China’s electricity market is in the environment for a round of new electric power reform, energy planning and transformation and the carbon market construction. The current market players are in urgent need of implementing their own energy saving and emission reduction actions. Relatively extensive and systematic researches on the assessment of the energy saving and emission reduction effects for the power plants, power grid companies, and technical equipment have been carried out at home and abroad. However, there are still vacancies in the researches on those for electricity retailers emerged on the sales side. Based on the carding and analysis of related policies and guidance, in this paper, relevant indicators are considered to build the evaluation indicator system of the energy saving and emission reduction effects for electricity retailers. The combination weights are gained by means of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method. Then, after the combined empowerment of indicators, the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of energy saving and emission reduction effects for electricity retailers is conducted. Finally, choosing 10 electricity retailers (numbered from A to J) as evaluation objects, this model is used for obtaining the evaluation results and ranking of energy saving and emission reduction effects of electricity retailers, which provides reasonable ideas for the construction of evaluation indicator system and effective comprehensive evaluation methods of energy saving and emission reduction effects for market players in the electricity sales side. The results of example analysis show that, from a single dimension, the best electricity retailers in market transactions, technical means, integrated energy services, management system, and social responsibilities are followed by B, J, D, G, C, or I. However, from a global perspective, the sorted evaluation results are D, J, I, A, H, G, E, B, F, and C, which reflects the overall energy saving and emission reduction effects of electricity retailers through the two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.

This paper starts the study by establishing evaluation indicator system of the real estate company’s performance. After the establishment of the indicator system, a TOPSIS evaluation method for comprehensive evaluation is introduced and also improved by "bucket theory". This new model for performance evaluation of real estate companies is used in this paper and thus will promote the evaluation method in order to become more scientific and rational theory.

AbstractObjectivesTo construct a comprehensive evaluation indicator system for inpatients’ nursing service needs in tertiary general hospital and to provide evidence for identifying and meeting the needs of inpatients’ nursing services.MethodWe used the Delphi method to conduct two rounds of expert consultations with 41 experts.ResultThe indicator system consisting of 5 first-level indicators and 48 second-level indicators was preliminarily constructed.ConclusionsWe formed an evaluation indicator system for inpatients’ nursing service needs in tertiary general hospital and classified it into five categories: hospital environment, nursing attitude, nursing skills, information exchange, and emotional support. The indicator system is scientific and reliable. It can provide a basis for nursing staffs to identify and meet the needs of inpatients’ care services.

This paper constructs a quality evaluation indicator system of four systems: economy, society, culture and ecological civilization to measure their coupling relationship and coordination degree indicator, taking Henan province and Zhengzhou city as the research objects, and taking the panel data of 42 specific evaluation indicators from 2000 to 2019 as the evaluation sample. The results show that the biggest contributors to the development quality of economy, culture and ecological civilization of Henan province and Zhengzhou city are the total business volume of posts and telecommunications, the application number of patents, the proportion of investment in environmental pollution control in GDP respectively. During the period of 2000 to 2019, the comprehensive evaluation values of economy, society and culture development quality of Henan province and Zhengzhou city improved constantly, and the change trend were highly consistent, while the changes of that of ecological civilization development quality were far from each other. The coordination degree indicators of the four systems in Henan province and Zhengzhou city were very low, and they are in a state of low disorder at present.

<p>Considering the regional characteristics of strategic emerging industries, we proposed a strategic emerging industry selection model based on AHP-TOPSIS and used the model to do a comprehensive evaluation in order to achieve a development selection of strategic emerging industries of a certain region. We build the industrial competitiveness evaluation indicator system based on technological innovation perspective, and then we use analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to make indicators empowerment. Finally, we use TOPSIS method to evaluate strategic emerging industries in Guangdong Province of China. Instance analysis shows that the basic conclusions are identical with the actual status quo in Guangdong, and it verifies the validity and rationality of the model.</p>

Although a Discrete Global Grid (DGG) is uniform in its initial subdivision, its geometric deformation increases with the level of subdivisions. The Goodchild Criteria are often used to evaluate the quality of DGGs. However, some indicators in these criteria are mutually incompatible and overlap. If the criteria are used directly, the evaluation of the DGGs is inaccurate or unreliable. In this paper, we calculated and analyzed the correlation between the evaluation indicators of the DGG and reconstructed a quality evaluation system of DGGs with independent indicators. Firstly, we classified the Goodchild Criteria into quantitative and qualitative indicators. Then, we calculated the correlation among the quantitative indicators and extracted the independent evaluation factors and related weights of the observed values by factor analysis. After eliminating or merging the incompatible and overlapping quantitative indicators and performing a logical reasoning of the qualitative indicators, we reconstructed a comprehensive evaluation system with independent indicators. Finally, taking the Quaternary Triangular Mesh (QTM) model as an example, we verified the independence of the indicators and the feasibility of the evaluation system. The new indicator system ensures the reliability of the evaluation of DGGs in many fields.

A comprehensive evaluation indicator system is the basis of car sharing systems (CSS) evaluation. The purpose of this study is to introduce the principles and methods of indicator selection for CSS, and to identify indicators for evaluating car sharing systems due to the reason that the importance of indicators can never be overestimated in CSS evaluation. A framework to identify indicators for evaluating CSS is proposed with four steps. First of all, the structure for indicator selection is established with application of AHP method. Secondly, adequacy check and redundancy check are carried out to ensure the structure is adequate and redundant. Thirdly, underlying individual indicators are proposed according to questionnaires. Fourthly, to ensure the necessity, identification, and feasibility of indicators, we conduct N-I-F check. We carry out a case study of CSS evaluation indicators to validate the proposed framework from four dimensions: economic, environmental, systematic, and social. The proposed framework is quantitative and it is helpful in CSS evaluation to identify proper indicators and find out the best CSS option.
