In view of the problems of the traditional digital copyright protection system which can’t fully protect the digital content and was vulnerable to be cracked, a video copyright protection system based on LabVIEW was proposed. The system used the basic theory of LSB algorithm, and embedded the watermark information into lowest position of DC about the DCT coefficients of the I-frame of video. The system can’t only have the good robustness under the premise of the invisibility of watermark but also realize the watermark blind extracted, achieving the requirement of the watermark embedded and extracted real-timely. The experimental results show that the algorithm has good robustness. The system has the advantages of operating easily, easy to be upgraded, low cost and has good prospect for application.

The topicality of the article is determined by the fact that it examines the specifics of modern digital content in the context of the transformation processes, which take place in modern media in the context of transmedia that influence the formation of digital etiquette. The rapid development of the technical and technological components of communication contributes to the constant transformation of digital etiquette and this is one of the problems of modern transmedia space, which actualizes the identification of the content features of digital content, the role of the axiological component of modern media materials, the definition of effective ways of their representation that corresponds with the needs of the modern digital audience. The aim of the research is to describe the key characteristics of digital content in modern media that promote the formation of digital etiquette. The novelty of the article is in the concept analysis of print media, television and radio broadcasting in the context of transmedia according to the approach of the general key characteristics of the current digital content that contribute to the formation of digital etiquette and have the prospect of further research. The methodological basis was the scientific works of media theorists in Russian and foreign scientific communities. During the work on the article in the field of researching the content of modern mass media and the transformation processes that take place in the media, the author used the methods of analysis and comparison, the synthesis method was applied in terms of discussing the research results, formulating conclusions. The results of the research show that today not only adaptation in the digital environment is required but also close integration with all processes of the digital development of society is necessary for the successful functioning of modern media. The typical key features for modern digital content, which are the environment for the formation of digital etiquette, were identified during the research. It includes the ability to consume content through various gadgets; creation of interactive materials that satisfy the demands of a certain audience and give the right to participate in the creation of content and to choose it; the creation of complex multi-component materials that are endowed with the features of the project and also the transmedia narrative pattern. The article represents the interest to practicing journalists, as well as to researchers in the sphere of development of digital journalism, transmedia storytelling, digital content features and digital etiquette. Keywords: journalism, digital content, mass media transformation, transmedia, storytelling, digital etiquette

Copyright is one of the Intellectual Property Rights components and should be paid attention to. Even more in technology era that developing, copyright protection needed to be enhanced, so that the right of creator, Copyright holder or owner of relevant rights can be protected and urge people to create. Indirectly, good and healthy business climate could be fostered.  Not all people have skill to create, that is why those people who have skill to create must be protected and even awarded, hoping that people urged to create. One of the creations that protected are song and music. In creating song or music, creator involve recording producer, music director or arranger. Regarding the creation, creator holds moral and economy rights, while parties involved hold the relevant rights to it. Collective Management Agency is an agency that help creator or relevant rights owner in managing and distributing the creation which is song or music that being commercialized. Yet the creator must be the member of the agency beforehand. Commercialization of a song or music by user can rise problem. Protection to the song or music is for the whole thing, including lyric, notation, arrangement and song title. The utilization of a song or music should be still protecting the parties that hold the copyright and the relevant right to it.

The Landesarchiv (State Archive) of Baden-Württemberg has designed and implemented a metadata concept for digital content covering a heterogenous range of digital-born and digitised material. Special attention was given to matters of authenticity and to economic ingest and dissemination methods under the requirements of a public archive. This paper describes the outcome of metadata discussions during the implementation period of the DIMAG repository. It treats integration of the repository’s architecture with the archival classification concept, measures for long-term accessibility, the creation of adapted metadata placement, and provisions for exchange with other applications for ingest and use. The deliberately short list of metadata elements is included in this paper. Some existing standards have been evaluated under a real use environment; this paper also introduces modifications applied to them in the project context.

In 2016, Buzzfeed announced the creation of Pero Like, a Facebook page and YouTube channel that would “look at the myriad identities under the ‘Latinx umbrella,’” including “[B]laxicans in LA, Tejanos in Corpus Christi, Cubans in Miami (and their abuelitas), and everyone who’s been told they don’t ‘look Latina.’” Pero Like followed the footsteps of mitú, a new media multi-channel network created in 2012 to target younger, bicultural Latinx audiences who are avid internet users and overlooked by legacy media. This article analyzes how Latina millennial digital content creators negotiate, mediate, and contest Latinidad through social media entertainment. It focuses on four of the most popular Latina creators featured on mitú and Pero Like: Jenny Lorenzo, Kat Lazo, Julissa Calderon, and Maya Murillo. In doing so, the article explores how these creators articulate the politics of Latinx millenniality through a focus on cultural specificity, panethnicity, generational differences, language practices, race and racism, and beauty standards.

Nowadays, the use of digital content or digital media is increasing day by day. Therefore, there is a need to protect the digital document from both unauthorized users and authorized users. The digital document should be protected from authorized users who try to redistribute it illegally. Digital watermarking techniques along with cryptography are insufficient to ensure an adequate level of security of digital media. The security of the transferring digital data in the modern world is also a big challenge because there is a high risk of security breaches. In this article, a secure technique of image fusion using hybrid domains (spatial and frequency) for privacy preserving and copyright protection is proposed. The proposed method provides a secure technique for the digital content in cloud environment. Two cloud services are used to develop this work, which eliminates the role of a trusted third party (TTP). First is the design of an infrastructure as a service (IaaS) to store different images with encryption processes to speed up the image fusion process and save storage space. Second, a Platform as a Service (PaaS) is used to enable the digital content to improve computation power and to increase the bandwidth. The prime objective of the proposed scheme is to transfer the digital media between a service provider and customer in a secure way using a hybrid domain along with cloud storage. Imperceptibility and robustness measures are used to calculate the performance of the proposed approach.
