Abstract Considering software systems as developing, changing their structure and characteristics during the entire process of development, implementation and operation is an important task. The difficulties that arise in this case, associated with the large dimension of combinatorial problems that arise in the process of studying software systems, taking into account the dynamics of their development, it is advisable to overcome on the basis of using methods of multivariate synthesis, with the help of which a multi-stage approach to solving emerging problems is formed, including evaluating the effectiveness of the solution at each stage.

The pipeline construction in complex engineering-geological conditions requires a thorough initial data analysis, as well as complex slope modeling using modern software systems. The article discusses the features of the foundation construction for stand-alone supports for power lines and pipelines on landslide slopes composed of clay soils. Relevant Russian regulations documents administer above-ground pipelining, which significantly complicates the design process. However, above-ground pipelining allows monitoring the slope condition (formation road edge breakaway), foundations (deviation from the design location), as well as the pipeline (displacement of the route axis, the state of welds). Timely detected deviations allow avoiding an emergency situation. The author considers possible options for constructive solutions for support foundations, as well as protective structures exemplified by a real Krasnodar Krai object. The pipeline construction in active landslide displacements conditions, as well as the presence of seismic effects, requires not only ensuring the construction's economic feasibility, but also the work safety. In the developing process of optimal design solutions, slope computer modeling was executed both in two-dimensional and three-dimensional formulations based on the finite element method using the Plaxis 2D and Plaxis 3D programs. The considered design situations made it possible to take into account the worst load combinations possible during pipeline operation. According to the calculation results and a comprehensive engineering and geological conditions study at the site, as well as the construction organization peculiarities, a block diagram has been developed that makes it possible to determine the optimal design solutions for protective structures in relation to any landslide construction site.

Gas content measurement is a common technique in the prevention of coalmine gas disasters. During the measurement, the gas desorption amount of field coal samples needs to be obtained by an instrument working under the principle of gas collection by water displacement (GCWD). The instrument is poorly automated, and susceptible to the influence of subjective factors. To overcome these defects, this paper designs an automatic detector of gas desorption, aiming to realize automated detection. Firstly, the authors analyzed the gas desorption detection process, and clarified the contents and features of the information to be collected. On this basis, the hardware and software systems of the multi-data automatic detector were developed based on digital circuit design and multi-sensor detection. To further improve the measuring accuracy of gas desorption, the multi-range multi-stage mode was introduced to the automatic detector. Application results show that the proposed detector can automatedly collect and store gas desorption amount, ambient pressure, and temperature, greatly improve the degree of automation, and minimize the influence of subjective factors. The popularization of this detector will make gas desorption measurement more efficient and effective, laying a solid basis for the prevention of coalmine gas disasters.

The paper discusses an approach to solving complex probabilistic combinatorial problems. The approach is based on the use of specialized software systems for analytical transformations for computing systems. One of the problems associated with the partition of the interval (which arises in the study of the reliability of reading discrete-point fields and digital images) is considered in the paper, and new previously unknown analytical formulas have been successfully obtained. The efficiency of the developed software systems is ensured by two factors: firstly, the development of high-speed specialized recursive-combinatorial algorithms; secondly, the software implementation on high-performance computing clusters using modern programming and development tools (such as C ++ and MPI). Examples of particular solutions to the described problem that are obtained with the help of constructed computer systems are presented. An effective approach to solving complex probabilistic combinatorial problems is demonstrated. For the proposed approach, a computer is not just a powerful "calculator", but is an effective assistant with a wide range of algorithms and programs for complex and branched analytical transformations.

The management and use of rescue plan is an important task for the fire brigade. Combined with the actual work needs, the paper designed a fire squadron rescue plan management system. Using the system, the network operation of the entire process of squadron-level plan management can be achieved, which can provide information to support practical rescue operations, guide rescue training and exercises of fire squadron, and help firemen disposing disaster properly. The system is helpful for improving the response speed of rescue operations and protecting the safety of firefighters.

Production potential as a basic component of the enterprise's potential requires comprehensive, multi-criteria and detailed analysis of the use efficiency. The relevance of organizing the analysis of efficiency of the enterprise production potential use is increasing especially under the conditions of fierce competition, economic crisis and uncertainty. Methodological approaches to the analysis of efficiency of the enterprise production potential use are discussed, processed and developed in this paper. Analysis of efficiency of the enterprise production potential use is based on the organization of comprehensive, systematic and multi-stage analytical investigation of quantitative and qualitative parameters of production potential and the efficiency of its use. The conceptual foundations of analysis of the enterprise production potential; particularly, the goals, tasks, subject, object, methods, information support and principles of such analysis are presented in this paper. Based on the generalization of modern approaches, an algorithm for analyzing the efficiency of the enterprise production potential use is proposed. The modern methods of analyzing the efficiency of the enterprise production potential use are investigated. It is determined that in the problem of analyzing the efficiency of the enterprise production potential use, researchers are more unanimous than in the problems of its interpretation and structuring and, in general, follow the resource approach. Consideration of modern methodological approaches to the analysis of the efficiency of the enterprise production potential use showed that they are complementary, but not eliminated. Based on the review of economic literature and research of indicators of the efficiency of the enterprise production potential use, such indicators are systematized in this paper in the context of the constituent elements of the enterprise production potential, that in conjunction they make it possible to obtain the objective aggregated quantitative and qualitative assessment of the actual level of efficiency of the enterprise production potential use. On the basis of the obtained analysis results concerning the efficiency of the enterprise production potential use, rational, economically justified and necessary management decisions are made. Analysis of the efficiency of the enterprise production potential use is a tool not only for such potential building, but also for creating competitive advantages and ensuring sustainable enterprise development.
