AbstractCity logistics has the goal of optimizing the entire logistics system within the city area and thus positively impact the quality of life. Different measures and initiatives, aimed at the optimisation of city logistics and reduction of the negative effects of urban freight transport are access zones or goods (freight) receiving points in the city centre, restrictions of vehicle dimensions, time schedule of delivery, consolidation strategies, use of urban distribution or consolidation centres, use of electric cars, use of urban public transport and mobility management. In the last couple of years, the city of Šibenik has experienced a tourism boom, which includes the organisation of numerous festivals in the old town core, an increase in the number of visitors, an increase in the number of catering and shopping facilities, private accommodation units, hotels and hostels. The increased number of tourists and commercial establishments also broaches the question of delivery of food and non-food products into the old part of the city, especially during the tourist season.

In this paper, we will present the examination of the city logistics system of shopping malls in Budapest. We will introduce the mathematical model of its cost structure which can help us to evaluate this complex system from a financial point of view. The data, we collected earlier, made it possible to simulate the physical processes of the current logistics system and to compare them with innovative new systems as well. However, in case of any new systems it is essential to compare the costs too. The mathematical modelling was based on the observed processes of three shopping malls in Budapest. We added this cost structure to the simulation model to make the simulation of costs possible, so now we have a tool which can help us comprehensively examine the current logistic system of the shopping malls in Budapest as well as a consolidation based proposed solution.

<p>E-commerce has a rapid development with the advent of the Internet era, the era of “Internet +” also let many industries to find new opportunities. Now online shopping has become a mainstream to meet the needs of people’s life, especially in the developed cities, more and more people are willing to buy all sorts of goods in e - Bay, Amazon, Sunning, JD and other large e-commerce enterprises. Business enterprise needs to deliver intact goods quickly to customers to improve customers’ intention of purchasing. So the development of e-commerce and express industry is closely linked. The end of the city logistics needs to contact with consumers directly as the last part of the whole process in normal logistics distribution, which may occur some problems about the damage of goods, slow information feedback, service quality and other issues will reduce the satisfaction of consumers and affect reputation of companies. This article use ISM technology to analyze the influencing factors of the logistics of the ecommerce enterprise from the perspective of consumers, and divide all of the factors into three levels, each level contains different meanings which make a reference for the trend of development of the end of city logistics distribution. </p>

The main objective of the article is to present the concept, conditions of implementation and preferred directions of action of city logistics projects in the context of the processes of social responsibility in the management of the city. The first part of the article presents the concept and types of city logistics projects as one of the symptoms of actions aimed at implementing the objectives and functions of city logistics in the area. The second part presents the conditions and stages of implementation of the effective project solutions in city logistics. This part of the paper also includes the groups of city logistics projects, taking into account factors such as the size of investment and the necessity of legislative and administrative changes to implement them.

Cities are trying to adapt to the rapidly changing global trends by regenerating themselves. Approaches and practices of this regeneration are different in several countries. In big Turkish cities, particularly in the past decade, urban regeneration practices, processes and consequences have sparked several debates. The ?new? gained or converted spaces in the city are also significant in terms of their impacts on urban identity. In this context, this study aims to identify the impacts of urban regeneration, which occurred in historical city centres, on urban identity in the case of Turkey. The study determines general framework of urban regeneration and then defines a conceptual framework of urban identity. It focuses on urban regeneration projects in the case of Turkey. Then, the topic is explored through two case studies which are selected from Turkey, Istanbul and Bursa. The findings of the study indicate that there are several problematic aspects of urban regeneration. The findings also show that urban identity was ignored in urban regeneration projects, which caused significant breaks in the context of physical, cultural, historical and semantic continuity.

The main problems of transport infrastructure of cities are the problems of interaction of different types of transport, optimization of route flows, technical backwardness, low capacity, low speed of travel on public transport, low comfort for passengers. Currently, this is complicated by the constant growth of population and the number of cars, which invariably results in the need for optimization of an urban logistics system. A comprehensive solution to the problems presented can be the building of a network of transport hubs as a new stage in the implementation of transport reform. The article analyzes the transport infrastructure of Yekaterinburg. Based on the ABC analysis of passenger traffic, a method has been developed to identify the stopping points of the route network, which can later be transformed into transport hubs. The optimal logistics system of Yekaterinburg has been formed, consisting of three transport and logistics hubs: “Bus terminal”, “Railway station”, “Professors’” (Professorskaya).

Electrification of mobility exceeds personal transport to increasingly focus on particular segments such as city logistics and taxis. These commercial mobility segments have different motives to purchase a full electric vehicle and require a particular approach to incentivize and facilitate the transition towards electric mobility. A case where a municipality was successful in stimulating the transition to electric mobility is the taxi sector in the city of Amsterdam. Using results from a survey study (n = 300), this paper analyses the differences in characteristics between taxi drivers that either have or do not have interest in purchasing a full electric taxi vehicle. Results show a low intention across the sample to adopt a full electric vehicle and no statistically significant differences in demographics between the two groups. Differences were found between the level of acceptability of the covenant, the rated attractiveness of the incentives, the ratings of full electric vehicle attributes and the consultation of objective and social information sources. These results can be used by policy makers to develop new incentives that target specific topics currently influencing the interest in a full electric taxi vehicle.

Logistics Park is the highest level of the logistics node in the City logistics system. The planning and design of this Logistics Park strives to meet the requirements of different levels as well as effectively integrate from the perspective of spatial the existing logistics resource, yielding the maximize benefit socially, economically and ecologically. This paper refers to the general impression currently in Nanjing that the distribution of the Auto 4S shop and automotive spare-parts shop is scattered thinly, and the shortage of auto and spare-parts happens oftentimes, then proceeds with systematically planning and detailed feasibility studies from market analysis, strategic positioning, functional design, layout design and business plan, and then provides a scientific and theoretical basis for the planning in building this logistics park in Nanjing.
