Recent years, automobile air-conditioner control system is particularly important as the automobile air-conditioner is becoming an important indicator to measure the comfort of a car. This paper introduces the hardware and software design of the system based on STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller.The hardware design part includes the circuits design of motor and fan, and the software design part describes the way to realize the modes conversion function. Experiments show that the automobile air-conditioner system can reach high control accuracy and it's practical.

Based on the principle of ultrasonic transit time ranging, this article describes that the microcontroller is used as the core to develop the ultrasonic distance-measurement automobile-reversing radar control system. The system includes both hardware and software parts. The hardware part mainly consist single-chip control circuit, ultrasonic transmitting and receiving circuits, temperature compensation circuit and voice alarm circuit. The software design part of the system was divided into several function modules with modular design method, such as main program module, temperature measurement module, voice alarm module and so on. The main program was responsible for dispatching management all the modules. Experiments show that this system can reach design requirement and has high value and broad application prospects.

This task is based on the control of the MCU. In order to make it work, the first and foremost thing is to configure the interface among the MCU, display device and the wireless communication device with reason. In detail, the hardware design concludes the MCU control system, display circuit as well as the design of the wireless one. As for the software design, there are the initialization of the MCU and the display component. The programmer for the control of the display part and wireless part are also concluded.

Aimed to satisfy damping force change requirement of vehicle MRF suspension vibration control system, a controller of MRF suspension system based on On-Off control algorithm is designed, and a control system is carried out. The system takes single chip AT90CAN128 which obey the CAN bus protocols as micro-controller, and it accomplish AD conversion of sensor signal, design of On-Off algorithm and output of PWM voltage power control signal. The system also is used in vibration control experiment of tracklayer vehicle suspension system. The experiment shows that the controller can improve control accuracy, and the control effect is obviously.

To simluate the effects of lunar dust environment veritably by using lunar dust effects simulator, a detection and control system based on singlechip microcomputer was developed. In this system, peripheral circuits with stepper motor driver, temperature sensor and rotary transformer were used to collect the signals and control the temperature as well as speed. Stepper motor speed up/down curve, digital convolution filter and error compensation were adhibited for improving the system accuracy. The results showed that this method was simple, reliable and had high control accuracy.

This paper describes on the issue about the deployment and position of the space mechanism under the vacuum, low temperature environment on the ground. Firstly, for the technical requirement of the deployment mechanism, the authors put forward deployment mechanism project, conduct the structural design. Secondly, focused on the hardware design and the software design of the control system, the control system using master and slave CPU structure of the upper and lower computer, and the rotatable control using the teach mode. Finally, the authors conduct the deployment device performance test under the vacuum, low temperature environment.

Belt conveyor is a kind of continuous conveying machinery that its transmission capacity is large, it is widely used in many industries and it has broad prospects. Belt conveyor is commonly used the traditional PLC to control, the openness is low, the portability is poor, and it is not conducive to the development of the belt conveyor. This paper presents a design of belt conveyor control system with motion controller as control core; respectively the hardware design and software design are introduced. This paper presents the development of lateral control system for intelligent vehicle based on magnetic markers guidance. A lateral controller based on fuzzy logic is designed for intelligent vehicle that is non-linear controlled object. Simulation results show that the proposed control algorithm can ensure tracking reference path of intelligent vehicles accurately. The function of the system is finally verified by real vehicle experiment and the results show that the control system has high control accuracy, real-time performance and good reliability at an acceptable vehicle speed.
