The main purpose of this review is to present justification for the urgent need to implement specific prophylaxis of invasive Staphylococcus aureus infections. We emphasize the difficulties in achieving this goal due to numerous S. aureus virulence factors important for the process of infection and the remarkable ability of these bacteria to avoid host defense mechanisms. We precede these considerations with a brief overview of the global necessitiy to intensify the use of vaccines against other pathogens as well, particularly in light of an impasse in antibiotic therapy. Finally, we point out global trends in research into modern technologies used in the field of molecular microbiology to develop new vaccines. We focus on the vaccines designed to fight the infections caused by S. aureus, which are often resistant to the majority of available therapeutic options.

The need to diversify educational cloud activities arose due to social distancing, the widening of individual differences between learners, and the need to employ the possibilities offered by cloud education to achieve language goals. This research identifies the perceptions of non-native Arabic language learners towards the cloud-based educational activities based on the entrance of multiple intelligences. The descriptive approach was used, and a questionnaire was designed, consisting of: (Linguistic, Musical, visual- Spatial, Interpersonal, and Interpersonal). The sample consisted of (33) male and female students. The results showed that learners' perceptions are highly positive on all areas of activities. The highest percentage was interpersonal intelligence activities. Also, there are no statistically significant differences due to the sex. The originality of the research presents a vision of the entrance of multiple intelligences; To benefit from its educational applications in teaching Arabic online to non-native speakers, and to keep pace with global trends in the adoption of cloud education and its activities. It is also expected that the results of this research will benefit the following groups: institutions concerned with teaching foreign languages, experts who prepare curricula for teaching Arabic, and teachers of Arabic for non-native speakers.

Urban agriculture has been proposed as an important urban element to deal with the challenges of food insecurity and environmental deterioration. In order to track current popular topics and global research trends in urban agriculture, we used bibliometric analysis and visualization mapping to evaluate and analyze the developments in the knowledge of urban agriculture based on 605 papers from the core collection database Web of Science from 2001–2021. The results were as follows. (1) The number of urban agriculture publications increased substantially year by year, indicating that the field is attracting increasing attention. The University of Kassel, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and University of Freiburg are the most productive research institutions in the field of urban agriculture. The top-five most influential countries are the Unites States, Germany, the United Kingdom, Italy, and China, of which the Unites States plays a central role in the cooperative linkage between countries. (2) Research on urban agriculture focuses not only on food production and different styles but also on how to realize the various functions of urban agriculture. In addition, UA-related sustainability and the water-energy-food nexus have become two emerging research topics. (3) Urban agriculture does not necessarily mean a resource-conserving and environmentally friendly food system. To achieve sustainable development, a transition based on technological innovation is needed. How to improve the sustainable development level of the food system while fully considering the resilience, sustainability, and versatility of urban agriculture is the main direction of future research.

Currently, considering global trends and challenges, as well as the UN sustainable development goals and the ESG plan, the development of geopolymer binders for the production of geopolymer concrete has become an urgent area of construction science. This study aimed to reveal the influence of the component composition and recipe dosage on the characteristics of fine-grained geopolymer concrete with the use of stone flour. Eleven compositions of geopolymer fine-grained concrete were made from which samples of the mixture were obtained for testing at the beginning and end of setting and models in the form of beams and cubes for testing the compressive strength tensile strength in bending. It was found that the considered types of stone flour can be successfully used as an additive in the manufacture of geopolymer concrete. An analysis of the setting time measurements showed that stone flour could accelerate the hardening of the geopolymer composite. It was found that the addition of stone waste significantly improves the compressive strength of geopolymers in comparison with a geopolymer composite containing only quartz sand. The maximum compressive strength of 52.2 MPa and the tensile strength in bending of 6.7 MPa provide the introduction of potassium feldspar in an amount of 15% of the binder mass. Microstructural analysis of the geopolymer composite was carried out, confirming the effectiveness of the recipe techniques implemented in this study.

The main interpretations of terms, development trends, foreign and domestic experience within the concept of sustainable development of territories have been considered. The importance of cooperative interaction and cooperation between actors in the same area in the context of existing constraints, barriers and opportunities for the deployment of the processes under consideration, has been confirmed. A statistical comparative analysis of the dynamics of changing trends in the interaction between research organisations and industrial enterprises of the regions has been carried out in comparison with Russian and global trends. The interrelationships between the key factors relating to financial support processes, infrastructure capacity and the research and education component have been revealed and their impact on territorial development has been highlighted. Scientific research methods such as analysis and generalization and correlation analysis were used within the framework of the article.

The current processes of globalisation and digitalisation, the use of cloud technologies, artificial intelligence capabilities, robotics, big data and tools that allow large amounts of information to be processed in a short period of time by economic actors in their practical activities affect the conceptual basis of theoretical and methodological approaches to the organisation of the accounting system, fill the concept of “accounting” with new meaning. The purpose of this research paper is to assess the transformation of elements of accounting method under the influence of innovative digital technologies being introduced in the accounting process. The research methodology is based on the dialectical and empirical method. The article is devoted to the analysis of domestic and global trends in the accounting system development under the conditions of digitalisation of the processes of collection, consolidation and analysis of information on the activities of economic entities. The article considers the impact of the information potential of the existing economic space on the transformation of the methodological basis of accounting. In this regard, the modification of the theoretical and methodological approach of building an accounting system is a necessary step in the further development of accounting and in maintaining its relevance in competition with modern information systems.
