This paper describes the basic models of network security state evaluation system and concentrates on researching the situation assessment method with stochastic model. In the paper, which makes use of the Hidden Semi-Markov Model (HsMM), tries to simulate the operation of network system. The alert statistics, deriving from network defense system, is used as data sources to realize the evaluation of network security situation. HsMM modifies the HMM model concerning the hypothesis of some state-duration time in relation to exponential distribution, which coincides the description of the network systems operation in the real world. The experimental results imply that HsMM is an ideal security evaluation method.

Network security situational awareness can integrate all aspects of network security elements. Through correlation analysis, information fusion, situation prediction and other technologies to realize the intelligent analysis and comprehensive decision-making of complex information systems, network security situation awareness can improve the management efficiency and effect of complex networks. In order to solve the problem of parameter optimization of existing situation assessment methods, the parameters of SVM model are optimized based on Particle Swarm Optimization PSO algorithm. This paper presents a network security situation assessment method based on PSO and SVM. Using this algorithm can get a better balance between time-consuming and improving accuracy. At the same time, the index weight is determined according to grey correlation analysis, and the training samples are input to support vector machine for training. In this paper, the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of support vector machine to improve the effect of situation assessment. Simulation test results show that the evaluation method improves the effectiveness and accuracy of situation assessment.

The measurement performance of road vehicle automatic weighing instrument installed on highways is directly related to the safety of roads and bridges. The fuzzy number indicates that the uncertain quantization problem has obvious advantages. By analyzing the factors affecting the metrological performance of the road vehicle automatic weighing instrument, combined with the fuzzy mathematics theory, the weight evaluation model of the dynamic performance evaluation of the road vehicle automatic weighing instrument is proposed. The factors of measurement performance are summarized and calculated, and the comprehensive evaluation standard of the metering performance of the weighing equipment is obtained, so as to realize the quantifiable analysis and evaluation of the metering performance of the dynamic road vehicle automatic weighing instrument in use, and provide data reference for adopting a more scientific measurement supervision method.

The paper proposes and tests the comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method using a case of two clips based on genetic algorithm and quantitative methods. By using this evaluation method, the shape details of a product could be improved gradually.

ABSTRACT With the deepening of the national health program, the number of people participating in sports activities is increasing, and the problem of insufficient community sports resources is becoming more and more obvious. It is an effective way of solving the problem of injecting sports resources into the public service system of national fitness, but the process of integration of sports resources and public national fitness service is not smooth. Through expert consultation and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this study analyzed the current situation of university sports resources into the public service system of national fitness, and collected the evaluation of social fitness personnel on the opening of university resources by means of a questionnaire combined with experts' opinions, using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to transform subjective and fuzzy evaluation into objective and specific evaluation points. The research shows that the current level of university sports resources into the public service system of national fitness is low, which shows that the sports resources sharing policy under the national fitness has not been well implemented. The study proposes that the level of sharing of sports resources can be strengthened by the awareness of sharing of sports resources by university leaders and improving the management system. This study is expected to represent a reference for the university sports resources into the public service system of national fitness in the new era.

Improvement in living standards has led to the development and utilization of forest green foods. The study seeks to examine the foundation and potential of forest green food industry in Yunnan Province. By constructing the industrial competitive advantage model, this paper measured and analyzed the competitiveness of forest green food industry in Yunnan Province from 2016 to 2020 by using fuzzy evaluation method and AHP. The conclusions were as follows: (1) The competitiveness of forest green food industry in Yunnan Province was at a medium level with competitiveness index of 83.98. (2) The competitive advantage of forest green food industry in Yunnan Province mainly depended on key factors such as natural endowment and education level. The area is however not having comparative advantage in general factors and important factors. Therefore, there is the need to put in place measures to realise the full potential of forest green food industry in the area by providing players in the sector with requisite skills.
