This paper constructs a quality evaluation indicator system of four systems: economy, society, culture and ecological civilization to measure their coupling relationship and coordination degree indicator, taking Henan province and Zhengzhou city as the research objects, and taking the panel data of 42 specific evaluation indicators from 2000 to 2019 as the evaluation sample. The results show that the biggest contributors to the development quality of economy, culture and ecological civilization of Henan province and Zhengzhou city are the total business volume of posts and telecommunications, the application number of patents, the proportion of investment in environmental pollution control in GDP respectively. During the period of 2000 to 2019, the comprehensive evaluation values of economy, society and culture development quality of Henan province and Zhengzhou city improved constantly, and the change trend were highly consistent, while the changes of that of ecological civilization development quality were far from each other. The coordination degree indicators of the four systems in Henan province and Zhengzhou city were very low, and they are in a state of low disorder at present.

Although a Discrete Global Grid (DGG) is uniform in its initial subdivision, its geometric deformation increases with the level of subdivisions. The Goodchild Criteria are often used to evaluate the quality of DGGs. However, some indicators in these criteria are mutually incompatible and overlap. If the criteria are used directly, the evaluation of the DGGs is inaccurate or unreliable. In this paper, we calculated and analyzed the correlation between the evaluation indicators of the DGG and reconstructed a quality evaluation system of DGGs with independent indicators. Firstly, we classified the Goodchild Criteria into quantitative and qualitative indicators. Then, we calculated the correlation among the quantitative indicators and extracted the independent evaluation factors and related weights of the observed values by factor analysis. After eliminating or merging the incompatible and overlapping quantitative indicators and performing a logical reasoning of the qualitative indicators, we reconstructed a comprehensive evaluation system with independent indicators. Finally, taking the Quaternary Triangular Mesh (QTM) model as an example, we verified the independence of the indicators and the feasibility of the evaluation system. The new indicator system ensures the reliability of the evaluation of DGGs in many fields.

Disclosure of sustainability information is important for stockholders and governments. In order to evaluate the quality of sustainability information disclosure in heavily polluting industries, the quality of the disclosure is proposed to be evaluated from completeness, adequacy, relevance, reliability, normativeness and clarity aspects. The corresponding evaluation indicator system is constructed. Due to the ambiguity and complexity of the evaluation information, the intuitionistic fuzzy sets are applied to model the linguistic ratings. Entropy is used to derive the weight of experts, the object weight and the subject weight of the indicators. which are integrated when dealing with the evaluation information. The quality of sustainability information disclosure of seven representative companies in heavily polluting industries is evaluated. The importance of indicators and ranking of the companies are derived. Based on the evaluation results, the discussion and suggestions are also provided.

China’s electricity market is in the environment for a round of new electric power reform, energy planning and transformation and the carbon market construction. The current market players are in urgent need of implementing their own energy saving and emission reduction actions. Relatively extensive and systematic researches on the assessment of the energy saving and emission reduction effects for the power plants, power grid companies, and technical equipment have been carried out at home and abroad. However, there are still vacancies in the researches on those for electricity retailers emerged on the sales side. Based on the carding and analysis of related policies and guidance, in this paper, relevant indicators are considered to build the evaluation indicator system of the energy saving and emission reduction effects for electricity retailers. The combination weights are gained by means of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method. Then, after the combined empowerment of indicators, the multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of energy saving and emission reduction effects for electricity retailers is conducted. Finally, choosing 10 electricity retailers (numbered from A to J) as evaluation objects, this model is used for obtaining the evaluation results and ranking of energy saving and emission reduction effects of electricity retailers, which provides reasonable ideas for the construction of evaluation indicator system and effective comprehensive evaluation methods of energy saving and emission reduction effects for market players in the electricity sales side. The results of example analysis show that, from a single dimension, the best electricity retailers in market transactions, technical means, integrated energy services, management system, and social responsibilities are followed by B, J, D, G, C, or I. However, from a global perspective, the sorted evaluation results are D, J, I, A, H, G, E, B, F, and C, which reflects the overall energy saving and emission reduction effects of electricity retailers through the two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.

This paper starts the study by establishing evaluation indicator system of the real estate company’s performance. After the establishment of the indicator system, a TOPSIS evaluation method for comprehensive evaluation is introduced and also improved by "bucket theory". This new model for performance evaluation of real estate companies is used in this paper and thus will promote the evaluation method in order to become more scientific and rational theory.

In order to enrich the basic theory of co-operative education, in this paper, the author puts forward the basic concepts of co-operative education quality evaluation. On the basis of a large number of investigation and experts’ advice, reference to the influencing factors of co-operative education quality, fully considering the influence on the co-operative education quality as the school, the society and the students, three indicators in level one, 11 indicators in level two and 51 indicators in level three are constructed, which form the basic content of co-operative education quality evaluation indicator system. This research will further promote the development of co-operative education theory, and it is benefit to develop co-operation education better between universities and companies.

Among all the influential factors, the service quality of machine tools is the most important one for workers to decide their machine tools selection in process planning. This paper proposes an evaluation model for service quality of machine tools, aiming to help workers select machine tools on a reasonable basis. An evaluation indicator system of machine tools’ service quality is established based upon a thorough investigation into how the service quality of machine tools manifest themselves. The evaluation indicator system includes the following five aspects: processing cost, processing time, machining precision, green attributes and reliability. The least square method is used to establish an optimization model that determines the weight of indicators based on subjective weight-giving and objective Weight-giving. Finally, a grey relational analysis is conducted to evaluate the service quality of machine tools. Thus we provided an effective decision method for workers to decide their machine tools selection in process planning.

The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China included the construction of ecological civilization in the “Five-in-One” (economic, political, cultural, social, and ecological progress) general layout for socialism with Chinese characteristics. Based on the concept of ecological civilization, the authors build an evaluation indicator system from four dimensions, namely ecological economy, ecological society, resource and environment efficiency, and ecological culture and institutions, including 45 basic indicators of three levels. In order to test the validity and reliability of the indicator system, the paper uses 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province as examples to evaluate the comprehensive level of eco-civilization construction and the statuses of the four dimensions by the attribute hierarchy model. The evaluation results show various statuses and characteristics of cities in Guangdong Province. The cities of Shenzhen, Dongguan, Shaoguan, Guangzhou and Maoming are notable in ecological economy; Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Zhongshan, Zhuhai and Huizhou are prominent in ecological society; Heyuan, Zhaoqing, Shaoguan, Qingyuan and Meizhou are the top five cities with relatively high resource and environment efficiency; Foshan, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai and Shantou are the first five cities that perform well in ecological culture and institutions. The evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation of Guangdong Province, indicating the high reliability and validity of the four-dimensional evaluation indicator system for eco-civilization construction.
