Two computer data bases were formed: reference base «Prodromus» including the nomenclature forest syntaxa and experienced geobotanic releves «Forests of European Russia». Ecological, coenotic and floristic analysis of broadleaved-coniferous forests mostly corresponding to association Rhodobryo rosei – Piceetum abietis Korotkov 1986 was conducted with these bases. Releves (305) from South taiga and broadleaved-coniferous subzone were used. The analysis revealed complex syntaxonomy, bo­real-nemoral character and wide distribution ass. Rhodobryo-Piceetum from central European Russia. Ecolo­gical comparison of this association with some no­men­clature types of broadleaved-coniferous communities in East Europe was carried out. Preliminary prodromus for Euro­pean Russian mixed forests is suggested. Role of ecologi­cal, succession and regional factors was shown for dif­ferentiation of syntaxa.

The Impact

A review of literature on the impact of dust and sand storms on the air transport operation is presented. Observational data on dust storms at the aerodromes of European Russia for the period of 2001-2019 are analyzed. The seasonal variations in dust transport episodes at aerodromes and its relationship with visibility changes are discussed. The characteristics of dusty air masses and advection are given. It is concluded that the frequency of dust transfer episodes for the aerodromes under study has decreased over the past five years, except for Gumrak aerodrome (Volgograd). The looming possibility of global warming raises legitimate concerns for the future of the forest resource in Canada. While evidence of a global warming trend is not conclusive at this time, governments would be wise to anticipate, and begin planning for, such an eventuality. The forest fire business is likely to be affected both early and dramatically by any trend toward warmer and drier conditions in Canada, and fire managers should be aware that the future will likely require new and innovative thinking in forest fire management. This paper summarizes research activities currently underway to assess the impact of global warming on forest fires, and speculates on future fire management problems and strategies.

In today’s environment, information security needs constant improvement. Therefore, biometric technologies are becoming increasingly important as a key area of information protection, contributing to the widespread introduction of biometric systems across firms and organizations. Purpose: in the course of handwriting research, human participation is a prerequisite for handwriting expertise, which entails certain problems in the field of biometric expertise, the emphasis on which is contained in the article. Methodology: tools and methods are considered to reduce the impact of problems on the process of handwriting examination: popular scientific methods of phase and case analysis and synthesis; Mathematical and simulation modeling methods and tools. Results: in order to identify approaches to reducing subjectivity of expert’s conclusions, a review and analysis of existing solutions was carried out, as a result of which a comparative characteristic of approaches to solving the problem of handwriting examination was drawn up. Scope of results: the results of this study will help the organization’s leadership in information security.
