Nowadays, teachers can transform the organization and realization of school activities before, during and after the face-to-face sessions through the flipped classroom. The objective of this mixed research is to analyze the impact of the flipped classroom in the teaching-learning process on statistics considering data science and machine learning (linear regression). The sample consists of 61 students who took the Statistical Instrumentation for Business course during the 2018 school year. This research proposes the consultation of the YouTube videos before the class, performance of the collaborative exercises and use of the spreadsheet to check the results during the class and performance of the laboratory practices through the spreadsheet after the class. The results of machine learning (70%, 80% and 90% of training) indicate that the participation of the students before, during and after the class positively influences the assimilation of knowledge and development of mathematical skills about the frequencies and measures of central tendency. On the other hand, the decision tree technique identifies 6 predictive models on the use of the flipped classroom. Also, the students of the Statistical Instrumentation for Business course are motivated and satisfied to use the technological tools in the Introduction to statistics Unit. Finally, the flipped classroom allows the construction of new educational spaces and creation of creative activities before, during and after the class that favor the participation of the students during the learning process.

Once Dr. Bob Kizlik had said that learning, regardless of how it is defined, is ultimately the responsibility of the learner, not the teacher. Today problem based learning with appropriate use of ICTs has emerged to achieve the objectives of learning in a more effective manner since teaching-learning process has also become learner-centered now. We are moving towards the new techniques of quality teaching by using digital pedagogy, a new way of engaging students with the curriculum. One such instructional strategy of teaching is a flipped class room- a type of blended learning that reverses the traditional learning environment by delivering instructional content, often online, outside of the classroom. Present paper focuses on the significance of using digital pedagogy & flipped classroom in teaching-learning process, which changes homework activities into the classroom thereby, promotes sustainable learning since this is relevant and responsive to students’ needs. KEYWORDS- Flipped learning; Pedagogy, Digital; Sustainable

The aim of this mixed research is to analyze the students' perception about the use of the collaborative wall in the educational process of global climate change considering data science. The collaborative wall is a web application that allows the active participation of students and discussion of ideas in the classroom. During the face-to-face sessions, the students use mobile devices to share the information and images of the courses through the collaborative wall. The sample is made up of 74 students from the National Preparatory School No. 7 “Ezequiel A. Chávez” who took the Biology IV course during the 2019 school year. The results of machine learning (linear regression) indicate that the organization of ideas and dissemination of information in the collaborative wall positively influence the learning process of global climate change, motivation and interest of the students. Data science identifies 6 predictive models about the use of the collaborative wall in the field of Biology through the decision tree technique. In fact, the use of the collaborative wall in the Biology IV course facilitated the assimilation of knowledge about the global climate change and improved the active participation of the students in the classroom. Finally, the collaborative wall allows the creation of new educational spaces where students acquire the main role during the learning process.

Teaching, scientific and technological innovations are the most important key factors and heartof an educational institute. It is necessary to monitor and focus the entire aspects of an institute to bringoverall improvements. Effective teaching –learning process, quality, resource management and otherimprovement can be achieved in a short period of time using Kaizen. This is a Total Employee Involvement(TEI) technique which brings together all the employees of an organization right from top management toworkers for bringing continuous improvement in an academic organization.

Modern Techniques are introduced in teaching and learning process frequently one such technique is Flipped Classroom learning.  Where the pupils are asked to learn the contents given to them at their home from the available sources and they review the topics in their classroom.  Since every student collect information from various sources like YouTube, Video lessons, different types of educational apps, Magazines and sources from elders etc. the collection will be excellent to review and collective ideas can help them to learn better than routine blackboard chalk and talk method by doing.  So, they learn effectively and their doubts are cleared through discussion with peers in the presence of teacher.  The teacher can conclude the teaching learning process by giving extra information left untouched by the students.  The researcher is a computer science teacher so she took a lesson from Eleventh Standard Computer Science text book of State board in the 4th Chapter of Volume - I, "Theoretical Concepts of Operating System" and she prepared a video lesson, that video lesson is utilized by the students to learn the contents allotted to them.  The Conclusion of her studying, she found that flipped classroom learning is effectively impact in the course content to the students.

Technology has brought a lot of change in the world of business and governance. It is also changing the world of education. Now traditional mode of lecture is getting replaced by flipped classroom mode of teaching learning. This paper aims to analyze the effectiveness of flipping a part of Marketing Management I course content of a postgraduate programme, to the teaching learning process at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow. The present study is successful to the extent of implementation of flipped classroom mode partially in a course. Further it may be expanded to larger percentage of the course and subsequently to more courses in the overall programme.
