Abstract Aiming at the problem of motion instability caused by the climbing of intelligent vehicles in the process of warehouse transportation, a design of intelligent variable speed warehouse transport vehicle system was proposed. STM32F103C8T6 single-chip microcomputer is used as the core controller of the intelligent variable speed car. The hardware circuit of the system is composed of power module, servo motor module, ultrasonic sensor module, infrared sensor module, MPU6050 gyroscope, motor drive and other modules. At the same time, the software test of vehicle downhill intelligent transportation, tracking detection speed and differential steering conditions is completed. Finally, the performance of the car is verified, and the results show that the smart car has achieved high stability of avoidance tracking, speed and other key functions. It is a downhill process, which has a lot of practical value.

This paper set up a data acquisition system by AT89C52 single chip microcomputer as control core, using the RS-232 serial manner communicated with responsibled for data acquisition of microprocessor, and used LED to display. System can be divided into data acquisition module, serial communication module, control module, keyboard module, display module, etc. System of multi-channel data acquisition can be displayed in the LED after processed. The hardware circuit and software realized design functions :data acquisition and LED display.

Monitoring of carbon monoxide gas is an important reference for the monitoring system, to provide protection for the personal safety of the miners. This paper introduces the AT89S52 [1] single-chip microcomputer as the core design of carbon monoxide sensor, realizes the carbon monoxide gas concentration detection. The sensitive head electrochemical sensing original hardware circuit by the amplifier circuit, A / D conversion circuit, display circuit, alarm circuit, an infrared receiving circuit, and the DS18B20 temperature sensor and other components. With real-time monitoring of carbon monoxide sensors, anti-jamming and real-time display function, and through the infrared circuit design makes the operation more convenient, higher accuracy.

A controlling system with 8 inputs and 8 outputs of washroom automatic flushing is designed. The system is composed of the proximity switch sensor as test part, electromagnetic valve as actuator and STC89C52RC single-chip microcomputer as controlling core. Also the hardware circuit and corresponding programs are presented in this paper. By simulation, testing and application of the actual circuit, it confirms that the system with high sensitivity, low cost and good extended properties is of a very good application prospect.

The system adopted the way of the combination of software and hardware which used to detect oil pipeline leakage and located the accurate leak point. The hardware circuit using STC12C5A60S2 SCM、various types of sensors and MAX485 network and so on. Application of the Kingview technology to design a set of leakage monitor screen in software component. The system uses different sensors to measure the changes in various parameters of pipeline. And by changing parameters to judge whether a leakage happened. If it judged the presence of oil spill then upload the alarm information step by step, after terminal PC receives various parameters of information and then display the information of each code on monitoring interface and alarm the exact location, at the same time sends alarm sound.

Squid jigging machine is an important equipment in the oceanic squid jigging fisheries. In order to take centralized control of multi jigging machines, improve manufacturing efficiency, this paper introduce the centralized control circuit between PC and single chip microcomputer for the communication within multi jigging machines by the way of RS-485 bus in detail, and we focus on describing the design of the hardware circuit for the centralized control system. The master is PC while the slave is MCS-51. The communication between them is realized by the MSComm control in VB6.0. It researches practicable ways to improve the reliability of RS-485 bus system, respectively from different aspects such as bus conflict, burst interference, common mode interference and nodes fault and so on. This study provides reference data for the researchers.

Soil shear strength is an important physical performance of rock and soil, so the soil shear strength measurements play an important role in monitoring and prevention for landslide hazard point. In order to achieve on-site monitoring of landslide hazard points, this article presents a device for field measurement on soil shear strength, The device consists of cross board, torque sensor, stepper motor, single-chip hardware circuit and other components. When measuring,the single chip microcomputer (SCM) control stepper motor to drive the cross board sheared in the soil, through the coaxial plate shear force torque sensor on the cross board to measure the torque signal ,then the torque signals are transmitted to SCM, the SCM for data processing to calculate the soil shear strength.

The intelligent water quality monitoring system takes the single chip microcomputer STM32F103C8T6 as the control core to collect signals of each sensor module and converts the collected parameters into effective digital signals by using the internal analog-to-digital converter. The data gathered by the acquisition center is sent to the analysis and processing center through the ZigBee module E18. In the analysis and processing center, data is fused and processed by the single chip microcomputer STC12C5A60S2. The data after fusion is sent to the monitoring management center through the GPRS module SIM800C. For improving the monitoring precision of the system, multi-level data fusion algorithms are used. In the data layer, abnormal values are deleted by abnormal data detection method, and the median average filtering method is used to fuse the data; the algorithm based on weighted estimation fusion is used in the feature layer; the fuzzy control fusion algorithm is used in the decision.

this article is to use AT89C51 single-chip microcomputer control of intelligent speed measuring instrument. Motor in the process of operation, need to be monitored, speed is a necessary one parameter. This system is carried out on the motor speed measurement, and can be conducted and PC communication, shows that the speed of the motor, and observe the basic condition of the motor running. Mainly USES AT89C51 as the control core, by hall sensors, LED digital tube, the NE555, L298N, operational amplifiers, etc. SCM measuring speed system was introduced in detail. Give full play to the performance of the single chip microcomputer. The focus is on measuring speed and display. Its advantage is hardware circuit is simple, software function is perfect, measuring speed, high precision, reliable control system, the characteristics of high performance-to-price ratio.
