Regardless of which perspective is analysed, in or out - going, the educational tourism in the city of Iasi is strongly related to its status as a regional center of educational polarization. Our objective is to analyse and inventorize the evolution of Erasmus international mobilities of “Ion Ionescu de la Brad” University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine Iasi between 2013 and 2019. These mobilities, along with school trips, travels for seminars, conferences or symposiums, language schools and educational events shape the educational tourism in the city of Iasi. Our study is based on the statistical provided by the International Relations office of the university. The first step in our research was the investigation of the specialised literature, we continued with the analysis of the statistical data related to this subject and the creation of graphic and cartographic materials. The study area is the city of Iasi. The interpretation of the obtained results highlights a series of transformations, as the increase in the number of Erasmus+ international mobilities. This is a sign that educational tourism has a growing interest from students of this university, being an important element of the tourism development strategy of the city.

The directions of perspective development of the territorial organization of the regional tourist complex of Khmelnytsky region are analyzed. As part of the regional tourist complex of Khmelnytsky region, we have identified point elements of the territorial structure: 2 bifunctional tourist nodes; 10 bifunctional tourist centers; 1 monofunctional tourist center; 17 bifunctional tourist points; 18 monofunctional tourist points. Four clusters are distinguished. The most complex territorial formations in the regional tourist complex of Khmelnytsky region are Khmelnytsky and Kamyanets-Podilsky bifunctional dispersed bushes. The main branch directions of perspective development of tourist activity of Khmelnytsky region are considered. As part of the improvement of the territorial organization of the regional tourist complex, it is necessary to pay attention first of all to the intensification of activities to complete the formation of existing tourist dispersed bushes. It is necessary to promote the establishment of Kamyanets-Podilsky as a tourist «superpoint» of the national level. It is advisable to form on the basis of this city a complex dispersed tourist bush, which should take a leading position in the development of tourism in the Khmelnytsky region. In order to reduce the polarization of the tourist regional complex, to promote the completion of the formation of tourist scattered bushes in other areas of the region. Of particular importance is its development on the basis of the regional center, which has the most favorable transport and geographical position in the region. It is expedient to build a primary network of tourist points and centers in the most promising 13 rural settlements, as well as to create two tourist clusters (Medzhibizh and Sataniv). Of particular importance is the development of a network of agricultural settlements, which will attract existing from the monuments of nature, history and culture. Thus, on the one hand, it is necessary to promote the establishment of Kamyanets-Podilsky as a tourist "superpoint" of the national level. It is advisable to form on the basis of this city a complex dispersed tourist bush, which should take a leading position in the development of tourism in the Khmelnytsky region. On the other hand, in order to reduce the polarization of the tourist regional complex, it is advisable to help complete the formation of tourist scattered bushes in other areas of the region. Of particular importance in this context is its development on the basis of the regional center, which has the most favorable transport and geographical position in the region. Also expedient, in our opinion, is the development of the primary network of tourist points and centers in the most promising 13 rural settlements, as well as the creation of two tourist clusters on the basis of the villages of Medzhibizh and Sataniv. Of particular importance in this context is the development of a network of agro-villages, which will involve in tourism activities of national importance monuments of nature, history, culture, as well as partially relevant monuments of local importance in the Khmelnytsky region. Key words: development, territorial organization, regional tourist complex, Khmelnytsky region.

The purpose of the article is to suggest new approaches to the lexicographical processing of the modern speech lexis of residents from the particular village. Dialect of the village Stryhantsi of Tysmenytsya district, Ivano‑Frankivsk region was chosen as an object of the research, it is currently included into the dialect of the South-West Naddnistrianshchyna. The village is situated 30 km from the regional center – the city of Ivano-Frankivsk (driving through Roshniv, Klubivtsi, Tysmenytsia). It is supposed that the village was founded in 1624. The village is marked on the map of the French engineer- map-maker Le Vasseur de Beauplan dated 1650. The source base of the research is long-term records of dialect speech of villagers made by the authors of the article. The article contains the first part of the material starting from ‘З’ (Z) letter. The glossary article provides all the relations that express the combination of different grammatical forms of nouns with the preposition З/Z known to the authors and the maximum quantity of the examples with the quotes from the colloquial dialect speech, especially with meanings which can differ from the meaning of the same lexeme in the standard language. Meanings are separated by the Arabic numerals. Words in the quotes from the colloquial dialect speech provides accent marks and other sound features of the lexeme. Common phrases are also presented in addition to idioms. Each common phrase and idiom provides meaning in the colloquial dialect speech. The article illustrates the lexical and phraseological richness of speech of the inhabitants of the village of Strygantsi, interesting grammatical forms with the specified preposition. The collected authentic factual material becomes a valuable source for the analysis the Ukrainian dialect language. Some of the lexemes present a significant interest for the researchers of the historical grammar of Ukrainian language.

Using a measure of social capital provided by the Northeast Regional Center for Rural Development, we document that, after controlling for auditor effort, firms headquartered in US counties with higher social capital are less likely to have ineffective internal control over financial reporting than those located in regions with lower social capital. This negative association between local social capital and ineffective internal controls holds when other forms of external monitoring are weak. We also find that the association is driven by ineffective internal control arising from entity-level, but not from account-specific, material weaknesses. Overall, we contribute to the literature that links firms' social environment with financial reporting quality.

