Yoga Farm is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) that focuses on catfish breeding that is still doing business processes manually. With this process, information received by related parties is very difficult to obtain quickly. Therefore, the product is still not widely known, and customers are still few because the system used in sales and promotions still uses a manual system. The research method used is qualitative. This study aims to create a sales information system recommended at Yoga Farm and design using Unified modeling language (UML) for the recommended business processes. Customers will get product information in real-time, products can be widely recognized, and the number of Yoga Farm customers can increase. Based on the results of this study, adoption of a web-based sales information system can certainly make it easier to get the latest information quickly, can expand the market and can also facilitate customers in the transaction. For future research, this research can be used as a reference for conducting similar studies at other MSMEs to increase sales

ABSTRAKIndustri Kecil Menengah atau Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di Kota Salatiga sebanyak 1.969 unit usaha dan menyerap 14.647 orang tenaga kerja. Akan tetapi terdapat beberapa hal yang masih perlu ditingkatkan pada UMKM di Kota Salatiga adalah metode promosi, efisiensi serta efektifitas proses bisnis penjualan serta distribusi. Oleh karena itu pada kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Mayarakat (PKM) dilakukan pembangunan marketplace dengan mitra Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil, dan Menengah (DinkopUKM) Kota Salatiga untuk memberdayakan para pelaku UMKM di Kota Salatiga. Selain itu pada PKM ini juga dilakukan pelatihan kepada para pelaku UMKM se-kota Salatiga terkait penggunaan marketplace yang dibangun. Dari evaluasi kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan metode observasi didapatkan bahwa kemauan para peserta untuk mempelajari dan beradaptasi menggunakan marketplace cukup besar meskipun kebanyakan dari para pelaku UMKM tersebut kurang dalam penguasaan teknologi informasi. Kata kunci: marketplace; UMKM; promosi. ABSTRACTSmall and Medium Industries or Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Salatiga City totaling 1,969 business units and absorbing 14,647 workers. However, there are several things that still need to be improved at MSMEs in Salatiga, namely promotion methods, efficiency and effectiveness of the sales and distribution business processes. Therefore, in the Community Service activity, a marketplace was built with partners from Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Kota Salatiga (DinkopUKM) to empower MSME subjects in the City of Salatiga. Besides that, this community service also conducted training for MSME subjects throughout the city of Salatiga regarding the use of the marketplace that was built. From the evaluation of activities carried out by the observational method, it was found that the participants' willingness to learn and adapt to using the marketplace was quite large, even though most of the MSME actors were less mastery of information technology. Keywords: marketplace; MSMEs; promotion.

This research aims to determine the development of Industrial Revolution 4.0 technology in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector, to improve the standard of quality business product brands by creating a web-based information system. To support this research, we used qualitative descriptive research methods to describe existing phenomena, both natural and human engineering, that pay more attention to the characteristics, quality, and interrelationships between activities. The results show that product brand development for web-based small and medium enterprises is compelling so that it will be able to compete with other business product brands globally. This is due to a web-based information system created to introduce various products, the owners of MSMEs products. The information system was designed to input the MSME owners' data, starting from product brands, catalogs, and services. Therefore, the information system can help marketing and improve the owners' ability in the product brand development that can be used to compete in the global market. That way, the society can access various information about superior products from the MSME owners who have a product quality is no less good than other excellent products.

Strengthening on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia needs to be supported by the use and good information systems management. Therefore, business actors are expected to be able to use a operational strategy supported by the use of information systems. Workshop is one of the complex MSMEs with integrated warehousing and financial reporting. The problem faced at this workshop UMKM is that there is no synchronization between the existing stock of goods and the sales stock, as well as reporting both warehouse reporting and financial reporting. For this reason, this study aims to build a web-based MSME information system for tire & rims workshops. In building this system, researchers used the agile software development method, namely SCRUM. This method is used because the system can adjust to the needs of the product owner, which is always changing and fast in processing. The results of this scrum stage, namely the product log, sprint backlog, sprint and working increment of the software, can resolve all problems that occur with regard to time, scope and cost issues so that in the implementation of making this system application can reduce the system requirements gap during the sprint process. So that the system can be completed in accordance with the requirements needed by the user. By using this workshop's UMKM information system, all sales operational activities can be monitored properly and sales and financial reports can be well structured.

