The article deals with the concept of “language literacy of younger schoolchildren”, analyzes the conditions for its effective development, which directly meets the requirements of the Federal state educational standard of primary general education. The authors offer examples of tasks that allow the teacher to strengthen work on language literacy in the process of studying by younger schoolchildren a systematic course of the Russian language.

The article discusses the idea of integrating children with disabilities into traditional education classes. The main mechanisms for designing a lesson in an inclusive education are considered. Concrete methodological developments of inclusive lessons of mathematics, the Russian language, and the World-Around-Us lessons for pupils of first, second and third grades are given that meet the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education for Students with Disabilities. Recommendations are given to teachers working with children who have a mental retardation.

The article discusses the problem of teaching the Russian language in modern conditions of the functioning of educational organizations. The reasons for the decline in literacy of the younger generation and Russian citizens are described, among which are population migration, insufficient attention to teaching methods, etc. The requirements for primary school graduates in terms of mastering the Russian language are outlined in the draft new version of the Federal State Educational Standard for Primary General Education. Approaches to their implementation are being outlined, which will make it possible to positively affect literacy in our country. The article evaluates the discussion on the support and development of the Russian language, which took place at a meeting of the Russian Language Council under the President of the Russian Federation in September 2019.

The article reveals the experience of using the project activities of younger schoolchildren in the process of forming their informed literacy when learning the Russian language. Examples of projects are described in which various language problems are solved. A course “Extracurricular activities”, created by the author taking into account the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education and the Russian language program for extracurricular activities, is offered. The course content includes a variety of didactic word games, game exercises that stimulate students’ interest in the Russian language, develop their imagination and creative abilities.

The article considers different approaches to the formation of orthographical correctness of younger schoolchildren. The conditions of effective development of correct writing by younger schoolchildren and its transformation into orthographical correctness are analyzed. In terms of realization of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary Education the author proposed the working practices that allow the educator to achieve the high level of orthographical correctness of the primary school students in the process of systematic studying of Russian language.

The basis for the study of the Russian language in the school is the Federal state educational standard basic General education which, as you know, proclaimed the priority of system activity approach, aimed at mastering the system of meta-subject and subject nowledge, skills in the process of intensive learning activities, which is possible on the basis of personality-oriented learning. The formation of the ability to build their activities independently, to seek and find more rational ways to obtain results are important.The most important means of organizing educational activities of students is a textbook, its content should be focused on the synthesis of language, speech and spiritual development of students, which requires a certain approach to the distribution of educational material. The most expedient is the selection of such basic aspects of the content: information about the essential features and categories of the language concept, the algorithm of actions with the language concept, information on the culture of speech, features of the use of the named concept (text-forming function), spelling rules associated with the studied concept.In addition to the textbook on paper basis in the modern education system is an electronic textbook which allows the teacher to increase the motivation of learning, to interact quickly with the whole class and individually with each student, and gives the student the opportunity to advance in the study of a specific topic based on their willingness and ability to perceive the proposed training material.

The paper considers the problem of the Russian language teaching at primary school in the context of requirements, set forth by the Federal State Educational Standard of Primary General Education (FGOS NOO) of the second generation. It is emphasized, that achievement of the priority goals is closely related to the goal of making education more practice-oriented, which implies: more active cognitive work with linguistic units; operating with knowledge gained; mastering the special set of modes of actions. Also described are the features of the test work on the Russian language discipline, wherein such work is characterized as providing control over the students’ training outcomes at both the basic and the advanced levels.

The authors determined the specifics of modeling tasks of the basic and increased levels of complexity, which allow, based on the knowledge gained and the speech experience of junior schoolchildren as native speakers, to successfully form their universal educational actions (cognitive, communicative, regulatory), which meets the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard of the Primary General Education to the planned subject and metasubject learning outcomes. The examples of differentiated tasks aimed at the development of speech-thinking abilities, logical thinking, cognitive skills, and skills of independent educational activity are presented.
