Abstract PT Multi Nitrotama Kimia is one of the largest mining service companies that provide blasting services and sales of explosives in Indonesia. PT Putra Perkasa Abadi Jobsite Borneo Indobara is one of PT Multi Nitrotama Kimia’s customers who is facing challenges in optimizing blasting activities. Currently, blasting activities at PT Putra Perkasa Abadi Jobsite Borneo Indobara are carried out within 500 m of the active slope, so that the blasting distance is optimized. In optimizing the blasting distance, it is necessary to maintain slope conditions (no underbreak / no overbreak) and to consider the vibration of blasting results on the slopes. The line drilling method was chosen for the blasting trial stage. In the observation activity, an analysis of the resulting blasting and fragmentation vibrations was carried out. Precise planning and good control in field operations play an important role in this experimental process. Based on the results of the blasting trial, no damage was found in the area 25 m – 100 m from the blasting location and a 10% - 20% reduction in blasting vibration results (Peak Vector Sum) was obtained when compared between normal blasting designs with controlled blasting designs.

The good control of residual stress level in mechanical components is an important factor, particularly for a good fatigue strength of these components. This paper presents advances obtained at the technical center for mechanical engineering industries (CETIM) in the field of development of an ultrasonic method for stress measurements. This method is potentially advantageous because it is nondestructive, has good portability, and is easy to use. In the paper are discussed the results obtained with ultrasonics on steel welded plate, and a comparison is made with stress measurement obtained by incremental hole-drilling method, and X-ray diffraction. These results are also validated by thermal relaxation of the plates. The paper discusses also the microstructure influence on ultrasonic measurements and methods for adjusting the ultrasonic measurements to improve the agreement with results obtained from other techniques. In conclusion is emphasized the interest for studying the ability of the ultrasonic residual stress measurement method in different industrial cases.

In an effort to improve electricity services to customers, there needs to be a balance between the supply of electricity and revenue. Payment methods made by the Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) use Postpaid and Prepaid methods. Because services with postpaid methods better meet customer satisfaction, this method is chosen. Sales Accounting Information System is an information technology-based accounting application to support financial transactions in a company to run faster, more precisely and accurately at a reasonable cost. In its operation, it takes competent human resources to not be a source of problems (human error) and adequate infrastructure. To overcome the obstacles that will arise, whether triggered by the application or by the human resources themselves, it is necessary to control both aspects. Based on this research it shows that the application  of  Sales Accounting Information Systems and existing human resources is sufficiently supportive  and  reliable  in  supporting the creation of good control as it is proven that the level of acceptance of sales targets is realized effectively and efficiently.

This study analyzes the severity of Internal Control over Financial Reporting deficiencies (Deficiencies, Significant Deficiencies and Material Weaknesses) in a sample of Italian listed companies, in the period 2007- 2012. Using proprietary data the severity of the deficiencies is tested for account-specific, entity level and information technology controls and for industries (manufacturing and services vs finance industries). The results on ICD severity is compared with one of the most frequent ICD (Acc_Period End/Accounting Policies): for account-specific, ICD in revenues, purchase, fixed assets and intangible, loans and insurance are more severe while ICD in Inventory are less severe. Differences in ICD severity have been found in the characteristic account: ICD in loan and insurance for finance industry and ICD in revenue, purchase for manufacturing and service industry are more severe. Finally, we found that ICD in entity level and information technology controls are less severe than account specific ICD in all industries. However, the results on entity level and information technology deficiencies could also mean that the importance of these types of control are under-evaluated by the manufacturing and service companies.

Background: The aim of the study was to compare the hemoglobin levels among normal controls (patients) and patients of TypeII diabetes with HbA1c levels below 7 % & above 7 %.and secondly to identify the undetected cases of anemia in TypeII diabetes. Materials & Methods - 50 patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus with their glycosylated hemoglobin levels less than 7 %, 50 patients of type 2 diabetes mellitus with their glycosylated hemoglobin levels more than 7 % attending the Medicine outpatient department of Subharti Medical College and Hospital will be the subjects for the study.50 age and sex matched controls will be selected randomly from Subharti Medical College and Hospital. Informed written consent will be taken from all the subjects. The study will be conducted from January 2016 to January. Result - We studied 50 cases with HbA1C>7(poor control),50 cases with HbA1C 5.6 to7 (good control) and 50 controls with HbA1C ≤5.6, we observed in cases with HbA1C>7 (poorly control) ,the mean HbA1C is 9.9±2 and mean Hb is 9.8±1.3 as compared to cases with HbA1C 5.6 to 7(good control) where mean HbA1C is 6±0.4 and Hb is 13±0.5,this clearly indicates that in cases HbA1C is more Hb levels are low and when HbA1C is less Hb levels are higher. Conclusion - In the present study we found negative correlation between HbA1c & Hb levels. As the value of HbA1c increases, as in cases of HbA1c >7(poor diabetic control), we found low Hb levels as compared to the cases with HbA1c <7(5.6-7) (good control).

In their previous works , leading their history since 1988, the authors of this article have repeatedly conceptually shown and experimentally verified the results of research on the teleportation of information between macro objects. Early author's works were performed during the existence of the Russian Federation – as a country called the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics (USSR). Some of which were marked "Top Secret" - links further down the text. Since they were performed under the supervision of the relevant special services and further "Department of external relations of the Russian Academy of Sciences". The authors used numerous examples to demonstrate the possibility of teleportation of information in macro-systems, including ecosystem, biogeocenotic levels, and then tissue and organism levels. Successful experimental verifications occurred only in cases when all the principles and rules laid down in the theory of quantum information, applied to biological objects, were correctly combined. Namely, the preparation of cascades of entangled States was performed both on the mental and somatic levels. In full accordance with the principle of complementarity and taking into account the fact that the observer and the observed are actively connected by the sum of similarities. In addition, the role of the classical communication channel in this process was performed by carrier electromagnetic fields modulated by a useful signal. This signal represented a cast of the simulated experimental process. An example of a real COVID-19 pandemic is the verification of author's works in nature on a biogeocenotic scale. And certainly with anthropogenic – so to speak-participation.

The landscape of paid domestic work has changed considerably in recent years with the growth in the number of housecleaning service companies in South Africa and elsewhere. Housecleaning service companies transform domestic work into a service economy where trained domestic workers render a professional cleaning service to clients. In South Africa, little is known about the factors that employers at housecleaning service companies take into consideration during the selection and recruitment process. A key feature of paid domestic work is the gender, class and race constructions of domestic workers, the vast majority of whom are women, usually women of colour, from low socio-economic backgrounds. Whether we are seeing a change in the demographic profile of domestic workers with the growth of housecleaning service companies remains unclear. This paper therefore focuses on the recruitment strategies of employers at selected housecleaning service companies in Johannesburg in an attempt to shed light on the challenges that jobseeking domestic workers may face. Open-ended interviews with managers revealed that gender, race, age, long-term unemployment, and technical and personal skills of job-seeking domestic workers have a strong impact on the recruitment process, while immigration status plays a somewhat reduced role. This paper concludes that housecleaning service companies have not changed the demographic profile of domestic workers in South Africa yet, and that paid domestic work is still predominantly a black woman’s job.
