To scientifically and quantitatively evaluate the degree of urban storm resilience and improve the level of urban stormwater resilience, based on the resilience theory, starting from the three attributes of resilience (resistance, recovery and adaptability), this paper establishes the framework of urban resilience evaluation indicator system under the background of stormwater disaster. Firstly, the weight of the indicator system is analyzed by the Delphi method and cloud model, and then the urban stormwater recilience evaluation model is constructed by using the cloud model and approximate ideal solution ranking method. Through the fuzzy description, the corresponding quantitative value is given to the qualitative indicator, so that the stormwater resilience of the city can be measured by accurate values. Finally, the feasibility of the model is verified by case analysis. The results show that the urban stormwater resilience evaluation theory and method based on cloud model and approximate ideal solution ranking method have important guiding significance to improve the level of urban stormwater resilience.

The environmental risk of an enterprise refers to the impact on the environment and possibility of accidents. In recent decades, the emerging industrial economies represented by BRICS countries have developed rapidly, which has inevitably led to increased pollution and deterioration of environmental quality in these countries. This chapter describes China, which has the fastest economic development among BRICS countries, as an example, and summarizes some evaluation and performance indicators of corporate environmental risk management, so as to facilitate the construction of a scientific and reasonable evaluation indicator system in our further research. The concluding paragraph briefly introduces several measures to reduce the environmental risks of industrial enterprises.

After collisions at sea, situation evaluation and analysis are very important to follow-up rescue operations. At present, there are few ways give weights in the current situational safety evaluation methods after collisions of marine ships. Most safety evaluation models ignore the blurred boundaries of evaluation grades. To solve these issues, this paper identifies the safety evaluation indicator system and evaluation standards, and establishes an after-collisions safety evaluation model of maritime ships based on the extension cloud theory. This model combines the extension cloud model, the analytic hierarchy process, the entropy weight method, and game theory. Using this model, the situation safety of two collisions was evaluated. The evaluation results reflect the effectiveness of the model. In order to ensure the safety of the lives and property of marine personnel, suggestions have been made to strengthen crew training, improve ship’s self-rescue ability at sea, and establish a complete marine emergency response rescue system.

Recent frequent “thunderstorm incidents” of the internet financial platforms (IFPs) have caused the panic of investors. In order to measure and reduce the investment risk of IFPs, the focus of this study is to evaluate the reputation of IFPs regarding investment risk. First, the reputation evaluation indicator system of IFPs is constructed from two dimensions of direct and indirect reputations. Then, based on this system, an improved fuzzy evaluation approach (IFEA) integrating the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE), the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the factor analysis (FA) are proposed for evaluating the reputation of IFPs. Finally, a case study based on the data of 20 peer-to-peer (P2P) lending platforms from “Home of Online Loans” (HOL) in China is used to illustrate the IFEA. Results show that the IFEA can reduce uncertainty and randomness in the determination process of indicator weight and membership degree and therefore accurately obtain the reputation level of IFPs and help investors make better decisions. Meanwhile, the key factors in determining the reputation of IFPs are identified, thereby improving the reputation level of the IFPs.

PurposeAs the number of joined service providers (SPs) in knowledge-intensive crowdsourcing (KI-C) continues to rise, there is an information overload problem for KI-C platforms and consumers to identify qualified SPs to complete tasks. To this end, this paper aims to propose a quality of service (QoS) evaluation framework for SPs in KI-C to effectively and comprehensively characterize the QoS of SPs, which can aid the efficient selection of qualified SPs.Design/methodology/approachBy literature summary and discussion with the expert team, a QoS evaluation indicator system for SPs in KI-C based on the SERVQUAL model is constructed. In addition, the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method is used to obtain evaluation indicators' weights. The SPs are evaluated and graded by the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and rank–sum ratio (RSR), respectively.FindingsA QoS evaluation indicator system for SPs in KI-C incorporating 13 indicators based on SERVQUAL has been constructed, and a hybrid methodology combining DEMATEL, TOPSIS and RSR is applied to quantify and visualize the QoS of SPs.Originality/valueThe QoS evaluation framework for SPs in KI-C proposed in this paper can quantify and visualize the QoS of SPs, which can help the crowdsourcing platform to realize differentiated management for SPs and assist SPs to improve their shortcomings in a targeted manner. And this is the first paper to evaluate SPs in KI-C from the prospect of QoS.

This article builds an evaluation indicator system based on the process of agricultural circulation and the balance of many-sided benefits. A new classification of indicator types was made from the perspective of benefit balance, and gross profit margin and inventory-sales ratio were classified as interval indicators, which enriched the indicator types. The matter-element analysis method is used to measure the circulation efficiency of agricultural product wholesale markets. The study found that in terms of geographical location, in the vertical direction of Aihui-Tengchong Line, the closer to the southeast, the higher the circulation efficiency; Since 2016, the overall circulation efficiency has almost stagnated, mainly because the wholesale industry has strengthened its ability to control upstream and downstream relationships, and the entry barriers of agricultural products have been continuously increased.

This paper studies the teaching abilities of physical education (P.E.) teachers in colleges and universities. First, an evaluation indicator system for the teaching abilities of P.E. teachers in colleges and universities was constructed using the Delphi method, and then the weights of indicators at each level were determined using the expert survey method, so that a standard scale was formed for the teaching ability evaluation system. After that, empirical analysis was performed on the evaluation indicator system. The research results show that the teaching ability evaluation indicator system for P.E. teachers in colleges and universities proposed in this paper can be used to give a quantitative analysis on teachers’ teaching abilities and clearly reflect their deficiencies in teaching. This will allow teachers to understand what to improve in their teaching so that their teaching abilities will be enhanced. This research provides theoretical and practical references for the evaluation of P.E. teachers’ teaching abilities in higher education institutions in China, and thus, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to promoting the reform of P.E. teaching in higher education and the professional development of teachers.
