The article is addressed to the actual issue of the practice of the modern elementary school - the study of the history of the native land, its small homeland. In accordance with the requirements of the Federal state educational standard of primary general education, the inclusion of students in the historical past of Russia, the education of their respectful attitude towards their city, region, country is considered as an objective result of mastering the basic educational program for the training course “The World Around Us”. The author offers practical materials for the organization of cognitive games, educational dialogues with the teacher at the lessons of the surrounding world, with the purpose of expanding and refining the historical representations of the students about the city of Moscow, the 870th anniversary of which was celebrated in 2017.

In the article the urgency of introduction of the Federal state educational standard (GEF) basic General education, are the main characteristics of this new generation standard: the emphasis in education; inter-personal, meta (cognitive, communicative, regulatory universal learning activities) and substantive results. The author comprehensively explains requirements of the state documents and possible cases of its abuse by teaching staff that lead to inadmissible increase in study load and violation of educational mode.

The article discusses the idea of integrating children with disabilities into traditional education classes. The main mechanisms for designing a lesson in an inclusive education are considered. Concrete methodological developments of inclusive lessons of mathematics, the Russian language, and the World-Around-Us lessons for pupils of first, second and third grades are given that meet the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education for Students with Disabilities. Recommendations are given to teachers working with children who have a mental retardation.

The article describes the difficulties in the formation of a number of universal educational actions in younger schoolchildren, such as semantic reading, analysis of visual (pictorial) information when mastering the historical material of the course "The World Around". The informational function of a textbook on the subject "The World Around" is considered as the main means of teaching, contributing to the formation of systematized historical ideas among junior schoolchildren. The possibilities of improving the cognitive activity of students in the process of working with textual and visual information of historical content presented in the textbook are revealed, which has a direct impact on the successful acquisition of metasubject skills by primary schoolchildren, stated in the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education for learning outcomes.

Consideration of the industry-specifi c training in relation to the basic and advanced levels of the basic educational program is justifi ed. The specifi cs of the functioning of methodical system learning in profi le of learning mathematics is considered. The planned results of learning school mathematics in the cognitive area are considered in accordance with the stages of learning activities. These “goal-orientations” are aimed at the formation of cognitive and regulatory universal educational actions. Subject and metasubject results are concretized taking into account the specifi cs of mathematics. The authors marked the skills that characterize the achievement of the planned results for the basic and advanced levels. Planned results in the fi eld of emotionally-valuable attitude to the process of learning mathematics are directed on formation of communications affi rmative and regulatory universal educational actions. As an example the planned results of studying of the topic “Сomplex numbers” are presented. The authors describe the principles of organization of profi le training mathematics in the conditions of informatization of education.

The article describes a methodology for teaching the technology of constructing a geoinformation model using MS Excel. This methodology is built taking into account the Federal State Educational Standard of Secondary General Education and the requirements provided for in the implementation of the approximate educational program of the course "Informatics" along the line "Modeling and Formalization". The authors proposed a laboratory work, within which the students, firstly, learn the new capabilities of the MS Excel package, associated with the use of Power Query and 3D Maps technologies; secondly, they get the initial skills in processing "raw" data in real time; thirdly, they learn the modeling process, in fact, without going beyond the competence of the school informatics course. In general, the laboratory work describes the technology of geoinformation modeling of real processes and has great variability, and therefore can be easily adapted for research and visualization of other updated data. The format for describing the methodology for performing laboratory work is presented in the form of the traditional Key-by-Key technology, which is widely used in obtaining professional competencies in the field of information technology.
