teaching management, infrastructure, and moral education effectiveness. Building a scientific and multi-dimensional quality evaluation mechanism for ideological and political education in colleges and universities would promote the connotative development of ideological and political education in courses.

Cultivating compound and applied “four new” talents is the core of college ideological and political education. The all-round education of students’ ideological and political education is important content and carrier of the Three All-round Education. Therefore, it is necessary to mobilize all the positive forces and factors of the whole society to build a dynamic Three All-round Education network. This article analyzes the problems existing in the working mechanism of “human comprehensive education” of ideological and political education in local colleges and universities, and proposes effective countermeasures to promote the mechanism and carrier of ideological and political education in local colleges and universities. Ideological and political education is an important part of the realization of the fundamental goal of moral education in universities. In the national conference on ideological and political work in colleges and universities, great emphasis was placed on the need to make good use of classroom teaching as the main channel to achieve synergy between various courses and ideological and political theory courses. Based on this background, the course Embedded System Principles and Applications is taken as an example to analyze the problems existing in the integration of ideological and political education activities in colleges and universities into the teaching of computer courses from the aspects of the management system, operating mechanism and teaching team of computer courses. Under the background of the new era, the responsibility of higher vocational colleges is not only to cultivate talents, but also to foster morality.
