Under the precondition of relatively adequate historical sample data of obtainable software cost, the thesis makes comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of complementary neural network and vector machines, and attempts to study the software cost combined estimation based on RBF neural network and RVM and to build combined estimation model, then applies the entropy evaluation method to identify the weight coefficient of this combined estimation model, and finally it adopts the data from COCOMO database to verify this combined estimation as well as the rationality and scientificity of this model.

Sports injury is a common problem in athletes’ training. The sports injury assessment model is a physical method to determine the sports injury attributes of specific parts by predicting and evaluating the risk of sports injury. In this paper, we use a neural network to realize big data analysis of sports injury data. Big data network is a method of capturing Internet information by means of cloud computing, which is usually used in the construction of Wan and LAN. This paper analyzes the source of sports risk and the main injury factors, designs the sports injury estimation model based on big data analysis, establishes a new assessment model based on RBF neural network, and builds the big data network environment required for the model operation by improving the topological structure, combining big data and deep neural network. In the built environment, the risk assessment of sports injury can be completed by determining the risk source and identifying the risk factors. The realization of the model can be constrained by the uncertainty conditions so that it can achieve a good operation state.

The objective of the paper is to explore the best phenophase for estimating the nitrogen contents of apple leaves, to establish the best estimation model of the hyperspectral data at different phenophases. It is to improve the apple trees precise fertilization and production management. The experiments were done in 20 orchards in the field, measured hyperspectral data and nitrogen contents of apple leaves at three phenophases in two years, which were shoot growth phenophase, spring shoots pause growth phenophase, autumn shoots pause growth phenophase. The study analyzed the nitrogen contents of apple leaves with its original spectral and first derivative, screened sensitive wavelengths of each phenophase. The hyperspectral parameters were built with the sensitive wavelengths. Multiple stepwise regressions, partial least squares and BP neural network model were adopted in the study. The results showed that 551 nm, 716 nm, 530 nm, 703 nm; 543 nm, 705 nm, 699 nm, 756 nm and 545 nm, 702 nm, 695 nm, 746 nm were sensitive wavelengths of three phenophases. R551+R716, R551*R716, FDR530+FDR703, FDR530*FDR703; R543+R705, R543*R705, FDR699+FDR756, FDR699*FDR756and R545+R702, R545*R702, FDR695+FDR746, FDR695*FDR746 were the best hyperspectral parameters of each phenophase. Of all the estimation models, the estimated effect of shoot growth phenophase was better than other two phenophases, so shoot growth phenophase was the best phenophase to estimate the nitrogen contents of apple leaves based on hyperspectral models. In the three models, the 4-3-1 BP neural network model of shoot growth phenophase was the best estimation model. The R2 of estimated value and measured value was 0.6307, RE% was 23.37, RMSE was 0.6274.

Abstract: The purpose of this paper was to design an intelligent controller of ship motion based on sliding mode control with a Radial Basis Function (RBF) neural network optimized by the genetic algorithm and expansion observer. First, the improved genetic algorithm based on the distributed genetic algorithm with adaptive fitness and adaptive mutation was used to automatically optimize the RBF neural network. Then, with the compensation designed by the RBF neural network, anti-saturation control was realized. Additionally, the intelligent control algorithm was introduced by Sliding Mode Control (SMC) with the stability theory. A comparative study of sliding mode control integrated with the RBF neural network and proportional–integral–derivative control combined with the fuzzy optimization model showed that the stabilization time of the intelligent control system was 43.75% faster and the average overshoot was reduced by 52% compared with the previous two attempts. Background: It was known that the Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) control and self-adaptation control cannot really solve the problems of frequent disturbance from external wind and waves, as well as the problems with ship nonlinearity and input saturation. So, the previous ship motion controller should be transformed by advanced intelligent technology, on the basis of referring to the latest relevant patent design methods. Objective: An intelligent controller of ship motion was designed based on optimized Radial Basis Function Neural Network (RBFNN) in the presence of non-linearity, uncertainty, and limited input. Methods: The previous ship motion controller was remodeled based on Sliding Mode Control (SMC) with RBFNN optimized by improved genetic algorithm and expansion observer. The intelligent control algorithm integrated with genetic neural network solved the problem of system model uncertainty, limited control input, and external interference. Distributed genetic with adaptive fitness and adaptive mutation method guaranteed the adequacy of search and the global optimal convergence results, which enhanced the approximation ability of RBFNN. With the compensation designed by the optimized RBFNN, it was realized anti-saturation control. The chattering caused by external disturbance in SMC controller was reduced by the expansion observer. Results: A comparative study with RBFNN-SMC control and fuzzy-PID control, the stabilization time of the intelligent control system was 43.75% faster, the average overshoot was reduced by 52%, compared to the previous two attempts. Conclusion: The intelligent control algorithm succeed in dealing with the problems of nonlinearity, uncertainty, input saturation, and external interference. The intelligent control algorithm can be applied into research and development ship steering system, which would be created a new patent.
