In the current 4.0 era, which is happening in the current technology, it can be said to have almost reached a satisfactory level. Where these developments are very influential in all fields, as now information technology has also been applied in various aspects ranging from human resource development and the development of micro small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). All levels are provided with the ease of existing progress. However, the use of information technology has not been felt in all regions, resulting in gaps in human resources in each region and hampering the rate of economic growth, especially in the micro small and medium business sector. For this reason, it is necessary to have equal distribution of information technology utilization so that it can improve HR and encourage the growth of MSMEs. The purpose of this study is that the use of information technology can improve human resources and strengthen the economy of the community from the MSME sector, especially in Kubu Gadang Urban Village, Payakumbuh. Alih fungsi lahan pertanian ke non pertanian menjadi permasalahan di kawasan pinggiran perkotaan. Alih fungsi lahan ini disebabkan land rent lahan pertanian tidak menguntungkan dibandingkan jika dibandingkan dengan lahan komersil. Jika kondisi ini terus berlanjut maka akan mengancam ketahanan pangan suatu wilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan penentuan lahan sawah berkelanjutan berdasarkan analisis spasial dan teknik penginderaan jauh. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis interpretasi citra, Geography Information System (GIS), analisis statistik, dan analisis prediksi ketersediaan lahan sawah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Semarang dengan perkembangan perkotaan yang cepat. Variabel dalam menyusun model lahan sawah berkelanjutan ini terdiri dari variabel produktivitas tanaman, kepadatan dan jangkauan jaringan jalan dan sungai, kawasan lindung, serta proyeksi arah perkembangan perkotaan. Hasil analisis produktivitas tanaman menghasilkan persamaan statistik produktivitas (ton/ha) = 3,795 (NDVI) + 3,774 dan nilai r² sebesar 0,854. Terdapat selisih antara data dinas dengan data peneliti sebesar 2,8% dari luas lahan pertanian eksisiting. Selisish luas ini dikarenakan perbedaan skala peta, proses analisis, dan metode yang digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa lahan sawah berkelanjutan ketersediannya mulai berkurang, sehingga perlu adanya ketegasan pemerintah daerah dalam menjaga ketersedian lahan sawah.

West Nusa Tenggara ’NTB’ is a region of the golden triangle stripe of tourism destination located between Komodo island and Tana Toraja. As the industry backing for small and middle scale businesses getting grow up and have got governmental supporting since economical crises hit Indonesia at the end 1997. In fact, many of those who have not yet optimize the information technology (IT) in running their business. The approach to meet the Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with the proper customer or to find the proper raw material seller is through the media.  Development of internet technology is so rapid, it is a necessity of SMEs using it as a business communications medium, because Internet utility for e-commerce complement has long been developed in both national and international scope.  Furthermore, the research elaborates the integrated e-commerce model and SMEs as an information technology-based model of integrated marketing strategy besides, software creation and its implementation on SMEs in Mataram municipality.  E-commerce and SMEs were designed to use System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concerning the safety sistem, flowcart diagram and data base design aspects.

Yoga Farm is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) that focuses on catfish breeding that is still doing business processes manually. With this process, information received by related parties is very difficult to obtain quickly. Therefore, the product is still not widely known, and customers are still few because the system used in sales and promotions still uses a manual system. The research method used is qualitative. This study aims to create a sales information system recommended at Yoga Farm and design using Unified modeling language (UML) for the recommended business processes. Customers will get product information in real-time, products can be widely recognized, and the number of Yoga Farm customers can increase. Based on the results of this study, adoption of a web-based sales information system can certainly make it easier to get the latest information quickly, can expand the market and can also facilitate customers in the transaction. For future research, this research can be used as a reference for conducting similar studies at other MSMEs to increase sales

This paper is aimed at investigating the factors that affect the intention to adopt information technology in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises of Batik in Pekalongan, Central Java, Indonesia. Besides, this paper also examines the moderation impact of Islamic Strategic Management on the intention of adopting information technologies at Batik micro, small, and medium enterprises. Using the purposive sampling method, questionnaires of 152 respondents were obtained and used in this study. The data is analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling. The test results evidence that the intention to adopt information technologies at Batik small and medium enterprises in Pekalongan is affected significantly by information technologies governance and Islamic Strategic Management. However, this study also found that Islamic Business Ethics does not have a significant influence on the intention to adopt information technologies. Besides, this study concludes that Islamic strategic management does not have a significant impact on moderating the intention of adopting information technologies. This study recommends future research to examine the indirect effect of Islamic business ethics, information technologies governance, and intention to adopt information technologies.