This research are intended to explore the utilization of information technology for small and medium enterprises (SMEs)to develop market share in the form of e-marketing. The results showed that SMEs in the city of Semarang has utilized information technology, from the simplest to the advanced. Hand Phone and computer are a tool that used it, although for computers not all SMEs have been using it. The form of communications media used by SMEs such as: SMS, whatshap, e-mail, website, blog, istagram, blackbarry, line, and the like. The acceptable outcomes of SMEs when they use technology are in addition to encouraging increased sales, as well as obtaining convenience when communicating with customers, ordering, marketing products, identifying customer needs, identify supplier needs, consumer surveys and the like.

One key to the success of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is the availability of a clear market for the products. Meanwhile, the fundamental weaknesses faced by SMEs in marketing are low market orientation, weakness in a complex and sharp competition and inadequate marketing infrastructure. Faced with an increasingly open market mechanisms and competitive, market control is prerequisite for improving competitiveness. Therefore, expansion of market access with Web-based Information Technology is now needed as a medium for global communication. One thing that gives a competitive advantage in international trade competition is information technology of electronic commerce or e-commerce. This paper shows the important role of e-commerce for SMEs in Indonesia and how to model the development of e-commerce. Abstract: The types of small and medium business sectors that are spread in the Kota Kisaran Timur District vary widely, including fashion, handicrafts, furniture, cafes, restaurants. One of the obstacles that are often faced by SMEs is the limited promotional media and the absence of mapping the location of these SMEs. The Department of Cooperatives and Trade of Asahan Regency has provided information on SMEs but it is still static in archive form and has not been computerized. The community, business actors, and parties who need information about these SMEs must visit the Cooperatives and Trade Office of Asahan Regency directly, which takes a long time and is less effective. The geographic information system used is web-based and uses the Google Maps API for mapping locations by determining coordinates. The use of WebGIS can make it easier for people to find information and the location of SMEs that are displayed in the form of regional mapping accurately and quickly. In addition, it also makes it easier for the Asahan Regency Cooperative and Trade Office to view information on the spread and growth of SMEs. Keywords: Mapping; WebGIS; Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs); Eastern Kisaran  Abstrak: Jenis sektor usaha kecil menengah yang tersebar di Kecamatan Kota Kisaran Timur sangat bervariasi meliputi usaha fashion, kerajinan tangan, furniture, cafe, restoran, Salah satu kendala yang sering dihadapi oleh UKM yaitu media promosi yang terbatas dan belum adanya pemetaan lokasi UKM tersebut. Dinas Koperasi dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Asahan telah menyediakan informasi mengenai UKM tetapi masih bersifat statis dalam bentuk arsip dan belum terkomputerisasi. Masyarakat, pelaku usaha, dan pihak-pihak yang membutuhkan informasi mengenai UKM tersebut harus mengunjungi Dinas Koperasi dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Asahan secara langsung, dimana hal tersebut membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan kurang efektif. Sistem informasi geografis yang digunakan berbasis web dan menggunakan Google Maps API untuk pemetaan lokasi dengan menentukan titik koordinat. Pemanfaatan WebGIS dapat mempermudah masyarakat dalam mencari informasi dan lokasi UKM yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk pemetaan wilayah secara tepat dan cepat. Selain itu juga mempermudah Dinas Koperasi dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Asahan dalam melihat informasi penyebaran dan pertumbuhan UKM. Kata Kunci: Pemetaan; WebGIS; Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM); Kecamatan Kota; Kisaran Timur.
