This task is based on the control of the MCU. In order to make it work, the first and foremost thing is to configure the interface among the MCU, display device and the wireless communication device with reason. In detail, the hardware design concludes the MCU control system, display circuit as well as the design of the wireless one. As for the software design, there are the initialization of the MCU and the display component. The programmer for the control of the display part and wireless part are also concluded.

Pipeline robot research has a broad prospect of application and value. Based on the study of the pipeline robot domestic and foreign and in the fully understanding of the questions and intrinsic request of the existing pipeline robot control and communication systems, a general design scheme of wheeled pipeline robot is proposed in this paper, and according to this idea, choice and analysis to the robot is made. After that, the moving carrier mechanism, the components selections and circuits of control system for this pipeline robot are designed in detail.

Recent years, automobile air-conditioner control system is particularly important as the automobile air-conditioner is becoming an important indicator to measure the comfort of a car. This paper introduces the hardware and software design of the system based on STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller.The hardware design part includes the circuits design of motor and fan, and the software design part describes the way to realize the modes conversion function. Experiments show that the automobile air-conditioner system can reach high control accuracy and it's practical.

In the OTN+WiMax control system of Metro, the use of wireless backhaul can reduce costs and increase security. This paper presented a variety of OTN+WiMax hardware solution for Metro monitoring systems for wireless backhaul system by comparing the variety of chips; For WiMAX, Wi-Fi coexisting wireless backhaul situation, we put forward the hardware design using low-power high-speed chip of Infineon's SMARTi hardware design,, and pointed out that the design programme belongs to energy-saving green environmental. Also we used Intel WiMAX Connection 2,400 chip design hardware programme of wireless backhaul system for monitoring. At last, The software radio technology is applied to wireless backhaul system.

Electro-hydraulic control system of hydraulic support in addition to being able to control the basic movements of hydraulic support, also can work for signal acquisition of mining environment, including pressure of column pressure, displacement of push lutetium and pull support etc. The electro-hydraulic control system is presented in this paper, on the basis of the original control function added signal acquisition module, and designed the hardware and software.

The diesel generator sets digital control system based on DSP is studied in this paper. The principles of voltage and speed control are analyzed. The main DSP chip is 16-bit fixed-point TMS320LF2407A. The hardware design, the former channels, the after channels and the CAN controller are accomplished in this paper. The simulation results indicate the controller has high-performance processing capabilities and it can meet the need of Generator Sets' real-time control and performance requirements.
