Rope-less hoist system driven by permanent magnet linear synchronous motor has the advantages of simple structure, small volume, high force, unlimited hoisting height and speed. So, it is attracting more attention, increasingly becoming a research hot and difficult in the vertical hoist field. In this paper, a design scheme of direct driving high-speed elevator is proposed according to the key technical problems of rope-less hoist system driven by PMLSM, and then a small-sized home elevator prototype is built. Experimental results show the safe and stable operation performance of the experimental device, which offers the reference for the further research and the development and application of PMLSM rope-less hoist system.

In order to deal with the difficulty of magnetic field adjustment in permanent magnet synchronous generators (PMSG), this paper proposed a novel paratactic structure hybrid excitation synchronous generators (HESG) and presented the basic configuration and its principle. Then, it analyzed three combination methodsof PMSG and the electro-excitation synchronous generators (EESG) in HESG,and also presented calculation way of field current in HESG. Finally, the experimental results proved the correctness of those analyses.

An attempt has been made in this work to design, fabricate and performance evaluate a 2 kW permanent magnet synchronous motor operating at 200,000 rpm and at the temperature of both room temperature and 77 K. Structural, thermal and rotordynamic aspects were considered and models were developed on an iterative basis. Prototypes were fabricated and models were validated through experimental results. The PMSM motor/generator prototype was fabricated. At this stage, experimental results were obtained for the test set-up operating at 200,000 rpm and air at room temperature. Models developed were validated comparing to experimental results.

Die dynamischen Eigenschaften der Maschinenstruktur sowie der Hauptspindel bestimmen maßgeblich das dynamische Prozessverhalten von Werkzeugmaschinen. Über eine gezielte Dämpfung an den Lagerstellen der Spindel soll die stabile Schnitttiefe erhöht werden. In diesem Fachbeitrag wird der Einfluss einer Dämpfungsbuchse am Loslagersitz auf das statische, dynamische und das Bearbeitungsverhalten durch die vergleichende Untersuchung zweier Hochgeschwindigkeitsspindeln betrachtet.   The dynamic process behavior of machine tools depends on both the characteristics of the machine structure and the main spindle. By means of an additional damping of the bearing bushes, the stable cutting depth of the main spindle is to be increased. In this article, the influence of a damping bush at the floating bearing seat on the static, dynamic and stability behavior is investigated by comparing two high speed spindles.