Abstract Burn injury induces a systemic hyperinflammatory response with detrimental side effects. Studies have described the biochemical changes induced by severe burns, but the transcriptome response is not well characterized. The goal of this work is to characterize the blood transcriptome after burn injury. Burn patients presenting to a regional center between 2012-2017 were prospectively enrolled. Blood was collected on admission and at predetermined time points (hours 2, 4, 8, 12, 24). RNA was isolated and transcript levels were measured with a gene expression microarray. To identify differentially regulated genes (FDR≤0.1) by burn injury severity, patients were grouped by total body surface area (TBSA) above or below 20% and statistically enriched pathways were identified. Sixty-eight patients were analyzed, most patients were male with a median age of 41 (IQR, 30.5-58.5) years, and TBSA of 20% (11-34%). Thirty-five patients had %TBSA injury ≥20%, and this group experienced greater mortality (26% vs. 3%, p=0.008). Comparative analysis of genes from patients with </≥20% TBSA revealed 1505, 613, 380, 63, 1357, and 954 differentially expressed genes at hours 0, 2, 4, 8, 12 and 24 respectively. Pathway analysis revealed an initial upregulation in several immune/inflammatory pathways within the ≥20% TBSA groups followed by shutdown. Severe burn injury is associated with an early proinflammatory immune response followed by shutdown of these pathways. Examination of the immunoinflammatory response to burn injury through differential gene regulation and associated immune pathways by injury severity may identify mechanistic targets for future intervention.

Objective: The recent outbreak of COVID-19 caused a limitation of the resources of the National Health System and the necessity to formulate novel practice recommendation for oncological care. To date there are not available any management guidelines for cancer patients in case of pandemic. Each center has tried to manage its own needs and requests independently, often reducing access to treatment and diagnostic exams to patients. Here we have described the management of cancer patients during COVID-19 infection with suggestions of some practical approaches applied by our Regional Center for Oncological Orientation (COrO) in S.G. Moscati Hospital (Taranto-Italy). Subjects and Methods: Our strategies were the minimization of interruption of cancer treatment through the extension of Taranto's Health Regional (CorO). The extension of oncological network, assisted by the General Management of Taranto ASL through agreements with private structures in Taranto 's area allowed cancer patients to receive up to 11 different types of services, according to their needs(first investigation or follow up)and representing an exclusive organization on the entire Italian territory. Results: Thanks to the organization of the COrO in 2020, 1406 first oncological visits and 566 preparatory treatments were carried out, 372 of exemption for oncological pathology (free health care) were activated, 1742 instrumental investigations and 7 cases of civil invalidity were performed(certificate of disability). Conclusions: We have overcome the barriers to care of oncology patients that has led to a total reduction of waiting lists representing a practical application model that can be extended in to other healthcare settings.

Relevance. The geographical spread of HIV infection among the population of various administrative territories is very heterogeneous. The Tyumen region, due to its vast territory and the significant remoteness of some areas from the regional center, is of particular interest in the framework of considering the territorial features of the spread of HIV.Aims. To consider peculiarities of the spread of hiv infection among urban and rural residents of the Tyumen region in 1993–2019.Materials & Methods. Statistical data of the «Center for the Prevention and Control of AIDS» in the period from 1993 to 2019, annual form No. 61 «Information on the contingents of HIV patients» for 2006–2019, materials of the state report «On the sanitary and epidemiological situation in the Tyumen region» for 2013–2019. Methods of epidemiological observation were used in the work: analytical and descriptive-evaluative with the use of methods of retrospective and operational analysis and statistical methods. Results and Discussions. A specific feature of the spread of HIV infection among urban and rural residents is the tendency to exceed the regional incidence rate in a number of territories. Analysis of epidemiological data for the period under review showed that all territories of the region are involved in the epidemiological process of HIV infection, and in a number of territories the prevalence rate exceeds the average Russian level. HIV prevalence as of December 31, 2019 was 728.2 per 100 thousand people in Russia. In 17 administrative territories of the Tyumen region the infection rate is higher than the national average level and is per 100 thousand population in the city of Tobolsk – 1903.3, in the districts of Uvat – 1486.2, Tobolsk – 1440.5, Nizhnetavda – 1354.9, Tyumen – 1344.1, Yalutorovsk – 1327.6), in the city. Tyumen – 1249.3, in the districts: Vagay – 1195.2, Zavodoukovsky – 1119.2, in Ishim – 951.8, in the districts: Yarkovsky – 889.6, Vikulovsky – 881.3, Yurginsky – 846.9, Ishimsky district – 842.1, Aromashevsky – 851.6, Isetovsky – 754.4, Uporovsky district – 734.7.Conclusions. The HIV epidemic in the Tyumen region is determined by its economic and geographic location and by the presence of exceptional epidemiologically significant prerequisites for the intensive spread of HIV, in particular, by the routes through which large quantities of drugs are illegally transported (drug trafficking from the northeast).

An attempt has been made to consider and, if possible, offer an explanation for some of the patterns and features that are imprinted in the urban planning structure of the city of Kargopol – a former county, and now a regional center in the south of the Arkhangelsk region. The ancient structure of the city, stretching along the Onega River, is polycentric, several centers are recorded: the southern Kolobov Gorka and the Old Marketplace, the northern Gorodok with Krasny Posad, in the middle between them is Cathedral Square with the ancient Ivanovskaya Street and Kamenka. Mapping the dedications of temples and their side-altars in the mid-16th – mid-17th centuries. revealed the predominance of dedications to the Lord in the northeastern part of the city and dedications to the Mother of God – in the southwest. It is natural to assume that they reflect the stable preferences of population groups at an earlier time – the period of settlement. A hypothesis is expressed and substantiated about the connection of initiation groups with different colonization streams that differed in ideological preferences: Novgorod and «lower». In the middle of the 16th century, during the era of Ivan the Terrible, the Moscow government performed unifying functions, creating a new center approximately in the middle (on the site of the present Cathedral Square).
