Once Dr. Bob Kizlik had said that learning, regardless of how it is defined, is ultimately the responsibility of the learner, not the teacher. Today problem based learning with appropriate use of ICTs has emerged to achieve the objectives of learning in a more effective manner since teaching-learning process has also become learner-centered now. We are moving towards the new techniques of quality teaching by using digital pedagogy, a new way of engaging students with the curriculum. One such instructional strategy of teaching is a flipped class room- a type of blended learning that reverses the traditional learning environment by delivering instructional content, often online, outside of the classroom. Present paper focuses on the significance of using digital pedagogy & flipped classroom in teaching-learning process, which changes homework activities into the classroom thereby, promotes sustainable learning since this is relevant and responsive to students’ needs. Many of the recent studies have focused on the Flipped classroom as an instructional strategy. The massive practice of technology by digital natives offers opportunities to provide educational environments that cover the possibility of learning efficiently. Numerous studies have currently conducted concentrated on the flipped classroom (flipped instruction) and its effects on learning. However, teachers and learners are not familiar with the flipped classroom. Therefore, teachers and learners still have restrictions to change the traditional method of teaching to the flipped instruction. Teachers’ rejection, worry and unwilling to implement the flipped classroom could be illustrated through the following aspects: first, teachers’ lack of knowledge about the flipped classroom and the implementation of the flipped classroom. Second, teachers’ lack of information about the empirical studies of the effect of flipped learning on the learning process. Therefore, the current study aims to define and illustrate the features, implementation, advantages, and disadvantages of the flipped classroom to familiarize teachers and students with the flipped classroom method. Besides, the second aim of the study is to demonstrate and compare some empirical studies of the effect of the flipped classroom on learning environment so as to display the influence of the flipped classroom on the learning process and remove teachers’ doubt about the outcome of implementing flipped classroom in the classes. Based on the explanation of the previous studies, it could be concluded that the flipped classroom is an effective and positive teaching and learning method which is appropriate to the current educational system, and the teachers need to be aware of the effect and implementation of the flipped classroom in order to change the traditional method of teaching to the flipped learning model, and have efficient knowledge about implementing the flipped teaching method effectively.

This study investigated the influence of personality on the class room management of IXth standard students in Madurai district. Psychoanalysts believe man’s behaviour is triggered mostly by powerful hidden forces within the personality. Sigmund Freud, an Australian physician was the originator of this theory in the early nineties He says much of people’s everyday behaviour is motivated by unconscious forces about which they know little. In order to fully understand personality then one need to illuminate and expose what is in the unconscious. Class room management is very important task in the teaching learning process. Without class room management skill teaching skill has made no effect in the class room. In the study the researcher take IX standard students in Madurai district. In this study researcher proved the above statement. He Proved that the classroom management is directly related with the personality.

In Teaching-learning process on class, teacher playing vital role for reaching planned education purpose. But that not an easy case, because there are many problems occur in class. Those problems have to be eliminated, and the way to do that is by using class room research. Class room action research is designed to solved a teaching-learning process on class. Class room action research purposed repairing learning process simultaniusly. Class room action research conducted simultaniously to repairing teaching-learning process naturally without disturbing teaching learning process it self. Class room action research conducted based on cycle. Each cycle play vital role fo the next cycle. By conducting training activity for education sports teachers for making and designing a classroom research, they will solve the problems occur in teaching-learning process. By developing education sports teacher ability in class room research will lead the educational purposed to optimal result. Training designed by using classical models, including: discussing, interview, guiding, and assinment. At the end of the training process, every education sports teaching producing one class room action research proposal and making one research based on their own class problem.

Flipping a classroom is not only recording classroom lesson into a video and bringing homework into the classroom. It is a whole new method with a lot better result compared to the traditional method. In western countries such as the US, flipping a classroom is already becoming a new method adopted by many different schools and universities. This paper tries to explore the possibility of flipping a classroom for learning foreign language at BINUS University by comparing it with the recent practices and findings in the western countries. After the analysis it can be concluded that this method can be applied at BINUS University but on several conditions such as the improvement of infrastructures, and the teacher’s awareness and understanding to optimize their understanding about flipped learning.

Modern Techniques are introduced in teaching and learning process frequently one such technique is Flipped Classroom learning.  Where the pupils are asked to learn the contents given to them at their home from the available sources and they review the topics in their classroom.  Since every student collect information from various sources like YouTube, Video lessons, different types of educational apps, Magazines and sources from elders etc. the collection will be excellent to review and collective ideas can help them to learn better than routine blackboard chalk and talk method by doing.  So, they learn effectively and their doubts are cleared through discussion with peers in the presence of teacher.  The teacher can conclude the teaching learning process by giving extra information left untouched by the students.  The researcher is a computer science teacher so she took a lesson from Eleventh Standard Computer Science text book of State board in the 4th Chapter of Volume - I, "Theoretical Concepts of Operating System" and she prepared a video lesson, that video lesson is utilized by the students to learn the contents allotted to them.  The Conclusion of her studying, she found that flipped classroom learning is effectively impact in the course content to the students.

Technology has brought a lot of change in the world of business and governance. It is also changing the world of education. Now traditional mode of lecture is getting replaced by flipped classroom mode of teaching learning. This paper aims to analyze the effectiveness of flipping a part of Marketing Management I course content of a postgraduate programme, to the teaching learning process at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Lucknow. The present study is successful to the extent of implementation of flipped classroom mode partially in a course. Further it may be expanded to larger percentage of the course and subsequently to more courses in the overall programme.

The integration of the technology in education will mean a lot for the basic skills of computerizing and computers programs in a classroom. Effective integration of these technological skills should occur across the curriculum in ways that studies show deepening and enhancing of the learning process. The purpose of this paper addresses the fundamental issue of how schools, teachers and students are ready to use the basic tools of ICT (radio, TV, mobile phones, computers, laptops, projector, application programs, Word, Excel, Power-Point etc. ) during the teaching / learning process, knowing the rapid development of technology. Given the fact that the population in Kosovo consists mainly of new age, youth (age 15-24) who include 55. 3% of the population involved in the educational process www. ks-gov. net/esk, then from these data we can draw an image that the use of new technologies by young people and it is necessary installation requirement of ICT in schools, therefore there stems the need for this research. The survey was conducted in five schools of lower secondary education in the municipality of Gjakova/Republic of Kosovo. For conducting this paper there were used these methods: theoretical analysis method, the analysis of pedagogical documentation, the inductive method, comparative and statistical and research instrument was a questionnaire, which is applied to teachers and students. These changes, switching from traditional learning in contemporary learning using the technology undoubtedly help students and enables them to interact theoretical and practical knowledge in order to more easily apply the knowledge acquired.
