Sharing economy as an important product of the Internet Era, its essence is to rely on Internet technology, especially big data technology to reuse the idle resources of society and creating new market value. However, with the increasing scope of the sharing economy, the problems of data security, circulation, sharing and privacy protection are gradually emerging, and big data technology has become the biggest bottleneck for further development of shared economy. The block chain technology is composed of a variety of technology and communication protocol to form a new Internet architecture, it through cryptographic sharing, distributed books and other feathers to provide new methods and ideas for data distribution and sharing and complementary with big data technology. Therefore, through the combination of block chain technology and big data technology, they can subvert the traditional shared economic business model and provide a new opportunity for sharing economic development.

The current technology has given arms, hands, and wings to the smart objects-internet of things, which create the centralized data collection and analysis nightmare. Even with the distributed big data-enabled computing, the relevant data filtering for the localized decisions take a long time. To make the IOT data communication smoother and make the devices talk to each other in a coherent way the device data transactions are made to communicate through the block chain, and the applications on the localized destination can take the decisions or complete transaction without the centralized hub communication. This chapter focuses on adding vendor-specific IOT devices to the public or private block chain and the emerging challenges and the possible solutions to make the devices talk to each other and have the decision enablement through the distributed transactions through the block chain technology.

The increasing maturity of Internet information technology has led to the rapid rise of block-chain technology. In essence, the block-chain is a shared database. In recent years, block-chain technology has attracted the attention of the public and society. This paper mainly conducts systematic research and analysis on the integration and optimization of big data in sports training by block-chain, and achieves large-scale consensus in the case of decentralization, therefore, the information of the network will not be tampered with and forged, thus crossing the boundary of the bottom layer of the information system. This paper is based on the integration and optimization of sports training is big data. With the help of block-chain technology, each module is designed and implemented according to the needs. At the same time, the pow algorithm inside the block-chain is improved. The research results show that it is based on the block-chain. The integration and optimization of technical sports training big data can reduce the number of sports training injuries of sports school students by 10% -20%, which is very conducive to the healthy growth and development of sports school students.

After presenting in the Introduction the goals of the paper, in its second section the paper is presenting and summarizing important features and details about the professional engineering software programs such as CAD, CAM, CIM, CFD, their advantages and downsides and how they have been used and have been helpful until now. In the second section of the paper, the computer games exhibiting the construction’s feature are presented and how they are impacting the today’s children’s lives. In the last section, the paper draws conclusions about the products of the game industry in general, its possible evolution and also about the engineering technologies in particular and brings the software programs in relationship with the nowadays’ advanced technologies: Artificial Intelligence (AI), big data, block chain technology, 3D printing, Virtual Reality (VR) and Internet of Things (IoT).

Background. The implementation of medical digital technologies can provide better accessibility and flexibility of healthcare for the public. It encompasses the availability of open information on the health, treatment, complications, and recent progress on biomedical research. At present, even in low-income countries, diagnostic and medical services are becoming more accessible and available. However, many issues related to digital health technologies remain unmet, including the reliability, safety, testing, and ethical aspects. Purpose. The aim of the review is to discuss and analyze the recent progress on the application of big data, artificial intelligence, telemedicine, block-chain platforms, smart devices in healthcare, and medical education. Basic Design. The publication search was carried out using Google Scholar, PubMed, Web of Sciences, Medline, Wiley Online Library, and CrossRef databases. The review highlights the applications of artificial intelligence, “big data,” telemedicine and block-chain technologies, and smart devices (internet of things) for solving the real problems in healthcare and medical education. Major Findings. We identified 252 papers related to the digital health area. However, the number of papers discussed in the review was limited to 152 due to the exclusion criteria. The literature search demonstrated that digital health technologies became highly sought due to recent pandemics, including COVID-19. The disastrous dissemination of COVID-19 through all continents triggered the need for fast and effective solutions to localize, manage, and treat the viral infection. In this regard, the use of telemedicine and other e-health technologies might help to lessen the pressure on healthcare systems. Summary. Digital platforms can help optimize diagnosis, consulting, and treatment of patients. However, due to the lack of official regulations and recommendations, the stakeholders, including private and governmental organizations, are facing the problem with adequate validation and approbation of novel digital health technologies. In this regard, proper scientific research is required before a digital product is deployed for the healthcare sector.
