Abstract The progress of manufacturing is the driving force and foundation of social development, and the manufacturing industry represents the country’s production level and comprehensive strength. With the continuous development and advancement of science and technology, intelligent manufacturing has transformed the traditional labor-intensive manufacturing model, which can optimize the production management process of the enterprise to a large extent and reduce the manufacturing cost. This article aims to explore the innovative transformation of intelligent machinery manufacturing (IMM) and processing models. This article first analyzes the current situation of my country’s manufacturing industry to promote intelligent manufacturing, and points out the problems that exist in the development process. Based on existing problems, this paper takes manufacturing company H as an example, through questionnaire surveys and actual research methods, explores the advantages of H company in the development of intelligent manufacturing, and finally puts forward the promotion of intelligent manufacturing capabilities and intelligent processing in the manufacturing industry. The survey data shows that among 212 people, 140 people think that H company has a clear intelligent manufacturing plan, 152 people think that the company’s human-machine cooperation is efficient, and 157 people think that the company’s production equipment technology is perfect. This shows that the advantages of H Company’s production process are: clear goals in the intelligent manufacturing transformation plan, better business cooperation between various departments, perfect management of standardized operations in the workshop, higher coverage of automation equipment, and better human-machine coordination capabilities.

BACKGROUND: The manufacturing industry undergoes a new age, with significant changes taking place on several fronts. Companies devoted to digital transformation take their future plants inspired by the Internet of Things (IoT). The IoT is a worldwide network of interrelated physical devices, which is an essential component of the internet, including sensors, actuators, smart apps, computers, mechanical machines, and people. The effective allocation of the computing resources and the carrier is critical in the industrial internet of Things (IIoT) for smart production systems. Indeed, the existing assignment method in the smart production system cannot guarantee that resources meet the inherently complex and volatile requirements of the user are timely. Many research results on resource allocations in auction formats which have been implemented to consider the demand and real-time supply for smart development resources, but safety privacy and trust estimation issues related to these outcomes are not actively discussed. OBJECTIVES: The paper proposes a Hierarchical Trustful Resource Assignment (HTRA) and Trust Computing Algorithm (TCA) based on Vickrey Clarke-Groves (VGCs) in the computer carriers necessary resources to communicate wirelessly among IIoT devices and gateways, and the allocation of CPU resources for processing information at the CPC. RESULTS: Finally, experimental findings demonstrate that when the IIoT equipment and gateways are valid, the utilities of each participant are improved. CONCLUSION: This is an easy and powerful method to guarantee that intelligent manufacturing components genuinely work for their purposes, which want to integrate each element into a system without interactions with each other.

This paper describes a strategy to fulfill the needs of the 21st century machinery manufacturing industry, especially for the industry that produces the low repetitive and high productmix components using machining centres. The approach of development strategy is emphasized in developing of computer integrated manufacturing system (CIMS). The system comprises of computer aided design (CAD) and computer aided manufacturing (CAM) modules, which is supported by common and working databases. Focuses on computer-integrated manufacturing's macro aspects and its future development strategy implications. Defines CIMS at the macro and micro level and the various factors that strongly call for the implementation of CIMS. After going into the advantages, concludes with development strategy implications for the future.

In order to ensure successful innovative development of Latvian mechanical engineering and metalworking industry, quality of human resources is one of the important task. First of all, it is necessary to name health of people working in the industry. In Latvia a number of occupational diseases increased, with the greatest growth taking place in manufacturing industry, integral part of which is the engineering and metalworking industry. The problem of accidents at work is also urgent, the number of diseases caused by growing stress. Taking into consideration difficult demographic situation in Latvia and the existing problems in labor market, this situation requires special attention. In the article, the author substantiates the importance and prospects of the development of health tourism as an important factor in maintaining the health and working ability of workers in engineering industry.

Automation equipment with different functions from different manufacturers is common in lithium ion battery manufacturing workshops, which is manifested as heterogeneous data distributed at different network levels at the information level. The interconnection between a workshop system and equipment is the basis for realizing manufacturing informatization and intelligence, and is a core problem of intelligent manufacturing workshop integration. The key to solve this problem is to establish a standardized and consistent information model. Aiming at the problem of information interconnection, this paper established an information model of the intelligent manufacturing workshop of lithium ion batteries based on the analysis of the architecture, functional categories, and information interaction of the intelligent manufacturing workshop. Then, by clarifying the attribute set, component set, and the information objects contained in each information model, the hierarchical architecture of the information model was constructed. Then, the rules that map the information model in to the OLE for Process Control Unified Architecture (OPC UA) address space is established. The approach for implementing data storage and interaction of the information model based on the OPC UA server/client are also discussed. Finally, taking the soft-pack battery manufacturing workshop as an example, the information model is applied to realize the interconnection and interoperability of production management data, material management data, equipment management data, and quality management data among various levels of the workshop, which verifies the feasibility of the proposed information model.
