With the advancement of electricity deregulation in China, the market entities’ demands for getting high quality information service from power exchange center are growing. Power exchange center needs to establish a comprehensive, efficient and interactive information service platform. In view of the current situation, this paper classifies the large amount of information in electricity market, and analyses the information demands and acquisition channels of market entities. This paper puts forward the architecture of multi-layer collaboration information service system for electricity trading in China. The architecture has a clearly hierarchy and reflects the crucial junctures of information processing. It has the important guiding significance to the power exchange center to provide quality information services for the market entities.

The development of the library science marks the progresses of science and culture in a country or a district. The study courses and results of a research institute are strongly reflected by its library and information work. The development of the astronomical research, the collection of astronomical observations, and the manufacture of astronomical instruments and equipments, etc., are all being made progress by library and information services to consult scientific foundation, to seek method, and to derive needed nourishment. The astronomical library and information service system is growing and expanding with continuously providing information to the astronomical study. In this paper I shall give some introductions about the Libraries and Information Divisions of astronomical observatories in our country.

In the analysis of existing travel information service system of the main problems and travel information services on the basis of the relevant business processes, combining Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) the advantages. This paper proposes a method of travel information service system based on SOA overall design scheme. Its core content is SOA thought, as a theoretical guide in technical standard. The use of the existing AJAX, XML and Web Services, and other related technologies. For travel information services designed to service granularity. The scheme through a loose coupling, cross-platform system structure to reusing existing application system function module, easily incorporated into existing application systems to the new systems. Thus fully utilize existing resources.

Under the framework of smart city, starting from the demand for urban public tourism information services, drawing on the new public service theory, customer perceived value theory, and basic information service theory, combined with previous research results, using literature analysis, questionnaire survey, and other methods, and starting from the carrier level of the public tourism information service system, this study analyzed the public tourism information services in detail. This study combed the current status quo and problems of the public tourism information service system for qualitative analysis and summed up some common shortcomings and deficiencies. Along with the results of the questionnaire, this paper analyzed the existing problems in the current public tourism information service system and identified the demands of tourists for public tourism information services. Based on this, the research puts forward the idea of constructing the public tourism information service system under the background of smart city, including the system framework, characteristics, service media and mode, operation mode, management mechanism, and other aspects. The study concluded that there is a need to construct theoretical and research models of the impact of public tourism services on the quality of destination from the perspective of smart city, to use the structural equation model for quantitative analysis, to verify the model hypothesis, and to consider that public tourism services have a significant positive impact on the behavioral and psychological responses of tourists. On the basis of combing the literature and starting from the overall situation, this study puts forward a systematic integration idea, which is of theoretical significance.

Safe academic services are the most important part of universities. The security of academic services is very important to maintain information optimally and safely. Along with the development of technology, academic information services are often misused by some irresponsible parties that can cause threats. To prevent these things from happening, it is necessary to know the extent of governance of higher education academic information system security by evaluating. So the research was conducted to determine the maturity of the security of Higher Education academic information service security by using the COBIT 5 framework in the DSS05 domain. The DSS05 domain in COBIT 5 is a good framework for use in implementing and evaluating the security of academic information services. Meanwhile, to determine the achievement of the evaluation of the security level of academic information systems, the Indonesian e-government ranking (PEGI) method is required. The combination of the COBIT 5 framework in the DSS05 domain using the PEGI method in academic information security service is able to provide a level of achievement in the form of Customer Value. The results of the COBIT 5 framework analysis of the DSS05 domain using the PEGI method get a score of 3.50 so that the quality of academic information service security evaluation achievement is at a very good level. At this level, universities are increasingly open to technological development. Higher education has applied the concept of quantification in every process, and has always been monitored and controlled for its performance in the security of academic information systems.
