This study aimed at analyzing the cognitive dimension based on Revised BloomTaxonomy in reading questions in Look Ahead an English Course for Senior HighSchool Level 1, 2, & 3. This study used quantitative research design. The sampleswere 141 reading questions which taken by using random sampling technique byusing Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) version 20.0. in Look Aheadan English Course for Senior High School Level 1, 2, & 3. The data were analyzedby using Table analysis of cognitive dimension of Revised Bloom Taxonomy. Theanalysis showed that the most dominant cognitive dimension of Revised BloomTaxonomy in remembering dimension (57.45%). The second dominant cognitivedimension is understanding dimension (26.24%). The third dominant cognitivedimension is evaluating dimension (10.64%). The fourth dominant cognitivedimension is creating dimension (3.55%). The fifth dominant cognitive dimension isanalyzing dimension (2.13%). There was no cognitive dimension of applyingdimension that applied in reading question of the textbooks.

To ensure wheel body of the hoisting sheave strength and stability condition. For the purpose of wheel body lightweighting. There are two schemes to reduce body weight.Reduce the spokes at the same time increase the ring stiffened plate, and reduce the spokes at the same time change the spokes width and thickness.The wheel body was established based on Pro/E 3D geometric model. Import the mesh in the Workbench of ANSYS software for finite element model. Statics analysis to select the optimized scheme. Establish a hoisting sheave wheel body under the actual working condition of widening the width - deformation - wheel weight relational table. Analysis to lightweight at the same time ensure that stiffness of wheel,then it can obtaine the optimal result.

Abstract Introduction While modern P2Y12-inhibitors and drug eluting stents (DES) have changed therapeutic options in patients with ST-elevation mycoardial infarctions (STEMI) during the last decade, there is few data on their impact in real world registries. Aim of the present study was to analyze changes in mortality and major adverse cardiac and cererobrovascular event rates (MACCE: death, reinfarction,stroke) during the last 13 years in patients with uncomplicated STEMI after successful percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods All consecutive STEMI-patients, admitted between 2006 and 2018 and successfully treated with PCI (TIMI flow ≥2) in a large German heart center entered analysis. To reduce confounding pts. with STEMI complicated by heart failure and pts. >70 yrs. of age were excluded. Results A STEMI-cohort of 5016 pts. was analysed, with a mean age of 55.9±8 yrs., 19% females, 16% diabetics and 59% smokers. At the beginning of the study period (2006) no patient was treated with ticagrelor/prasugrel and only 5% had a DES implanted. In 2018 92% were treated with prasugrel or ticagrelor and 96% with a DES. The reduction in 1-year-mortality during the study period was not significant: 2006–11: 3.4%, 2012–19: 3.1%, p=0.4, however the reduction in 1-year-MACCE was: 2006–11: 8.3%, 2012–18: 5.7%, p<0.01. This could mainly be attributed to a reduction in reinfarctions: 2006–11: 4.9%, 2012–18: 2.8%, p<0.01. Subgroup analysis revealed that with the exception of diabetics all subgroups showed a significant decline in MACCE-rates during the study period. It was more pronounced in women, non-smokers and patients with a high socioeconomic status (SES) (Table). Analysis of 5-year-data revealed a significant reduction in both 5-year-mortality (2006–09: 9.1%, 2010–13: 6.8%, p<0.01) and 5-year-MACCE-rates: 2006–09: 19.3%, 2010–13: 14.5%, p<0.01. Conclusions This analysis of registry data over a study period of 13 years reveals, that for patients with uncomplicated STEMI and successful PCI a significantly better 1- and 5-year-outcome could be achieved during the last years. This improvement of prognosis was more pronounced in specific subgroups, such as women, non-diabetics and patients with higher SES. The mechanistic target of rapamycin (mTOR) pathway is pivotal for cell growth and has been implicated in aging, cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes and cancer. mTOR signaling is involved in cardiac leptin-mediated cardiac hypertrophy and fibrosis associated with obesity. mTOR is a key component of two multiprotein complexes, mTOR complex 1 and mTOR complex 2. The former is pro-growth and contains a unique protein, raptor. The present study tested for the first time whether genetic variation across the raptor gene ( RPTOR ) is associated with overweight/obesity, essential hypertension (EHT) and isolated systolic hypertension (ISH). We genotyped 61 common (allele frequency ≥ 0.1) tagging single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) that captured most of the genetic variation across RPTOR in 374 subjects of normal lifespan and 439 subjects with a lifespan exceeding 95 years. Subjects were drawn from the Honolulu Heart Program, a homogeneous population of American men of Japanese ancestry, well characterized for phenotypes relevant to conditions of aging. Hypertension status was ascertained when subjects were 45–68 years old. Statistical evaluation was performed by contingency table analysis, logistic regression and recursive partitioning (RP), which is regarded as amongst the most powerful methods for statistical analysis of large complex sets of genetic information. After analysis of RPTOR genotypes by each statistical approach we found no significant association between genetic variation in RPTOR and either EHT or ISH. For EHT, RP revealed that even the most predictive SNPs ( rs4969322 and rs4890052 ) provided little contribution to correctly assigning individuals to EHT or NT ( P =0.22 by Z test). In the case of ISH, RP revealed that only one SNP ( rs2589118 ) made a noticeable contribution, and that this was no better than the contribution from the weakest laboratory/examination variable (overweight/obesity). In contrast, for overweight/obesity, the RP model revealed that RPTOR SNPs significantly enhanced the predictive capacity of the model ( P =0.008 by one-tailed Z test). In conclusion, genetic variation across RPTOR is associated with overweight/obesity, but not EHT or ISH in the populations of normal lifespan and of long-lived subjects studied.
