Building an information-based rural economic supply chain is an effective way to implement the rural revitalization strategy. The construction of China’s agricultural product logistics market is still very backward, mainly including imperfect information system and high cost of intermediate circulation links. How to optimize the supply chain of agricultural products, ensure the normal supply of agricultural products quality and quantity in the market, improve people’s living standards, and achieve the purpose of improving benefits is an important topic to be studied today. Aiming at the problems of traditional agricultural products supply chain, the application of Internet of Things technology in supply chain can be effectively solved. Therefore, this paper proposes the research on the environmental effect evaluation of rural economic supply chain based on Internet of Things technology and proposes to build a wireless sensor network for agricultural products for the collection and exchange of agricultural products information. At the same time, RFID (radio-frequency identification) electronic tags integrated with sensors are applied in other links of the supply chain. The experimental results show that the construction of the rural economic supply chain system based on Internet of Things technology can effectively optimize the rural economic supply chain, realize efficient information sharing, improve the quality of agricultural products, reduce the cost of each link of the supply chain, improve the competitiveness of rural supply chain, and promote the good development of rural agricultural products and rural economic supply chain environment.

AbstractThere are often agricultural product quality problems in the production and circulation of agricultural products. Therefore, there are more and more people on the agricultural product supply chain based on the Internet of things. This article mainly introduces the research on the perception data fusion of agricultural product supply chain in the context of the Internet of things. This is a simple research result based on the Internet of things technology platform, which analyzes the current status of the product according to market demand. After analysis and comparison, a sensory data fusion model suitable for the supply chain of agricultural products is obtained, and information technology based on the Internet of things is used to transform and optimize the Internet of things in the circulation of agricultural products. The experimental results of this article show that data fusion technology based on the Internet of things can solve and track 69.45% of the problem of unknown sources of agricultural products, improve the supply efficiency of agricultural products by 43%, reduce the health problems of agricultural products by 31.24%, and reduce the prices of agricultural products by 13–20%. Improving logistics efficiency can save 5 million tons of agricultural products.

Abstract With the continuous development of the logistics industry and big data technology, the integration of traditional industries and the Internet of Things has become the trend of the times. However, agricultural product quality problems occur from time to time in multiple links such as the production and circulation of agricultural products. Therefore, the agricultural product supply chain based on the Internet of Things has gradually received attention. The purpose of this paper is to study the application of perception data fusion of agricultural products supply chain based on internet of things. In order to study the application of perception data fusion of agricultural products supply chain based on Internet of things, this paper analyzes the status quo of agricultural products industry traceability platform and extracts other product supply modes based on the Internet of things technology. After analysis and comparison, it comes to the perception data fusion mode suitable for the agricultural product supply chain, and uses the information technology based on the internet of things to carry out the agricultural product circulation process Internet of things transformation and process optimization. The results show that the application of data fusion based on the internet of things can solve 69.45% of the agricultural products whose origins are unknown and cannot be traced, improve the supply efficiency of agricultural products by 43%, reduce the health problems of agricultural products by 31.24%, reduce the prices of agricultural products by 13%-20%, improve the logistics efficiency and save about 5 million tons of agricultural products. Therefore, it is necessary to study the application of agricultural product perception data fusion based on internet of things.

The reduction of fresh agricultural product volume loss throughout the supply chain system is of high importance due to their perishable nature and impact on society, the economy, and environment. In this paper, three models for two-stage pricing, coordination, and volume loss reduction of the supply chain where third-party logistics service providers and retailers act as a Stackelberg leader and a follower for fresh agricultural products are developed, taking into account both volume loss during transport and quality loss in retail in the presence of strategic consumers. The following results are drawn from the contract for sharing revenues and service costs: (1) The supply chain achieve coordination and the products are healthier for consumers; (2) the coordination leads to a reduction in the three types of volume losses simultaneously only if the lowest marginal costs of the supply chain occur under certain conditions; and (3) the increase in the service sensitivity coefficient, the increase in the freshness discount coefficient under certain conditions, the decrease in the consumer benefit discount coefficient under certain conditions, and the decrease in the price sensitivity coefficient lead to an increase in the profit of the supply chain and a reduction in the three types of volume losses.

In order to solve the problem of supply of agricultural products, the current mode of decentralized agricultural product supply is described with the Petri net formalized modeling method. A corresponding Petri net model is established. Based on this, combined with mathematical methods, the supply chain is divided into different links, and a quantitative analysis of the operation cycle and the operational efficiency of each link is carried out. The construction of the program has changed the previous scattered farmer operating model, integrated the information of farmers and related products, and completed the production and processing of agricultural products in the form of task distribution. The circulation of information in the entire supply chain has been realized, thus ensuring the production benefits of each farmer, reducing the previous business risks that a single farmer needs to bear, and improving the operational efficiency of the entire supply chain.

The hardware and software designed in the traditional supply chain system lack cooperation in the transmission process, have low efficiency, and lead to a large amount of information distortion. In response to this problem, this paper proposes an intelligent supply chain information system based on the Internet of Things technology. The research focuses on the hardware and software of the system. The hardware part consists of the embedded processor CS89712, Flash7861 memory, Ethernet, touch screen, and LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). The software system is based on asymmetric information theory design and is divided into signal acquisition, input signal detection, interference signal processing, and power signal output. The experimental results show that it is compared with the traditional supply chain information system. The designed system seamlessly integrates the hardware and software components to achieve maximum information supply in the shortest amount of time. The power supply capacity is four times that of the traditional system, and the node coverage is high. When the number of data nodes is 120, the traditional supply chain system is basically unable to supply, but the supply accuracy of the intelligent supply chain is still as high as 48%. The research in this paper has certain guiding significance for intelligent technology development, supply chain system design, and enterprise information exchange.

As is known that, one of the challenges in ensuring the quality and safety of agricultural products in China is how to organize plenty of scattered small farmers and integrate them into the modern agricultural products supply chain system. In this paper, in order to promote the tight integration of agricultural products supply chain, based on multi-agent system, a computer simulation model of agricultural products supply chain is proposed. Through a series of simulation experiments, the evolution of the organizational structure of the agricultural products supply chain, its impact on the quality and safety of agricultural products under different government regulations are explored and discussed in detail. It follows from these simulation results that the more long-term-contract farmers and sellers, the more conducive to the improvement of the quality and safety of agricultural products, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are also provided.

Agriculture is widely treated as a base of national economy. The product provides the basic need for human, and its safety and stability are exposed to the constant attention of everyone. With the progress of human science and technology, more and more resources can be extracted from nature, and agricultural products nowadays are not be limited to food, but also be used as raw materials for fuel or other products. Meanwhile, trade between the two regions is often due to a comparative advantage in the production of a product, such as better technology, easier access to raw materials and the like (Dollar & Kraay, 2004). Therefore, agricultural product trade is a very important topic. This study believes that supply chains are an effective way to increase the value of agricultural product trade, for example effectively collaborating makes agricultural products available to end-consumers as quickly as possible. Supply chain management aims to satisfy consumer demands and improve the competitiveness (Dias & Ierapetritou, 2017) in various industries (Oelze et al., 2018). However, there is still blank between agricultural product trade and supply chain academically, figuring out what is agricultural product trade supply chain and what is related to this chain would be essential.
