Abstract This paper designs a set of simulation method about bipolar junction transistor (short for ‘BJT’) electrical principle, which can be used as the foundation of cross-platform simulation of semiconductor electronic technology. Firstly, a mathematical model is established to simulate the amplification effect of bipolar junction transistor current control, the influence of Base current and Collector-Emitter Voltage on the working area of bipolar junction transistor. Secondly, interactive multimedia such as graphics, images and animation are used for simulation presentation through cross-platform software design method which is the mainstream internet web page interaction technology. Finally, a logic structure of the whole simulation software is designed, which presents data transmission, control workflow, relationship between each class and each layer in the simulation software.

To fulfill the requirements of processing, analysis and inversing the observational data of experimentations, simulation software for the inversion of satellite experimentations is designed and developed independently on the developing platform of Qt, based on satellite observational data inverse theory. It provides a simulation and calculation platform for analysis and evaluation of space tests. By using dynamics principle and energy conservation principle, the software resolves inverse problems in satellite orbital dynamics. This article mainly presents the function and design method of the software, explains the design goals, shows the overall design framework, and emphasizes key technologies and countermeasures in process of the software design and realization. The software could be used to investigate the inversion of observational data and evaluate technologic indexes in satellite tests.

The Loess Hilly–Gully region (LHGR) is the most serious soil erosion area in the world. For the small watershed with high management in this area, the scientific problem that has been paid attention to in recent years is the impact of the land consolidation project on the erosion environment in the gully region. In this study, the 3D simulation method of vegetation, eroded sediment and pollutant transport was innovated based on the principles of erosion sediment dynamics and similarity theory, and the impacts of GLCP were analyzed on the erosion environment at different scales. The verification results show that the design method and the scale conversion relationship (geometric scale: λl = 100) were reasonable and could simulate the transport process on the complex underlying surface of a small watershed. Compared with untreated watersheds, a significant change was the current flood peak lagging behind the sediment peak. There were two important critical values of GLCP impact on the erosion environment. The erosion transport in HMSW had no change when the proportion was less than 0.85%, and increased obviously when it was greater than 3.3%. The above results have important theoretical and practical significance for watershed simulation and land-use management in HMSW.

Simulation approaches generally fall into two categories: discrete time or discrete event. For military modeling and simulation needs, the two approaches typically align with virtual simulation, which implies human interaction with the simulation program, and constructive simulation, which implies no human interaction. The Air Force Research Laboratory develops and distributes AFSIM (Advanced Framework for Simulation, Integration, and Modeling) to a user community that uses both virtual and constructive simulation. This paper documents the software design and primary algorithms that provide AFSIM’s support for both modes, which is termed a hybrid simulation.

FDS simulation software was used to establish the full size lampblack physics model of single wind pipe, using the orthogonal design method design of analog calculation conditions, research in the nozzle pressure, the droplet radius, nozzle, flow quantity and injection angle parameters under different conditions of water mist fire extinguishing effect. Based on a full-scale combustion and water mist fire extinguishing experiment, the water mist fire suppression was observed and test analysis etc, to better understand the flue water mist fire extinguishing feasibility, provides the theory basis for the design of efficient, reliable flue fire extinguishing system.
