A controlling system with 8 inputs and 8 outputs of washroom automatic flushing is designed. The system is composed of the proximity switch sensor as test part, electromagnetic valve as actuator and STC89C52RC single-chip microcomputer as controlling core. Also the hardware circuit and corresponding programs are presented in this paper. By simulation, testing and application of the actual circuit, it confirms that the system with high sensitivity, low cost and good extended properties is of a very good application prospect.

A kind of PLC automatic control system which is used to flush toilet consists of programmable controller, proximity switch sensor and solenoid valve. By means of proximity switch sensor receiving input signal with the core PLC, PLC gives motion instruction to control solenoid valve carrying out flushing toilets automatically. In addition, this paper presents controlling procedure of ladder diagram. In the practical process of application, the system is of high sensitivity and good stability, at the meanwhile, the hardware circuit is simple and easier to be maintained. As far as the system is concerned, the system can be applied to different places with appropriate designs of procedure. Owning to the good universals and low cost there is better prospect for application.

Abstract Aiming at the problem of motion instability caused by the climbing of intelligent vehicles in the process of warehouse transportation, a design of intelligent variable speed warehouse transport vehicle system was proposed. STM32F103C8T6 single-chip microcomputer is used as the core controller of the intelligent variable speed car. The hardware circuit of the system is composed of power module, servo motor module, ultrasonic sensor module, infrared sensor module, MPU6050 gyroscope, motor drive and other modules. At the same time, the software test of vehicle downhill intelligent transportation, tracking detection speed and differential steering conditions is completed. Finally, the performance of the car is verified, and the results show that the smart car has achieved high stability of avoidance tracking, speed and other key functions. It is a downhill process, which has a lot of practical value.

This paper set up a data acquisition system by AT89C52 single chip microcomputer as control core, using the RS-232 serial manner communicated with responsibled for data acquisition of microprocessor, and used LED to display. System can be divided into data acquisition module, serial communication module, control module, keyboard module, display module, etc. System of multi-channel data acquisition can be displayed in the LED after processed. The hardware circuit and software realized design functions :data acquisition and LED display.

The development of precision seeder is still in an initial stage in China. Most seeders are mechanical and semi-precision sowing, and intelligent monitoring and controlling systems also have great shortage. This paper discusses intelligent seeding monitoring, fertilizer box and seed box margin monitoring, and bellows pressure monitoring. The main feature of this system is that it adopts modularity, sensor with high-sensitivity and wireless transmission technology for convenient maintenance, which greatly improves the reliability of the system, and provides a feasible scheme for the development of precision seeder.

Monitoring of carbon monoxide gas is an important reference for the monitoring system, to provide protection for the personal safety of the miners. This paper introduces the AT89S52 [1] single-chip microcomputer as the core design of carbon monoxide sensor, realizes the carbon monoxide gas concentration detection. The sensitive head electrochemical sensing original hardware circuit by the amplifier circuit, A / D conversion circuit, display circuit, alarm circuit, an infrared receiving circuit, and the DS18B20 temperature sensor and other components. With real-time monitoring of carbon monoxide sensors, anti-jamming and real-time display function, and through the infrared circuit design makes the operation more convenient, higher accuracy.

One kind of automatic wireless infusion control/monitoring system based on micro controller unit(MCU) and nRF401 had been designed and implemented to overcome the shortages in the processing of venous transfusion care. The system used AT89C52 single-chip computer as machine’s core, the realization of communication between a master computer and a slave computer with nRF401. Doctors could get the information through the wireless transmission to control and monitor the process of transfusion in time. According to RS232 communication protocol, the system implements the communication between one computer and multi-computer by adopting AT89C51 single chip microcomputer. This system has many advantages, such as low cost, high precision, small volume, convenience, low power consumption, good extendibility and so on.

This study focuses on a CMOS sensing system for Radon and alpha radiation, which is based on a semiconductor device that is integrated monolithically on a single chip with the Readout Circuitry, thus allowing fabrication of a low-power and low-cost sensing system. The new sensor is based on a new mosaic design of an array of Floating Gate non-volatile memory-like transistors, which are implemented in a standard CMOS technology, with a single polysilicon layer. The transistors are electrically combined in parallel and are operated at subthreshold, thus achieving very high sensitivity and reduced noise. The sensing system’s architecture and design is presented, along with key operation concepts, characterization, and analysis results. Alpha and radon exposure results are compared to commercial radon detectors. The new sensor, dubbed TODOS-Radon sensor, measures continuously, is battery operated and insensitive to humidity.

We use ATmegal128 single-chip microcomputer as control processor to realize climbing wall-cleaning robot, by using four wheel drive structure and the principle of negative pressure adsorbing. This paper introduces the composition structure, function index of the robot, hardware and software design.The robot experiments show that the robot has a certain ability to adapt to the wall, which can remain stable posture during the cleaning process .Also it can finish surface cleaning work very good w ith characteristics of small volume, easy operation and low cost.

There arc many occasions we need to test its temperature in real time. This design is mainly studied the establishment and application of multi-channel temperature measurement system. In this paper, the authors introduce a multi-channel temperature detecting system which has a core of single-chip controller. The system measures the temperature by the temperature sensor, displays the temperature and deals with it on real time.The temperature detection system hardware circuit is simple, low cost, convenient temperature measurement, high measuring precision, and has better use value. The system is suitable for common occasions of multi-channel temperature measure, has great potential for development and practical significance.
