Background: With the evolution of the Internet of Things (IoT) technology and connected devices employed in the medicinal domain, the different characteristics of the online healthcare applications become advantageous. Aim: The objective of this paper is to present an IoT and cloud-based secured disease diagnosis model. At present, various e-healthcare applications with the use of the Internet of Things (IoT) offers diverse dimensions and services online. Method: In this paper, an efficient IoT and cloud-based secured classification model are proposed for disease diagnosis. It is used to avail efficient and secured services to the people globally over online healthcare applications. The presented model includes an effective gradient boosting tree (GBT) based data classification and lightweight cryptographic technique named rectangle. The presented GBT–R model offers a better diagnosis in a secure way. Results: It is validated using the Pima Indians diabetes data, and extensive simulation takes place to verify the consistent performance of the employed GBT-R model. Conclusion: The experimental outcome strongly suggested that the presented model shows maximum performance with an accuracy of 94.92.

Artificial intelligence integrated with the internet of things network could be used in the healthcare sector to improve patient care. The data obtained from the patient with the help of certain medical healthcare devices that include fitness trackers, mobile healthcare applications, and several wireless sensor networks integrated into the body of the patients promoted digital data that could be stored in the form of digital records. AI integrated with IoT could be able to predict diseases, monitor heartbeat rate, recommend preventive maintenance, measure temperature and body mass, and promote drug administration by having a review with the patient's medical history and detecting health defects. This chapter explores IoT and artificial intelligence for smart healthcare solutions.

The outbreak of COVID-19 has severely affected the healthcare infrastructure. The limitations of conventional healthcare urge the use of the digital technologies to lessen the overall load on the healthcare infrastructure and assist healthcare workers/staff. This chapter focuses on digital technologies to enable smart healthcare solutions to sustain and improve health services. The chapter focuses on two main driving technologies (internet of things [IoT] and artificial intelligence [AI]), pioneering automation and digitalization of healthcare. The enabling technologies possess the potential to transform the healthcare with emergence of new and novel research directions to realize and address healthcare needs. Therefore, it is essential to focus on key driving and complementing technologies to establish multidisciplinary research solutions with cross-platform design coupled with translational learning to unlock the potentials of next generation healthcare.

UNSTRUCTURED In the resent decade, emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain Technology, Cloud Computing , Internet of Things (IoT), etc., have changed people life a lot (in terms of living). Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been applied widely in our daily lives in a variety of ways with numerous successful stories. AI has also contributed to dealing with the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, which is currently happening around the globe. We touch on a number of areas where AI plays as an essential component, from medical image processing, data analytics, text mining and natural language processing, the Internet of Things, to computational biology and medicine. For this, a summary of COVID-19 related data sources that are available for research purposes (for future researchers) is also presented. For that, all the tools, resources and datasets needed to facilitate AI research are also been reviewed. Also discussed about Machine Learning use cases for Drug Formulations, Treatment of Patients Suffering with COVID-19, how Artificial Intelligence and internet of things can be useful to develop Cost- effective and Rapid Point-of-Care Diagnostics. For example, uses of Internet of Medical Things for Smart Healthcare (primary focus on detecting COVID-19 symptoms, and alerts for other users) have been discussed in this work. In summary, this work providesuseful information about (potential of) AI methods, machine learning, internet of things, used in many applications like Medicare, COVID-19 outbreak and summarizes several critical roles of Artificial Intelligence (including machine learning and internet of things) research in this unprecedented battle. We also discuss several future Research directions, global impact of corona on internet of things and many applications. It is envisaged that this work will provide AI, and ML researchers and the wider community an overview of the current status of AI and ML applications and motivate researchers in harnessing AI potentials in the fight against COVID-19.

Blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are remarkable emerging technologies in the coming few decades. Blockchain technology makes the application more secure and transparent, AI offers analyses the application, and IoT makes the application connected, flexible, and efficient. This paper studies the literature, formulates the research question, and summarizes the contribution of blockchain application, particularly targeting AI and IoT in agriculture and healthcare sectors. This study reveals that 20% of papers are available in agriculture and 14% available in healthcare that integrates blockchain with IoT and AI. Furthermore, the objective of the paper is to study the role of blockchain with IoT and AI in agriculture and healthcare systems in light of the literature review. The integration of blockchain with IoT and AI are playing important roles in agriculture and healthcare fields to manage food supply chains, drug supply chains, traceability of products, smart contracts, monitoring the products, connected, and intelligent prediction.
