Abstract Diplomatic buildings are considered a mirror that reflects the civilization and values of one country in the space of other countries, and therefore one of the most basic elements in planning these buildings in our time is related to achieving the environmental suitability of these buildings. As embassy buildings in different countries of the world should be a guest that respects the local context and environment in which he is present, and with the increasing number of diplomatic buildings in different countries, the need to adopt more attention has emerged to study their relationship with the environmental aspect,so this will be given The research pays great attention to environmental standards in diplomatic buildings To become the research problem: the lack of knowledge in previous literature about the environmental planning and design indicators of diplomatic buildings in general, and how they deal with the host country’s resources, The aim of the research is: to extract the most important vocabulary and indicators of greening decisions in diplomatic buildings,Where the research results confirm the role of treatments for greening diplomatic buildings in preserving the host country’s natural resources from depletion, which in turn contributes to strengthening diplomacy between the two countries, in addition to achieving significant savings in the costs of paying bills for energy and resource use.

World society theory argues that actor empowerment in local contexts is driven primarily by the expanding world culture, rendering alternative explanations weaker in comparison. This article explores one such alternative explanation and offers an account of actor empowerment which highlights the role of identity constructed in local interaction. The article imports insights from identity theory to show how identities constructed in interaction may complement those derived from the world culture. To explore the phenomenon of theoretical interest, the case of a historical empowerment of Serbian universities in the post-2000 period, as an actor in the national higher education governance, is considered.

In an influential study, Bender et al. [Bender S, Bloom N, Card D, Van Reenen J, Wolter S (2018) Management practices, workforce selection, and productivity. J. Labor Econom. 36(S1):S371–S409] document consistent relationships between management practices, productivity, and workforce composition using administrative data from German firms matched to ratings of their practices from the World Management Survey. We replicate and extend their analysis using comparable data from Brazil. The main conclusions from their study are supported in ours, strengthening the view that more structured practices affect organizational performance through workforce selection across different institutional settings. However, we find that more structured management practices are linked to greater wage inequality in Brazil, relative to greater wage compression in Germany, suggesting that some of the consequences of adopting structured practices are tied to the local context. The climate is changing at a fast rate and the impact of the same can now be felt across all the world. The worst hit is the Asian countries which are the most vulnerable when it comes to extreme events. To cope with same, local level actions are the most effective if originated from local community and local context. Traditional wisdom originates from deep cultural and environmental considerations along with generations transformation that transcends these traditional practices to a much-suited action with respect to resiliency. The paper establishes the role of such traditional practices in the achievement of climate resilience in communities. The authors draw insights from the existing indigenous practices from various Asian countries and try to analyze the various challenges and potential in adoption of such practices on larger scale. The paper concludes with recommendations to overcome such challenges.

Since walkability plays an important role in active commuting, several cities are actively promoting its integration into urban and environmental planning policies. This study examined the association between walkability and active commuting in Seoul, Korea. A multilevel logistic regression model was used to examine the correlation between Walkability Score and the probability of active commuting after controlling for individual variables. The analysis used 129,044 individual samples nested within 424 administrative districts (dongs). In this study, three models were tested: Model 1 contained only individual variables, Model 2 contained individual variables and Walkability Score, and Model 3 included neighborhood-level variables in addition to the variables of Model 2. The results showed that the Walkability Score was significantly correlated with the odds of active commuting. Specifically, every additional one-point increase in Walkability Score was associated with 0.3% higher odds of active commuting (Model 2: odds ratio (OR) = 1.003, 95% confidence interval (CI) = 1.001–1.005; Model 3: OR = 1.003, 95% CI = 1.001–1.006). Additionally, public transportation density was also positively correlated with the odds of active commuting. The odds of active commuting were positively correlated with younger age, female, lower-income, and having no car. Based on the findings, policy recommendations in urban planning and design, transport engineering, and environmental planning are provided.

Parametric Design got a good deal of interest and debate since the 90s of the 20th century ,yet this debate increased  in size and influence when important buildings in the world by known architects were designed parametrically .These buildings have terms with compositional complexity and smoothness .They characterized the architecture uniqueness and practice  since 2000, which caused the academic and theoretical institutions and individuals in architecture to carry on research focusing on parametric design and exploring its activities .Previous studies concentrated on the exploring activity and process of parametric design, accordingly the research problem is identified as follows: The lack of knowledge of parametric design in architecture from the theoretical and detailed sides related to the role of the (architect) , act and process of design , and result of the architectural design .The objectives of the research are : Clarifying the specific knowledge on parametric design in general and in architecture in particular .Clarifying the (thought) aspects of parametric design considering it as a tool or a  way of design on an architectural approach .Clarifying the role of (parametric design) and exploring the comparative sides between it and the normal  ( traditional ) way of design.

Research is a quest, driven by a specific question, that needs an answer. Leedy (1993), in his book, Practical Research: Planning and Design, lists eight characteristics to define research. Research: 1. Originates with a question or a problem 2. Requires a clear articulation of a goal 3. Follows a specific plan of procedure 4. Usually divides the principal problem into more manageable subproblems 5. Is a specific research problem, question, or hypothesis that will guide research 6. Accepts certain critical assumptions. These assumptions are underlying theories or ideas about how the world works 7. Requires the collection and interpretation of data in attempting to resolve the problem that initiated the research 8. Is, by its nature, cyclical; or more exactly, spiral or helical Anderson and Kanuka (2003) loosely define e-research as research that takes advantage of “the excitement, breadth, and diversity offered by an ever-increasing and sometimes bewildering set of new Net-based tools and techniques” (Anderson & Kanuka, 2003, p. 4).

Ease of transfer between different modes of public transportation within the stations is a significant contribution to the movement that can be provided by transportation industries to develop solutions of integrated transportation. It is future integrated multimodal transportation, to make public transportation more enjoyable and interesting, in addition to passenger transportation and future movement of goods are also depend on multimodal transportation The importance of interchange promotion between multimodal as a basic feature of passengers buildings in modern Railway Stations the Research problem:" concedered about the gab of knowledge in the integrated of railway stations within intermodal transportation system in order to operate these stations efficiently, functionally, environmentally and socially".. The importance of this research is: the role of integrated multimodal transportation stations and the extent integration functional, environmentally and operationally, where this integration plays a major role by giving the expressionistic and Iconic.  the hypothesis formulated from this problem is: the integrated railway stations are huge and multi-facilities of activities which works such a cities by one-system consists of the several systems integrated with each other in planning and a design that making integrated this building with other transportation stations as Intermodal Transportation systems within operation systems in planning and design levels, and posative action with environment functionally and operationally.

One of the most important reasons for such a clearly distressed state of society was the decline of religion as a social force, the external manifestation of which is the weakening of religious institutions. "Religion," Baha'u'llah writes, "is the greatest of all means of establishing order in the world to the universal satisfaction of those who live in it." The weakening of the foundations of religion strengthened the ranks of ignoramuses, gave them impudence and arrogance. "I truly say that everything that belittles the supreme role of religion opens way for the revelry of maliciousness, inevitably leading to anarchy. " In another Tablet, He says: "Religion is a radiant light and an impregnable fortress that ensures the safety and well-being of the peoples of the world, for God-fearing induces man to adhere to the good and to reject all evil." Blink the light of religion, and chaos and distemper will set in, the radiance of justice, justice, tranquility and peace. "
