This study discusses the influence of transformational leadership on job satisfaction through assessing six alternative models related to the mediators of leadership trust and change commitment utilizing a data sample ( N = 341; M age = 32.5 year, SD = 5.2) for service promotion personnel in Taiwan. The bootstrap sampling technique was used to select the better fitting model. The tool of hierarchical nested model analysis was applied, along with the approaches of bootstrapping mediation, PRODCLIN2, and structural equation modeling comparison. The results overall demonstrate that leadership is important and that leadership role identification (trust) and workgroup cohesiveness (commitment) form an ordered serial relationship.

This paper discusses the effects of transformational leadership on cooperative conflict resolution (management) by evaluating several alternative models related to the mediating role of job satisfaction and change commitment. Samples of data from customer service personnel in Taiwan were analyzed. Based on the boot-strap sample technique, an empirical study was carried out to yield the best fitting model. The procedure of hierarchical nested model analysis was used, incorporating the methods of bootstrapping mediation, PRODCLIN2, and structural equation modeling (SEM) comparison. The analysis suggests that leadership that promotes integration (change commitment) and provides inspiration and motivation (job satisfaction), in the proper order, creates the means for cooperative conflict resolution.

The present paper evaluates the effect of transformational leadership on job satisfaction and change commitment along with their interconnected effects (mediation) on cooperative conflict resolution (management) in customer service activities in Taiwan. The multi-source samples consist of data from personnel serving at customer centers (workgroups), such as phone service personnel, customer representatives, financial specialists, and front-line salespeople. An empirical study was carried out using a multiple mediation procedure incorporating bootstrapping techniques and PRODCLIN2 with structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis. The results indicate that the main effect of the leadership style on cooperative conflict resolution is mediated by change commitment and job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership transformational to organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment to mediation and job satisfaction of Group Tourism Awareness (Pokdarwis) Underwater Bangsring Banyuwangi. The respondents numbered 100 members Travel Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) Underwater Bangsring Banyuwangi with the status of permanent members and non-permanent members which have a minimum term of THREE years. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling, and analysis techniques using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of AMOS version 21. The program will measure and model analysis proving the hypothesis by testing Standardized regression weight on the output table AMOS program. If there the value estimate of the indicator - an indicator that has a significance level of ≤ 0.05, the indicator can not describe constructs. The results showed that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, transformational leadership has a positive effect but no significant effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership has positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, job satisfaction positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction affects positive but not significant to organizational commitment. Managerial implications of this research are the group leader should evaluate and improve the implementation of transformational leadership to improve the behavior of organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment of the members of the Travel Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) Underwater Bangsring Banyuwangi.

Jakarta is the place where the largest number of land transportation in Indonesia, according to Djarot in Kompas.com article, vehicles every day increased about 1500 units. And according to an article from Liputan 6, revenue from conventional taxi drivers dropped dramatically after the entry of online transport by 40-50% during 2016 due to the entry of online transport. Conventional taxi companies must immediately anticipate this phenomenon so that their human resources can survive in the company. The purpose of this research are first, to know is there a positive effect from professionalism factors to organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Second, to know job satisfaction factors have a positive effect to organizational commitment. And the last is to know is there a positive effect from rewards factors to job satisfaction and organizational commitment’s factors. This research uses descriptive method with non-probability method. Through judgmental sampling technique, primary data collection was obtained from questionnaire distribution to conventional taxi driver of Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The data has been collected and then obtained by using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research indicates that there is positive influence from professionalism to organizational commitment but the data do not support the hypothesis, there is positive influence from professionalism to job satisfaction, but there’s negative effect between job satisfaction and organizational commitment, there is positive relation of rewards to job satisfaction, Finally there is a positive effect of rewards on organizational commitment. Keywords: organizational commitment, professionalism, rewards, job satisfaction, ecommerce, conventional taxi driver.

This study aims to determine and explain the effect of leader member exchange on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT. Berlian Jasa Terminal Indonesia. This research is a type of causal research with a quantitative approach with a population of 256 permanent employees, and the sampling technique uses probability sampling with a sample of 156 permanent employees. The statistical analysis used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 23.0 software. This study indicates that the leader member exchange has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction because there is a trusting relationship between superiors and subordinates. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance because it was following company standards. Leader member exchange does not affect employee performance because it structures the performance appraisal. Job satisfaction cannot be an intervening variable between leader member exchange and employee performance due to high workload

This research was done because wants to explore regarding those influence which come from transformational leadership, performance assessment and training against work satisfaction at PT Pelat Timah NusantaraTbk in Cilegon. This research has include in qualitative research by causality design to prove those causal relationship between several variables such as transformational leadership (X1), performance assessment (X2), training (X3) and work satisfaction (Y). samples used which amounted to 99 people with sampling technique used non probality sampling and sample selected was done by random sampling. Scores of statements on questionnaire used a Likert scale of 1-5. Data analysis used SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) or Structural Equation Model whereas data processed by Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0. These results from research could be defined as follows: transformational leadership has mutual reaction to work satisfaction, performance assessment has beneficial impact over work satisfaction, training has positive influence towards work satisfaction and transformational leadership, performance assessment and training simultaneously influence on work satisfaction at PT Pelat Timah NusantaraTbk in Cilegon.

The Background of this research was the trend of companies’ outsourcing human resource (expertise and specialists) to accomplish tasks more cheaply and efficiently to increase productivity. The objective of this research was to find out the impact of employees’ perception of outsourcing human resource on their job satisfaction and turnover intention. To achieve this objective the quantitative research has been done by using explanatory survey method. The design of this research applies quantitative approach. The samples for the study consisted of 115 human resource division employees of three Banks in Jakarta. The primary data in this research was obtained by using closed ended questionnaires. Non probability sampling method with the convenience sampling technique was employed to select the sample. Data analysis used in this research was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this research concludes that employees’ positive perception of outsourcing human resource increases their job satisfaction and decreases their turnover intention whereas negative perception of outsourcing human resource decreases job satisfaction and subsequently increases turnover intention. Based on the result of the research, it is important that a company outsource human resource to increase productivity.
