With the rapid development of the logistics market, the construction of an efficient “channel + hub + network” logistics system, that is, a hub-and-spoke logistics network, is of great importance to enterprises. In particular, how to reduce costs and increase efficiency in both the construction of network facilities and actual operations, and to formulate reasonable prices for the logistics service needs in the entire market are crucial strategies and decisions for enterprises. Under such a background, this article starts from the perspective of duopoly logistics enterprises that jointly build networks and allow the transfer of surplus capacity and carbon credits, and studies the hub-and-spoke logistics network design that also considers the relationship between service pricing and co-opetition. Considering the corporate profit and difficulty of implementation as a whole, the co-opetition is a better choice than the complete competition and perfect cooperation. In addition, the remaining capacity of the company, the transfer of carbon credits, the joint construction and sharing of hubs, and strategic cooperation in the area of corporate common pricing under the price framework agreement are conducive to the realization of an increase in corporate operating profits, a better market share and more favorable pricing.

An important aspect of any industry is the rapid and effective adaptation to changing conditions. The logistics market during the pandemic and related constraints has changed significantly, and competition in this segment has become higher than ever. Many consumers are forced to reduce consumption, companies have reduced supplies and production, diversified their activities. The transportation market has become denser and the struggle for the customer has intensified. Optimization of financial, labor, and material resources through the reduction of activities can negatively affect the quality of logistics services, the speed of processing goods, and their delivery to the final consumer. Based on the relevance, the aim of the research is to study the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on logistics, assess the results of such impacts in the EU, as well as outline trends and prospects for the logistics market in terms of declining coronavirus and market recovery. The research methodology is based on the use of general scientific and specific methods, in particular: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, systematization, generalization. The scientific novelty of the study is that the changes that have taken place in logistics have led to the emergence of new trends and trends that need to be generalized and evaluated in terms of prospects for impact on the industry. The study summarized the conclusion that the coronavirus pandemic created opportunities for some companies and threats for others. As a result of the constraints and challenges that have become inherent in international business and logistics, e-commerce, on-demand delivery, and the concept of “last kilometers” are developing rapidly in the EU and Ukraine. The logistics market has a tendency to consolidate and diversify. At the same time, once the European economy returns to normal, most of the changes that have taken place in logistics will be irreversible. We analyzed the current state and development prospects of wind power generation in the EU and Ukraine. We detected the trends on many wind power generation impactors in the EU and the Ukrainian's interest in building wind parks. Such trends led to the market development of specialized technical aids for assuring transportation of equipment production elements of wind power units to the installation place. The obtained results gave grounds for directions on developing the logistic services market in the segment of delivery of non-standard on all characteristics of the production equipment for wind installations: weight, geometrical sizes, transportation conditions. We proposed an approach to delegate the management functions and delivery of production equipment for wind-power units to a logistics operator (logistics provider) 4pl-level with a package of services "industry logistics" and "project logistics" as an integrator of material and of accompanying flows. This approach should be helpful to optimize financial costs, time and reduce the level of risks in the implementation of a project to create wind power generation facilities. The involvement of a representative, a logistics operator in project activities, opens up prospects for the life cycle of logistics service for the supply of goods of non-standard dimensions and diversification of the activities of logistics operators in the logistics services market, including through the determination of the KPI for further cooperation in wind farms servicing.

Abstract. In order to study the degree of consumers' perception of logistics risk in the process of cross-border online shopping, based on the theory of consumer perception, a four-variable Structural Equation Model was built to carry out the research. The way of collecting data mainly applied internet survey questionnaire and analyzing data in the software SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 24.0. Results showed that: (1) Consumers' perception of logistics information risk will affect their perception of risk of goods clearance and delivery;(2) The risk of customs clearance has a complete mediation effect in information risk and logistics market risk, and will significantly affect the whole logistics market risk; (3) Consumers think that the risk of informatization level and distribution in the regional scope will not affect the risk of the whole logistics market
