Electric cars (EVs) are probable to be an opportunity power mode of transportation for the destiny because it has shown a wonderful capability to lessen the intake of petroleum based and different excessive CO2 emitting transportations fuels. on this look at, the additives of the BEVs device had been mentioned and a version of BEV at the MATLAB-Simulink platform was simulated. Furthermore, the applicable electric system additives in addition to its corresponding equations for verification had been recognized. moreover, all simulation effects were taken into consideration. This look at affords a basis for added researches.

This paper presents a module for single-phase multilevel inverter topology. The proposed module generates maximum 21-level bipolar output voltage with asymmetric sources without H-bridge. This results in reduction in filter cost and size. The module can be cascaded for high voltage applications. The same arrangement of voltage source magnitudes in first module is maintained in the remaining cascaded modules. The proposed topology is suitable for the applications like electric vehicle and emergency services like residences and hospitality industries, etc. A set of comparisons between the proposed and recently published topologies are provided to differentiate between them. The topology is simulated and verified in MATLAB/SIMULINK. A hardware prototype is developed in the laboratory for experimental confirmation with various conditions.

We propose a simple and efficient DC/DC converter circuit topology, the asymmetrical half bridge DC/DC converter used in the field of electric vehicle battery system, and make switching devices working under the condition of soft switch converter. This can easily be done with the help of state equations and MATLAB/SIMULINK as a tool for simulation of those state equations.

In this paper PM BLDC motor driven electric two-wheeler is proposed. The operation of PMBLDC motor in all four quadrants along with various regenerative braking control strategies are simulated MATLAB/ SIMULINK. Three braking methods are proposed for electric vehicle application. Factors like recovered energy, braking time, maximum braking current are compared. Depending on the simulation results switching between different braking methods is proposed for efficient and reliable braking operation. Moreover, by using variable switch braking technique one can extract more braking energy.

The paper made a comprehensive analysis on a variety of driving environment and driver’s intention for HEB, studied the typical driver manipulation features, proposed the identification method which integrated the driving environment and the operation of the driver and different shift strategy. For Beijing driving cycling as an example, using the integrated platform of AVL/Cruise and Matlab/Simulink to simulate the operation of HEV under different shift strategy in a number of traffic circulation condition, the results proved that the shift strategy based on the driver’s intention identification not only enable HEV to implement the intention of driver but also access to better fuel economy.
