Applications based on CC (cloud computing) has the potential efficient and low-cost advantages, while there are the lack of computing power, the limited range of applications and the higher cost of BIM (Building Information Model) applications in the traditional desktop mode. According to BIM application features and the actual situation, the paper starts from the concept of CC and discusses the advantages of BIM applications using CC. The system framework, the key technologies and the implementation methods of the BIM application platform based on CC have been put forward on the basis of the above discussion.

Marine information monitoring plays an important role in solving marine environment and controlling marine ecology. OpenLayers, as an open source development tool for WebGIS client, has the characteristics of small size and powerful function compared with commercial WebGIS software. This paper discusses the application of OpenLayers in ocean information monitoring based on OpenLayers. Firstly, The paper gives a basic overview of OpenLayers, then summarizes its related research, constructs the system framework for ocean information monitoring system and discusses the related key technologies. Finally, it studies the application of ocean information monitoring. From the research point of view, open source OpenLayers performs well, meets the general needs of marine information monitoring, and can significantly reduce development costs.

Agricultural IOT is needed to regulate and improve the crops growth conditions, to monitor some of soil environmental factors. This article designs the agriculture IOT framework based on semantic SOA, proposes to use semantic SOA techniques to increase the discovery efficiency of service of agricultural IOT. It also introduces some related key technologies in semantic annotation of Web Service and the semantic issuing of annotation results using the SAWSDL standards. This system framework support remote real-time monitoring of the field data of agricultural production, and the efficient, accurate service discovery and service invoking.
